Great place for a convenient, not expensive stop over. The room was clean, staff were helpful/friendly, bed was comfy, shower was hot and great smelling hand wash in the bathroom! We stayed in the family room on the ground floor, plenty of tea + coffee supplied, very convenient McDonald's across the car park if you arrive late. No complaints from any of us.

Great location as stop off point on route to Southampton. we were heading for a cruise and arrived in good time, very relaxed.

Very basic hotel, which would be fine if the prices reflected that. Not hot water in the morning for a shower, my brother who stayed next door room had the same issue

Convenient, clean, comfortable and inexpensive. Most importantly really lovely staff. We had booked a standard room without realising they were all upstairs and because of my back injury the gentleman on check in was most helpful in changing us to a downstairs room with an accessible bathroom which was lovely and he reassured us that someone was available around the clock if we needed any help. The next morning when we left a lady on the desk was absolutely charming and checked in with us to make sure everything had been ok. This was a very comfortable stop over and we will definitely use again.

Had a lovely stay here, very clean and tidy. Bed was super comfortable - not squeaky or worn unlike some unnamed competitors 😬. 10/10 for the chap who is the manager (sorry didn’t get his name!) was very diligent, ensuring we got our luggage to our room, advised on the local cuisine and discussed in detail the most efficient route home the following morning.

Perfect stay at hotel on A34 It was one of the best hotels in the town charming so close to the main road but still very quiet. Somewhere to eat two minutes walk away. It is a very clean and luxurious bath. Adeel and his team were really helpful and caring i think the second name was Ethan The bed was comfy and wifi was good, We Only had one night but would have happily stayed longer if we could
