Hotels mit Transferservice in Nossa Senhora da Anunciada

Wir haben das Hotel 2x während unserer Portugalreise als Zwischenűbernachtung gebucht. Positiv zu erwähnen ist das nette Personal an der Rezeption, welches sehr jung und sehr bemüht ist, einen professionellen Eindruck zu vermitteln. Die Lage des Hotels ist natürlich toll, mit einem herrlichen Ausblick von der Terrasse auf die Stadt und das Meer. Allerdings wurde die Außenterasse nicht ”bekellnert”. Wir haben uns zuvor von den Fotos auf TripAdvisor beeinflussen lassen. Dies sind überwiegend professionelle Fotos auf denen natürlich keine unschönen Details zu erkennen sind. Das erste als auch unser zweites Zimmer war sehr abgenutzt und gerade das Badezimmer war an der Grenze zu ekelhaft. Schimmel, abgewetzte Seifenspender, noch deutlich erkennbare Wasserschäden an der Decke, kaputte Armaturen..... Und noch mehr. Zudem sind die Zimmer SEHR! hellhörig!!! Wenn oben jemand läuft, oder irgendwo auf dem Flur eine Tür geschlossen wird (leise schließen leider auch nicht möglich) sitzt man senkrecht im Bett. Balkontűr war bei beiden Zimmer nicht abschließbar. Die Badezimmertűr ließ sich übrigens auch nicht weiter schließen, musste ungefähr 15cm offen bleiben (Intimsphäre?!) Die Betten waren dafür relativ bequem. Das Hotel hat definitiv mehr Potential. Wir würden es nicht empfehlen, auch wenn es relativ günstig ist.

Location is wonderful, and so is the whole building and surroundings. But comparing price/quality there is really something missing. We spent 3 nights in weekend High season, but there was no management at all.We had to wait more than 3 hours before we could have our room, although we send a mail to ask for an earlier check in than 16.00. Not possible, we have to waited till 16.15 . We have been in many 5 stars places all over the world, but never had this situation. Thanks to Mr Joao de Sousa we we're calm down. He treated and helped us later with everything, and that made our stay good. Our superior terras room was located perfect, clean and cool, but the decoration is for that price some dated. The bathroom very small and not really comfortable. In the adults pool only three umbrellas, to protect all the guests from the sun. sunbeds we're not very clean, and the pool towels, is really not done, in a 5 star Hotel member of the Leading hotels of the world. The quality of the breakfast was 3 stars, only 2 sorts of unripe fruit, and no fresh bread at all. We have had diner several times, at the fantastic Terras outside, but please put mores covering to protect people for the extreme sunburning. quality of the food was good, specially my fish was perfect prepared, and again I say, the very kind service of Mr Joao, David, and several other members of the restaurant was really touching. They did their job more than fantastic. So overall, the place has so many strong assets, location, building, history, surroundings, but some for us important details we're missing, and the feeling that there was no management to talk with, but the location is Portugal on it's best! Feels like a Five Star Hotel. Fabulous rooms. Clean Comfortable and Modern. €45 for a single great value. Was given a free upgrade and a drink at the bar FOC. Reception staff awesome. Would highly recommend. I never want to leave! Easy walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets.

Gut gelegenes Hotel, sehr gute Service. Das einzige Problem ist der Lärm, der jederzeit gefühlt wird, die Isolierung des Hotels macht viel zu wünschen, was die Ruhe schwieriger macht. Das Frühstück ist großartig und das umgebende Zimmer verfügt über einen Balkon mit Blick auf Troja. Obwohl einige Gegenzeiten, war die Erfahrung positiv.

Ils sont doués pour montrer de jolies photos de l’hôtel sur leur site mais la réalité est toute autre ! Vraiment pas fidèle aux photos…On s’attendait à un joli espace extérieur cocooning avec une belle piscine, il n’en est rien. Piscine en travaux, espace exigu et sans charme, la route juste à côté. Hôtel en « tour », aucun cachet. Chambre ok (2 petits matelas et non pas 1 grand …..) et jolie vue. Sinon le reste est vraiment pas à la hauteur du prix payé par nuit. Je le déconseille vraiment. + parking payant (9,5€ la journée). Pour 250€ la nuit c’est un peu du foutage de g quand même 😉

Mistakenly booked this instead of a hotel in Lisbon but no regrets. Room was spacious for 3, included breakfast was very good (especially in free singjng), staff all round were very helpful and welcoming. Room was clean and to be honest, beds were almost the best we've ever slept in. Absolutely recommended.

Wir blieben dort 4 Nächte mit der Familie, 6 Erwachsenen, 2 Kindern und 1 Baby. Ich liebe diesen Ort. Troia ist offensichtlich klein, aber super charmant und die Lage des Hotels ist nur perfekt, neben dem wunderschönen Strand, den die Kinder geliebt haben. Das Personal war super hilfreich (Ich vergaß mein Handy im Shuttle und sie halfen mir, es zurück zu finden) und immer freundlich. Besonderes Dank an das Poolbarpersonal für die Mischung so viele Gin-Getränke 😂. Ich würde es 150% empfehlen, danke für einen großen Aufenthalt.
