Zurück zum Hotel, in dem ich übernachtet habe, das Frühstück war gut und der Zimmerservice war gut?

Sehr freundlicher Service, saubere Zimmer mit neuer und guter Ausstattung. Wenn Sie in den PIK-Bezirk gehen, werden Sie auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten?

Good location beside a big shopping mall, many nice restaurants nearby

The bathroom condition was quite bad. Wet floor, asked for maintenance. Bt it is still wet. Therefore all towels were used to dry.

Overall still a pleasant stay with not bad breakfast. Though cleanses can be improved a little bit. Especially the smell in bathroom is certainly the first thing should be improved, whenever I open the shower room door, the smelly sink is always welcome me. 🤦🏻♀️ Secondly, since hotel decided to go environmental friendly, why throw away teethbrush with toothpaste & halfly used cotton everyday? They can be continue to use on the following stay. Hope the housekeeping team can improve on these. Thanks!

The location of the hotel is perfect, connecting to the mall is so ideal for shopping, eating and meeting friends. It is also quite close to airport as well, and called for massage it can done in your own room! Overall, it was wonderful experience. I will come back and book the same hotel again!

Location is ok, but far from central Jakarta. All in all a good business hotel will return to stay definitely due to value and price!

The hotel's location was excellent, being only 15 mins from the airport which was incredibly helpful in avoiding jams. It is also located next to a mall and has easy access to food, drinks and cinema. Cleanliness was great although the shower could use a thorough scrub due to mould. Service was great as well and I had a very smooth check-in/check-out process. Most staff are fluent in English. Haven't used the pool or any of the facilities but it looked nice.

I am super duper disappointed on how they handle laundry, slow response, no ownership, I have to keep chasing and they less alert on it, can see my records how often I am staying that hotel, this trip ruined my mood absolutely, so pissed. TQ Mercure PiK ave u ruined my day

Nice location and breakfast is great. For lunch/Dinner there is a shopping mall just beside the hotel.

This hotel location closed JKT Interational airport about 15 mins and quite convince for my job and saving a lot times. Hotel staff to clean bathroom again on after feedback to management when i into this room. all staffs very friendly and ask if any complain or feedback. i will stay this hotel when i come here on next time.

Good location, next is shopping mall, very convenient. Nice breakfast with plenty of choices.

This hotel is located at Pik, north Jakarta.Beside got a luxury shopping mall and lot of food to eat. The hotel service is excellent but lobby always to aircon.
