Terrible, shabby, dirty, no curtains/ blinds at windows. Dishwasher missing. Owners rude and unhelpful. Entrance full of rubbish and a potential issue for unwanted visitors! Will not be back and a total waste of money

Hi We could’nt even access the property, they gave me access code which never worked and no key pads for the codes given. Doors full of spider webs, you could see they haven’t been used in a while..We tried calling them they didn’t answer they phones. I had 4 Kids with me and had travelled 2hrs to get there and noone cared.. our weekend was ruined as we had to drive back home.. also tried calling ********** and again poor reception and the lady i spoke to did really understand English The outside of the alleged propery was filthy and full of flies it’s actually a disgrace to ********** seeing you advertise such a place. The appointment is nice inside . Sadly A A can't be responsible for the rubbish and bins in the communal area. Or the pub out side. They could advice you there is no private carpark. . Inside the appointment was lovely and big. . Big Asda near by so you can cook. Or loads places to eat. The metro is close by so you can work there. Or the passenger ferry ⛴ has a free bus to it. The Appointment did well for us when we where there.

originally was meant to stay in another property but they cancelled on me due to electrical issues so had to find somewhere last minute at night, found this property and had to drive from the first to this one, once i had arrived i was sat outside in my car for over an hour trying to gain access, i tried calling the mobile number as no access code was given upon check in, the lights were on in the property, i tried dining the buzzer and nobody answered me, i contacted ********** to try help and they also couldn’t get in touch with them and told me it was my fault as check in closed at 10pm and i had arrived not shortly after - i wasn’t able to get a refund, i’ve had no reply from the business via email or text although i contacted them on both accounts

Dreadful, rubbish everywhere outside the property, next to a pub. Only parking available expensive as it is in the centre of the town. Inside, not clean. Many of the blinds either broken or missing so no privacy. No dishwasher, crockery so dirty stuck to the bottom of kitchen cupboards. Owners not helpful and difficult to contact with issues regarding payment and refund of damage deposit.

Wouldn’t use this company ever again. Hanging around waiting for a call back to get the keys, full apartment smelled really terrible, lots of damage - kitchen cupboard doors missing, smoke alarm missing, lock missing from the bathroom, blinds ripped and didn’t close, and lots more. Had to chase to get the deposit back days later than it should have been returned.

Really large place, good facilities and location Would recommend!
