Die Lage ist gut und die Umgebung schön. Der Service ist mittelmäßig, die Einrichtungen sind veraltet und das Parken ist gebührenpflichtig.

Das Hotel gilt in Ägypten als preiswert.

Immer meine Präferenz

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe von zwei nahe gelegenen Krankenhäusern. Nachts ist ständig unterschiedliche Gesangsmusik zu hören (vermutlich hängt das mit dem Vorfall im Krankenhaus oder dem nahegelegenen Konzert und Gebet zusammen?). Die Gesamtdekoration des Zimmers ist schäbig, aber der Raum ist es ausreichend und die Ausstattung ist angemessen und das WLAN ist normal. Allerdings haben die Vorhänge einen großen Nachteil, nämlich die Länge der Verdunkelungsseite ist nicht lang genug, um das gesamte Fenster abzudecken, also das Morgenlicht wird direkt eindringen und Ihre Ruhe beeinträchtigen. Das Frühstück beginnt um sechs Uhr morgens. Die Auswahl ist angemessen und der Geschmack ist normal.  Es scheint, dass im Hotel einige Hochzeiten oder Weihnachtsfeiern stattfinden, was sehr interessant ist, und die Bäume in der Nähe haben ein einzigartiges Design. 

The staff was very friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Mr. Sherif Emad. Was cooperative with us during check in and made special arrangements for the room for us have to comfortable stay.

I checked in and the room was freezing cold and I was unable to move due to it being that cold. I spoke with reception and they sent an engineer up. Engineer said he fixed the heating and it should warm up in the next 10/15 minutes. This still didn’t work so I called again. Another engineer then came up and spent about 30 minutes trying to fix this. He told me this would be it working but would take 10/15 minutes to kick in. I left the hotel as I had a museum tour booked. After trying to get all this sorted I missed out on my full tour, again that I’m unhappy with. I returned to the hotel at 7:30pm and again my room was freezing with no hot air coming out. Again I spoke to reception and 30 minutes later someone came up to fix it. He was unable to fix it so said I will move room. I eventually got moved room at 10pm after having to call reception 6 times about getting the key to the new room. When I entered the new room it was so dusty and dirt all over the floor and hair in the toilet. At this point I had had enough and asked to speak with the manager. I went down to speak to the manager and he apologised and said he would take me to another room, I explained I had to be at the airport in 11 hours and I would not want to do this. He showed me the room anyway, there was no difference between this and the room I was in so I declined to move again baring in mind I had just unpacked all my things again. During this time I was also speaking with trip and explained to the manager I would be complaining about this. I eventually get off to sleep only to be woken up at 11:45 by the night manager offering me breakfast in the morning. Furious about this as I was to be at the airport in 9 hours I declined. To say I’m disgusted is an understatement

Good, except a hair on my bed

Everything in the room is outdated. Old worn out furniture Small toilet,small bathtub Fridge is not working , house keeper not trained. Room missing a lot of basics. E gerges

Fantastic hotel. The staff were so kind and too care of all our needs. The kocation entrance can be slightly tricky for user drivers but if you let 5hem know in chat where exactly you are, I helps considerably.

Staff ok , breakfast very good , large room but little old furniture

The hotel is located in the city center. We only stayed one night in the hotel and the front desk free upgraded us to a deluxe room. Though the room was a bit dated, but it was clean and spacious. The breakfast was good and had many choices.

Overall my experience not good with this hotel, I paid for a room then I wanted to modify/cancel my stay as I was told at the airport takes a few hours to get to this hotel due to traffic, however hotel didn’t want to help with my booking and referred me to Trip, and finally couldn’t get a refund nor modify my booking.

My stay at Triumph Plaza Hotel was standard, nothing extraordinary. Mr Ibrahim at the reception was probably the only one who was Pleasent and polite whereas others were too busy to notice customers. Amenities were provided except for shower slippers, robe and toothbrush. I mention this because my luggage was delayed and some of the basis would have helped at the time. My room overlooked the military training camp so, it was a little noisy. I did have a lovely little balcony but, did no chair. It is ideal for those who prefer to be in midst of city hustle and bustle or those who are making a quick stop. Definitely wasn't for me. Overall, it was comfortable and clean.
