The hotel staying prices are generally very high in and around Washington DC but it worthed to stay at this hotel which was very close to the place of the meeting are for business. When I arrived to the hotel to make late check-in on 21st of April 2024 Sunday around 16:00 pm local time, the lady at the reception was very helpful and solution focused. The receptionist Mr.Danny was very helpful also while I was making check-out on the 25th of April 2024 in the morning.

Apart from the location, there's nothing special about this place. It's so unfortunate that the local regulatory authorities will still allow such places to function without insisting that they should do the right thing. Facility is old and outdated, environment is dirty and effuses offensive odor. How on earth can a hotel allow room cleaning to be done twice weekly? I stayed for 6 nights and my room was cleaned up only once and that was after several reminders. I used same towels for 4days. So unfortunate. Please save your money and look for better hotels nearby.

Decent hotel. Not the best but my wife and I usually stay here because it’s located across the street from a shopping center with restaurants and department stores. The staff was somewhat unfriendly as one girl totally ignored my wife who asked her a question. The lady who worked in the lobby the day we left was the only one who seemed professional. Our towels weren’t replaced unless asked. The outlets were loose and weren’t very good at charging our devices. Would I stay here again? More than likely. But RRI needs to hire folks who treat their customers with respect and fix their electrical outlets and USB chargers.

My uncle ended up there for his trip to MGM ******. Hotel was very unhelpful. He is 95 years old and travelling alone. All he asked for was help ordering a taxi to get him to the airport. Hotel staff refused. Imagine refusing to help order a taxi for a man who is 95 yrs old! And hotel staff was proud to refuse help. Acted like they were following company policy insisting the traveler order their own taxi. Come on! How bad can you get?

These crooks tries to get you to spend more money after you pay for your room in full. The entire staff need to be fired. They called the police on me just because I refused to be double charge for a room I already paid for in full. Fraudulent and corrupt staff. I am going to report this hotel to every consumer protection they are.

Dirty rooms, Nerve wracking automatic bathroom fan, no security, criminal activity, I was charged twice fraudulently for requesting a clean room, antiquated door locks and appliances that rumble to loud for you to sleep. Leaking faucets, Bettles in room, uncomfortable old beds, screeching shower faucet when hot water runs, dangerous staircase, disgusting shared office microwave, damaged furniture, paint peeling and rust on fixtures, unsafe electrical outlets. Should be shut down!!! Never Again!!!
