Disappointing! No welcome drink or anything on arrival. The place was jammed and lot of noise. There was a puddle of water on a sofa in the waiting area. Of course it has to be a busy season but it was clear the staff wasn’t efficient or trained enough to face the state of affairs. We began our stay with the lunch. There was a live band playing in the dining area, the music was loud enough not to hear ourselves. Wasn’t an atmosphere to have a peaceful meal. The rooms are very small and confined. They were not as per their pictures on the website. As a claustrophobic person I was very uncomfortable. We asked to have our dinner and breakfast in another area which was separated from the main dinning. And finally we were able to have a bit of peace and breath fresh air. The garden and the ground floor was architecturally English and beautiful. We have a habit of playing snooker whenever we get a chance or go to a hotel. I must say this was where we had the worst experience as the person there kept giving us “instructions” which wasn’t very necessary. It was like a “snooker class”. The pool and the pool surrounding was amazing! Make sure to book your stay off season or ask the hotel whether it’s packed. Otherwise it’s really hard to get that blissful vacation.

We had grilled items and it was mouthwatering. The best part was the mocktail (pornstar) . Mr . Kamalraj provided us the best service and we recommend for anyone to have at least one meal from here when you visit Nuwara eliye.

Firstly, I must say that the view is gorgeous. I’m also surprised to see the maintenance of the garden. It’s just phenomenal. Secondly, the service. I’m very satisfied with the staff. They were so kind. Last bust not least the cleanliness. It was superb. There wasn’t any dirt which is surprising. In addition, there was also a lot of historical things to observe. I feel like it was worth every rupee we spent on the hotel. Thanks to the staff. We enjoyed our stay. Hoping to come again soon.

It is an amazing place to stay. Very comfortable atmosphere, well maintained garden, beautifully arranged quiet rooms, tasty meals and very helpful staff. Decorated with so many Christmas decoration really like to visit again asap❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️
