Very attentive service, especially from front desk stafff Thejan who is passionate about his job. He's also cheerful and took good care of his guests. Glad to have Lakshan as our guide to the waterfall and our tea plantation experience. Chef Morgan cooks amazing Sri Lankan food and also very fine western cuisine. The rest of the staff were very attentive as well.

Absolutely wonderful experience. All staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Beautiful surroundings and great food and tea.

Amazing and authentic experience 2 hours away from Nuwara Eliya

整體服務很滿意，還有免費製茶、採茶體驗，走的時候還送了兩盒茶葉。但上山的路確實不好走，務必包車找當地司機開上去，而且最好傍晚6點前到，否則天一黑，半小時山路顛簸無路燈太危險。另外，酒店的隔音是有點差的，是否影響睡眠就要看好不好彩，遇到哪些當天同入住的人。不過個人感覺住客素質都尚可。

一段崎嶇的路程 包車很小，如果是驅動車更好 因為路況確實很差 建議來的遊客儘量選擇白天前往 以導航再多預留30-60分鐘 1月來大概6點左右開始天黑 酒店風景很美 適合在這裏發達 白天可以去做茶葉或看瀑布 工廠改造雖然房間設施齊全 建議晚上還是早點休息的好 茶葉也是真得很好 服務也是非常的周到 體驗非常好

入住前和參觀茶廠前都有迎賓儀式，很有意義，體驗感不錯

Super schöne Unterkunft, idylillisch gelegen, trotz Dauerregen schöner Aufenthalt. Personal extrem zuvorkommend. Gratis Besichtigung der Tea Factory und Walk zum Wasserfall. Begrüssungsritual. Gutes Essen. Zimmer top! Wir haben uns über die Unterkunft einen Transer organisieren lassen, wurden masslos über den Tisch gezogen. Haben mindestens das vierfache bezahlt!!! Sehr schade.

Diese Unterkunft ist einfach Atemberaubend. Wir kamen den etwas holprigen Weg im Regen an und das Personal stand sofort aufgereiht mit Regenschirmen bereit, um uns zu Empfangen.(Wir sind den Weg mit einem Tuktuk hochgefahren, jedoch besteht auch die Möglichkeit sich abholen zu lassen) Unsere Taschen wurden hineingetragen und wir wurden mit einem Ritual begrüßt und zum Tee gebeten. Unglaublich leckerer Tee, welcher in authentischer Art in dieser Unterkunft selbst hergestellt wird. Die Zimmer, das Personal, das Essen, einfach alles war Perfekt und sogar mehr als das. Das Zimmer war sauber, geräumig, entsprach den Bildern und auch unseren Erwartungen vollumfänglich. Ich verstehe manche Bewertungen bezüglich Schalldämmung nicht, es ist eine alte Teefabrik und genau das stellt die Unterkunft auch dar. Das Personal ist sehr sehr höflich, freundlich, aufmerksam und sogar geschult in Sachen Etikette. Das Essen gleicht einem hochwertigen Restaurant zu super fairem Preis. Die Führung durch die alte Teefabrik ist sehr lehrreich und interessant und die Wanderung zum Wasserfall wunderschön. (Vielen Dank an Lakshan). Der Pool und die Teefelder waren auch sehr schön. Wir haben uns ausgesprochen Wohl gefühlt und wollten gar nicht mehr weg. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Personal für den wundervollen Aufenthalt.

We booked the entire property for our annual team outing. The team was incredibly flexible and friendly, maintaining proactive communication to ensure our smooth arrival. Safe parking for our bus was arranged, and the requested safari Jeeps were ready on time—no delays whatsoever. We were welcomed with a warm traditional greeting and a delightful cinnamon tea, unique to the property. The culinary experience was a highlight: a simple yet authentic five-course menu served with high-standard restaurant service and varieties of snacks provided for tea time. Rooms were spacious, clean and well-equipped with all necessary amenities, including sanitary kits. The location itself is breathtaking—an ideal escape into nature. We explored two nearby waterfalls with the guidance of a knowledgeable naturalist who enriched the experience with insightful commentary. The tea factory tour was fascinating, showcasing the full production process, although we missed tea plucking due to weather. A special thanks to Vinod, Anuhas, the restaurant manager (whose name escapes us)and Thilan, who made the stay and the process more convenient from the point of reservation, and the entire team for their outstanding hospitality. If you are a tea lover their cinnamon tea is a must-try available to buy at a reasonable price. All in all, this was an unforgettable experience—absolutely worth every moment. This was a unique and interesting experience in the old tea factory. The design of the rooms was interesting and based on the building’s previous life as a factory, although it was not always practical e.g. no soundproofing. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and helped us with a number of things during our brief stay. We enjoyed the tour of the factory and lunch was tasty. If you are a light sleeper, earplugs would be essential, the wind sounded like it was going to lift the roof at one point. The room amenities were good and we enjoyed being able to sit by the electric fire when it was cold and wet outside.

We had a wonderful 1N stay at Tea and Experience Factory. From pre-arrival to check-in everything was seamless. The rooms are super unique and spacious. The staff truly reflected warm hospitality throughout our stay. Special thanks to Dumidu from Front Office, the F&B staff, and the naturalist who all went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. I’d highly recommend this to anyone seeking a unique hill country experience in Mandaramnuwara. - Dileesh

Among the tea estates,this hotel is one of the most appealing due to its mountain outlook, tranquil surroundings, and peaceful air. The staff is also very cooperative and kind. Special thanks to vinoth. The cuisine is delicious.
