We have stayed at the silverbirch Hotel several times. The staff are always pleasant and very nice. As a disabled wheelchair user the hotel provides the accessible bathrooms required, roll in walk in shower rooms. The food is excellent and tasty, however a change or update to the menu would not go amiss. Breakfast is delicious, all service at the hotel is second to none. We will be returning again

A lovely night spent in the Silverbirch hotel with my daughters, and my friend and her daughter. Good spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. Lovely traditional music on St Patrick's evening. Great cooked breakfast the following morning.

I recently stayed in the Silverbirch hotel and I have to say it was an absolute stunning place to stay in everything was perfect from our amazing room with a beautiful view to the fantastic food and drink served in the bar by the wonderful staff. I would highly recommend booking this hotel if you are thinking of staying here or have been looking and thinking about booking just do it you won't regret it! Thanks so much to the wonderful staff for such a lovely stay hopefully we will be back some day!

Start to finish had such an enjoyable stay at hotel. great rooms and good food, good value for a hotel .Definitely a good 3 star possibly more. central for what we wanted ,easy walk into town. all staff very helpful.

Pleasant, well serviced restaurant. Staff were very attentive and looked after us really well. The pizzas were very popular and really were excellent. Good to see a few vegan choices although the cauliflower steak is very overpriced considering it has no side included. The curry options are excellent and the accompanying rice is really good.My husband had the cod and chips and it was excellent with a huge portion being served. The menu has been pared down considerably but seems to work really well particularly with the likes of the curry being offered in so many different formats. Good selection of desserts and this would be improved by a few vegan options. Helpful, pleasant staff and I'd highly recommend.

All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Their warmth and assistance made the experience truly enjoyable. The food was exceptional and offered at very reasonable prices. With desert being my favorite.

I have never been in a cleaner hotel with such pleasant staff The place was immaculate ! Food excellent . Everyone was very friendly, helpful and made you feel at home. I could not recommend it highly enough. 10/10
