A nice family run hotel where i was made to feel very welcome. I was over for work nearby for almost 3 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed my time here. Work started early ( before breakfast hours ) but the hotel were happy to make up breakfast "packs" to take to work everyday which was a nice touch. I enjoyed socialising with the family and staff in the evenings , i even ended up buying some of their very own wine ! Everyone was friendly and helpful. A special shout must go tothe lovely Erica who was extremely friendly and nothing was a problem. Always happy to pour our drinks or take care of any laundry orders etc. nothing was to much trouble for this lovely kind person who really helped so much to make us all feel welcome. If work takes me back to italy i would not hesitate to stay here again.

I travelled to Novara from Scotland for work at a nearby refinery. We stayed at the Hotel Europa for 3 weeks. We had 18 people stay for work and the hotel was very nice inside, comfortable rooms and a very good selection of food for breakfast. The hotel went over and above in catering to our needs and provided us with lunch packs for work and also took good care of our team members who were working nightshift. The family who run the hotel looked after us very very well and made our stay very confortable. Can’t thank the staff enough for looking after us so well and I highly recommend anyone who stays in Novara to stay in this hotel. The hotel is also a short walk to the city centre where there is everything you need from bars. Restaurants and the main tourist spots. If I ever come back to the area the hotel europa will be my first place to call and I look forward to staying here in the future. Well done to all the family and staff at this amazing hotel.

I had the pleasure of staying at a charming family-run hotel in Italy, where I received warm and welcoming hospitality from the staff. While the hotel may not have the amenities of a larger, 4-star establishment, it more than made up for it with its personal touch and authentic atmosphere. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to provide recommendations for local attractions and dining options. I highly recommend this hotel for those looking for a more intimate and personalized experience.

As a business / solo traveler staying for almost 3 weeks, Hotel Europa definitely the top choice in Novara, given the proximity to transport/train and in a good secured area. Staffs are professional, attentive and always goes out of way to assist. Breakfast spread is good and even able to taste some home baked cakes. Room is clean - daily housekeeping did a great job! A hotel that does care for the well beings of the traveler and definitely a plus point which getting difficult to see such personal touch in most hotels now. Definitely a returning customer when visiting Novara on my next trip!!

We booked into the Europa at literally two hours notice after our pre-arranged booking at another hotel nearby fell through just before we arrived.We had actually stayed a couple of times at the Europa about 10 years before and had been more than happy with the service.Since then the rooms have been refurbished with lovely bathrooms,excellent tv and wifi. Then as now the rooms are spotlessly clean with comfy beds and fresh linen. Lucia was as efficient as ever and all other staff members most attentive. Well worth a stay even if visiting Milan - only 40 minutes away by very frequent trains - and from there the whole of the region is at your disposal. Novara itself is a gem - a lovely smaller city with everything you could ask for.

I enjoyed my two nights at the Europa very much. The staff was extremely helpful as I was non-Italian speaking guest. Even though I was in Novara for business, they gave me directions to all the sights in the city. I was able to see a few and will see more my next trip there. One night I had a wonderful piadina and wine. It was a very easy place to be and I will stay there again when I return.

Well managed and smart family run hotel near the centre of town. Attentive and helpful staff, lovely breakfast served a little earlier for us as we had to be on our way. Room immaculate and comfortable. Just how things should be.

In fuga dall'Hotel Tornielli (da me già recensito), su consiglio di un'amica che vive a Novara, mi sono recato all'Hotel Europa. Devo dire che raramente una mia scelta di albergo è stata così fortunata! L'Hotel Europa è bello ed elegante. Gli spazi nella hall, nei corridoi e nelle camere sono ampi. La sala dove si fa la prima colazione è una bella e grande sala rettangolare, con i tavoli ben spaziati fra gli uni e gli altri. L'intero albergo è impreziosito da statue, quadri e bassorilievi. Le camere sono belle, ben arredate e insonorizzate. Sono stato per due volte in questo bell'albergo e, la prima, ero in una camera al primo piano. Ma non ho sentito il benché minimo rumore. Le camere in cui sono stato avevano una grande televisione a schermo piatto. Quando sono in albergo non ho mai né il tempo né la voglia di guardare la televisione, ma chi lo fa apprezzerà quelle che ci sono nelle camere di quest'albergo. La prima colazione è decisamente ricca; e non solo per la maggioranza che preferisce cose dolci, ma anche per quella minoranza (di cui io faccio parte) che preferiscono cibarie salate. Questo è uno di quei rari alberghi, che per la prima colazione, mettono a disposizione dei loro ospiti anche il prosciutto crudo (che, oltre tutto, è un prosciutto crudo di alta qualità). Il piccolo bar, fra la hall e la sala della prima colazione, è aperto h24 (nel senso che chi sta alla reception è sempre disponibile a venire incontro alle richieste di chi vuole una bevanda o un rinfresco). L'albergo è anche in un'eccellente posizione; si raggiunge il centro della città percorrendo in pochi minuti a piedi Corso Cavallotti. Da ultimo, ma non per importanza, vorrei sottolineare l'estrema gentilezza e disponibilità della proprietaria e di tutto il personale. Quando hanno visto che mi ero sistemato nella hall per fare del lavoro al computer, e avevo appoggiato il computer su un tavolino da salotto, quindi basso, mi hanno messo a disposizione una sala al primo piano, dotata di regolari tavoli da lavoro. Io ho una lista di hotel, in Italia e all'estero, che sono i miei preferiti e a cui vado sempre assai volentieri (il Santa Lucia a Napoli; lo Swan a Bedford; il Melia Costa del Sol a Torremolinos; l'Eros Shangri La a Delhi; il Renaissance (West Wing) a Kuala Lumpur; il Nexus Karambunai nei pressi di Kota Kinabalu). Ora, a questa lista ho aggiunto l'Europa di Novara.
