Schöne Anlage, große und tolle Appartements. Alles sauber und auch sehr viel Angestellte überall dauernd am sauber machen. Essen für eine All Inclusive Familienanlage erstaunlich gut. Wie es sich hier gehört sehr viel Fisch. Auch an der Bar sehr große Auswahl an Cocktails, etc. Unter allen Gebäuden sind Tiefgaragen und dahinter auch nochmal Parkplätze, sollte also jeder immer einen Parkplatz bekommen. Das Hotel ist vor Allem ein Familienhotel. Kindern wird hier sehr viel geboten. Wir waren ohne Kinder da, uns hat es nicht gestört aber sollte man wissen. Fast nur englische Familien mit kleinen Kindern.

Just got back from a week at this hotel with my partner and our 17month year old little girl who absolutely loved her first time abroad. Where do I start this hotel was brilliant! Very clean rooms are cleaned everyday without fail and the apartments are very spacious. The hotel provide a free bottle of water for the room everyday. The food was really nice with a variety of selections and also themed nights. The waiters are fantastic and clear plates away fast and are very friendly while doing so. Every staff member at this hotel was just fantastic with our little girl. I read reviews before I went about pools being cold. They are fresh but perfect for cooling down after soaking up some sun it certainly wasn’t an issue for our daughter who loved swimming all day. The best bit about this hotel for me has to be the drink selection beer and cider on offer along with spirits etc. Even the soft drinks are the real deal with Fanta, Coke and sprite none of that cheap rubbish. Entertainment was enjoyable. Our little one really enjoyed the mini discos and we loved the Hollywood show on a Sunday. You can tell the amount of effort the team put into these shows and I take my hat off to them. I really don’t have any cons about this hotel it was a fantastic week and if we didn’t love travelling to different country’s so much I would be back next year! Who knows I’m sure I will be back in the future cause this place was the best I have been to yet!

Stayed here in summer 2023 for 11 nights with jet 2. 2 kids and 2 adults had a brilliant time. Food was fantastic something for everyone each day. Branded drinks on all inclusive. Pool can get quite busy during afternoons and isn't the warmest. We got a taxi into Vilamoura and had nice walk round harbour and went to big crazy golf. Also got taxi to Albuferia which was fine for a couple of hours walking round. We walked to the beach down the back of the other 3hb hotel rather than the main beach at Olhos De Agua. We got a taxi to Zoomarine which was a highlight of the holiday for the kids (2 and 5 at the time). Great priate show here. The apartment style of the rooms with separate lounge and bedroom was great.

The room we got this time was a lot better than when we stayed in 2019 and a far better location where it felt quite nice to relax. The resort hadn't changed much so it was still quite good, and I enjoyed the snack bar which seemed to be better than 2019 and it was refilled regularly. Clean hotel where rooms are done between 9 and 5 each day, but as most go out you can always come back to a clean room afterwards and after a trip, going to the old town in Albufiera which is a taxi ride away if you want the quickest way there. Entertainment had levelled up too and a couple of the nights were the same but they made it different and that's credit to them. There was a lovely guy named Pedro who was always up for things and my mum later learned he is always like that and ready to do things. Food was alright. Few shops near the hotel if you walk out of the hotel and to the right but take cash. At the end of each night I went to bed a happy guy that had relaxed apart from my brother haha, but from the hotel it was amazing.

We were given a taxi from the airport,which was great. On entering the hotel we were made very welcome. Amazingly clean hotel, unfortunately we were offered a room up a steep incline, my mum has mobility issues,which did cause a problem. The restaurant was great, different themed night, I'm a strict vegetarian and thought I would struggle,but the head waiter is very welcoming and points out which food is available to you. All staff are so friendly, daytime entertainment,and evening entertainment is great. We would have liked at least one day away from the hotel but the rep never provided information for trips out. Great hotel for kids,I would highly recommend.

Stayed here in Jul 2023 for 10 days. Well located, with the beach and village centre a short walk down hill. Great hotel, spotlessly clean and the food was brilliant. Bedrooms were decent size, with plenty of room. Not far from Albufeira, with Ubers and Taxis available at all times.

WOW, just wow. We didn't want to leave, this place was a little gem and we would go back in a heartbeat. Place looked clean and tidy all the time, staff extremely friendly and supportive. The children's entertainment/club was fantastic with lots of choice. My little boy enjoyed just spending time with the children's team or doing karaoke. The main thing that stuck out for me was this was my first holiday since being diagnosed with Coeliac. I made JET2 aware who allowed me an extra 10kg hold luggage for food (we were all inclusive but I was not sure how I would get on). On arriving at the hotel and going for our first meal I was greeted by the hostess who asked who in our party had Coeliac. After stating it was myself the restaurant manager Orlando greeted me and told me what I needed to look for. All food items were labeled with allergies or intolerances so was easy to navigate. I was then told to ask if I needed any pasta or pizza cooking which would be prepared in a safe space. Nothing was too much for them and they always made me feel valued and supported, even to making us a breakfast bag full of goodies suitable for me. The only thing that we struggled with at times was the pool was freezing but this didn't stop us. The hotel is a 5 min walk to the beach with some lovely little shops and bars and a 10 min drive to the harbor and old town, this is easily done by uber. Thank you for an amazing holiday full of memories.

We went to this hotel for 7 nights in the last week of October 2024. We had such a great time; it was our first all inclusive abroad holiday together as a family and the reviews of this particular hotel were what encouraged me to book and we were not disappointed! The cleanliness of the whole place was amazing; we saw staff working tirelessly all day to ensure the place stayed spotless. Every day we returned to our room to find the beds made and fresh towels etc. The apartment itself was lovely and really spacious. The food choices for all three meals were brilliant; the themed nights were a big hit. The entertainment team - especially Pedro - were all wonderful; they worked such long days but still had so much energy for the evening entertainment which was always good. The drink choices - both soft and alcoholic - were excellent. The reception team were really welcoming and checked us in quickly and efficiently, which was exactly what we needed after a long day of travelling! The only negatives were that the pools were freezing! But that was to be expected considering the time of year. The lifeguards didn't seem interested in watching the swimmers which did put me on edge a little as I didn't feel I could relax whilst my 9 year old was in the water. There was a day when we arrived back to our room to find ants on the floor in the bedroom; however, after a call to reception the room was thoroughly cleaned and management checked in with us that evening to ensure everything was OK. Thankfully the ants didn't return! I would really recommend this hotel to families with young children; with the splash park onsite and constant kids entertainment you can't really go wrong! We had a lovely week :)

We decided to stay at the hotel during the October half-term. I am glad that we made this choice. The hotel itself is immaculate, they have a team of people working tirelessly to ensure the communal areas such as the gardens, pool, lobby, etc are spotless. The rooms are cleaned daily, also to a high standard. The food is plentiful with a varied choice at lunch and dinner. The steak/beef wasn't great, pretty tough, but the rest was delicious, fresh, and flavourful. There are queues to get your food during the themed evenings (which are great by the way) but this is to be expected from an All Inc. holiday/hotel. The pool area is great and the waterpark is a fantastic touch for people with children of all ages. The location is decent, with a 10-15 minute taxi to Albufeira Old Town and a 10-15 minute downhill walk to the beach with a quaint little strip filled with shops, restaurants, and bars. I read reviews that the hotel staff were extremely friendly, but I didn't find this. They were nice enough but nothing exceptional. What was exceptional was the animation team and in particular Pedro. Pedro is an absolute master of his craft. I have never seen anyone hold the attention of so many young children at once and for such long periods. He is very funny and gets the children excited and having a great time at the mini-disco. Most of the adults too. My daughter loved Pedro and he was great with her. 3HB YOU MUST RETAIN HIS SERVICES, he is an absolute gem. All in all, we had a great time and would be more than happy to return. Provided that Pedro is still there!

Just back from a fantastic time at 3HB Clube humbria. I couldn't wait to write a review. The best way to share is in little subheadings. So here goes. Food and Drink - Great selection, especially for AI menu. Lots of food prepared and cooked in front of you fresh. Several themed nights such as around the world, Portuguese night, and more. The Pizza is made fresh and delicious. There was always a beautiful selection of cakes and puddings. Small portions so you could give them all a try. The kids loved piling ice cream up high and smothering in the selection of sauces (why not you're on holiday). There are 3 sittings breakfast (pancakes, porridge, croissants, cakes, cooked breakfast, cereals,fruits yogurt and more), lunch and dinner, but you can get food also from the snack bar before lunch and also after dinner including hot dogs, chips, burgers, snacks, biscuits, cakes etc. These snacks version were great for kids but simple. DRINKS are on tap all day from the bar and also from drinks dispensers at the mini waterpark. If you want hot drinks or cocktails these are available at the pool bar. Hot drinks etc all day too. They are made mostly with local spirits, and typical of AI. There are also slushies, the lemon one is very refreshing even for adults. You get large bottles of water from reception every day included. Pool Really lovely sized adult pool and shallow separate kids pool ideally situated partially under shelter, and surrounded in a circle of sunbeds so you can watch younger kids with ease. The pools are unfortunately absolutely freezing!! My kids (4 and 7) were happy to paddle for a short while but as the weather was on the cooler side they had to get out and warm up substantially before attempt re-enter. The setting is really lovely, palm trees and grassy areas and tiled areas surround the adult pool and tiles surround the shallow pool. We didn't spend much time by the pool as we preferred the beach, so can't comment tonight reserving sunbeds. You do get clean fluffy towels daily to use though. Mini waterpark This is great for kids under 17. There are 2 larger slides 2 medium slides and then a smaller section with 2 small slides and a baby slide and lots of fun fountains. My eldest LOVED it and went round and round on slides. It was again freeeeezing!! But he didn't seem to mind until the sun went in. Smaller children must be 20kg to use the bigger slides. Staff Cannot fault the staff, very polite, helpful and welcoming. Any request we had they were accommodating of. Kids club and animation team Wow, what hardworking people these guys are. They plan and prepare activities throughout the day, with so much enthusiasm. The evening shows they put on were excellent and full of energy even after a long day of other activities. The kids thought they were great! The kids club is a lively area. A little on the small side for busier times of year like half terms, but they go to a lot of effort to keep the activities interesting. Entertainm

Just returned from a week staying here. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The staff work so hard to keep the hotel clean and tidy. We had an issue with our meal on the first night - Hotel manager and Restaurant manager took action and rectified immediately. Very impressed with there actions. Entertainment, a good mix for the younger guests and also the older ones. The main entertainer (pedro I think) was great fun. Located about 10 mins from the beach down a relatively step hill , there are some fantastic walks and bars to visit. Taxis to visit other beaches,coves and marinas are plentiful and cheap.

We loved this place!! Family of 3 holidaying for the Scottish October holidays and this place did not disappoint. First shout out to the entertainment staff - they are awesome! My 6 year old son absolutely loved the evening entertainment - the kids disco was fab, especially when hosted by the super acrobatic energetic instructor who was great at getting the kids going. The Disney night time show was spectacular and exceeded all expectations. The food choice in the restaurants was great - plenty to keep my 6 year old happy with great options for adults too. Overall, the all inclusive options were outstanding. All food was delicious. Rooms are a little basic but spacious enough and beds were very comfortable. Pool areas are immaculate - whole place is so well maintained and looked after. Kids pool with slides etc is awesome - my son couldn’t believe his luck! Overall a great family holiday - made all the better by the amazing staff at this hotel. Can’t fault them or thank them enough!

I have just returned from this hotel family of 8 from age 4 to 73, and we all had a brilliant time. The apartments were spotless as were pool areas and communal areas. The food was lovely plenty of choice as were the snacks. You get free bottled water every day from reception and free key for the safe. There is lots to do for children and the kids all loved the entertainer. The beach is a 10 minute walk which was very nice. There are loads of sunbeds so you didn't have to be up too early it may be different in the summer months and the weather was lovely I would definitely return

When we arrived we were warmly greeted, reception answered all our questions. The safe is free for your stay as is daily pool towels. The apartment is very spacious. Bedroom was already equipped with a travel cot which was amazing quality. Kitchen had no cutlery, plates etc but has a microwave, kettle (great for baby bottles) and fridge. You can easily request all these from staff though we were told if needed! You're all inclusive though so defos don't need any. You can get very large bottles of water from reception too at any time. TV has lots of channels and some are English too. Balcony is great and spacious. Pools have plenty of sunbeds around them so no need to rush. The pools are cold but you adjust easily once in. There was plenty of activities throughout the day and personally I only did the water aerobics which was great since I had a baby with us. Kids club is for 4+ but they allowed us to come in with our 8 month old to play with some toys whilst we watched them as we didn't pack many in our case! The park outside the kids club is excellent and even has a baby swing. The little aqua park is amazing quality too and is great for older children as adults can relax beside the pool whilst their children are in it. Food was high quality and you are always greeted warmly at the door and seated quickly. They are always making fresh food for the buffet. I would say they do serve a variety but not as much chicken if you're fussy. Not to worry but as the snack station at the pool bar was the best thing ever! They served snacks, fruit, toasties, hotdogs, fries, yoghurt etc and we loved it. Also by far the best all inclusive drinks I've had! The sangria is amazing and definitely worth trying. Location is great just 10 minute walk from the beach literally down the hill. Little pubs and cafes on that route that show football too. Pharmacy 5 minuted away and little gift shops are everywhere. I also love that in every block of apartments there a "recycle" box, you'll find items that people that are going home no longer need such as pool floats, buckets and spade, beach chairs etc. We took a beach shade and returned it too when leaving was a lovely idea! We mostly missed the night entertainment because its on late for us. There's a mini disco at 8 and then the main entertainment starts at 9pm. From what I did see it was great but get down early to get a seat as they fill up quickly. Staff were amazing and friendly but most importantly ready to drop anything to help you. Can't recommend this place enough and can't wait to come back in the next few years!
