I have lived in NYC 20 years, and occasionally, we like to play tourist in our own city. My husband and I decided to stay a night at the Moxy LES in celebration of my 40th birthday. I even talked another couple who were celebrating with us into getting a room too. I chose this location as I saw the beautiful roof bar advertised and thought it’d be fun to start our night with a cocktail on the roof with a few friends before setting out to my main celebration elsewhere. Having stayed at several other similar hotels in town like Sixty LES, I never had an issue grabbing a cocktail at the rooftop bar. This was not the case here. I arrived with a group of 7 to head to the Highlight Room at around 7pm (wayyy before the nightlife rush!), and was told I had “priority” as a guest of the hotel, but first I had to commit to spending $350 for us to come up. Don’t advertise your bars as an amenity of the hotel if they are not freely accessible to guests. What if my friends just wanted a nice lemonade and to check out the view?? I guess they’re not welcome or that’s a lot of lemonade we’d have to buy! Just to note: Loosie’s, the club in the basement of the hotel with the “no-attitude dancefloor” — to quote the hotel website — is notoriously snooty at the door, and guests of the hotel are not prioritized for entry there either. We had other plans that night so didn’t even bother, but word to the wise. As for the room: Yes, they’re small. Expected in NYC, and was fine for us since we were only staying 1 night, but I would not want to stay here longer than a couple days. There is no real closet. Just a few hangers on a bar on the wall (some under the television!) so your clothes kind of have to hang flat against the wall. There are cubbies under the bed for storage. Not ideal in such a tight space. I stubbed my toe on them more than once. Maybe I’m clumsy or maybe it’s just a bad design! The light situation is super weird. I don’t know if our lighting was accidentally installed incorrectly, but in order to turn the bathroom light on, you had to have the main room light on. The main room light could be turned on separately. So basically, if you needed to go in the middle of the night, you either had to pee in the dark or turn on the lights of the whole room while your partner is sleeping! (Possible we didn’t see another light switch somewhere but I’m pretty sure the only switches were 2 by the door.) Toiletries: The shower had 2 pump bottles (sustainable. I respect that!) — but one was filled with a shampoo/body wash combo — and the other conditioner. I would expect something a bit more luxe even for a 4 star hotel — and certainly a separate shampoo and body wash! There was no lotion, which is usually standard in even the Holiday Inn. There was one small bar of soap for hand washing. No places to hang towels. I had to throw mine over the top of the shower door. Towels were pretty scratchy too. They do have a steamer and hair dryer. Bless! There was no fridge

Wenn ich für eine Geschäftsreise in die USA komme, fahre ich zuerst nach New York. Nach eingehender Überlegung ist dieses Hotel das kostengünstigste zu diesem Preis. Es gibt viele ausländische Touristen und Gepäck kann im ersten Stock aufbewahrt werden. Die Leute an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich. Aber die Mängel sind auch wirklich schlecht. Wenn Leute von nebenan zurückkommen oder auf dem Flur laufen, kann ich nur minimale Geräusche machen, um fernzusehen. An der Tür des Zimmers befand sich zufällig eine Eismaschine (eine Besonderheit amerikanischer Hotels), die jedes Mal ansprang, wie ein Traktor. Zum Glück musste ich den Jetlag loswerden und schlief in einer lauten Umgebung ein. Darüber hinaus ist es immer noch ein sehr gutes und kostengünstiges Hotel. Menschen mit guter Schlafqualität können es ignorieren.

Die West Side YMCA ist sicher kein Frills Platz zum Aufenthalt, aber die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Sie sind direkt neben dem Central Park und dem Columbus Circle. Times Square ist ein einfacher Spaziergang südlich. Wir haben in 2 verschiedenen Zimmern geblieben. Das erste hatte ein Bündel von Betten und war ziemlich klein, aber das Bett war komfortabel und das Zimmer war sauber. Es hatte auch ein kleines TV und Kühlschrank. Wir hatten ein halbes Bad, das war unten im Halle. Das bedeutete, dass wir unseren Schlüssel auf einer der Badezimmertüren zu scannen, um zu kommen, aber einmal in der Innenstadt hatten wir Privatsphäre während wir reingelassen. Die Badezimmer wurden sauber und sauber gehalten. Wir konnten die zweite Hälfte unseres Aufenthalts in ein Zimmer mit einem größeren Bett und einem im Badezimmer. Auch dieses Hotel ist keine Frills. Es kann rund um die Kanten sein, aber es ist sauber und komfortabel am Ende eines langen Tages der Sehenswürdigkeit. Wir hatten nicht die Zeit, den Fitnessraum, den Pool, die Sauna und so etwas zu nutzen, aber sie sahen schön aus. Ich empfehle den West Side YMCA. Wenn Sie NYC besuchen, sollten Sie Dinge tun, nicht um das Zimmer sitzen. Das war alles, was wir brauchen.

Hatte eine brillante Erfahrung hier. Für einen solchen erschwinglichen Aufenthalt war die Qualität ausgezeichnet, das Zimmer war schön, sauber und gemütlich und die angebotenen Dienstleistungen waren großartig - Küche, Lounge, Computer-/Bibliothek-Raum und Waschraum. Sie haben auch Aktivitäten wie Filmnachten, die so ein großartiger Bonus ist. Das Personal war extrem freundlich - vor allem Yari -, der meinem Freund und mir bei der Vermissung unseres Busses geholfen hat. Wir fühlten uns wirklich umgekommen. Die Lage ist auch groß und gut mit einer U-Bahnstation nur wenige Minuten entfernt verbunden und es fühlte sich sicher zu Hause zu Nacht zu Fuß. Ich konnte nicht glauben, dass wir diesen Ort gefunden und dass es so gut war, wie es scheint, vor allem für NYC! Ich empfehle Ihnen sehr, hier zu bleiben. Das Zimmer ist eine Suite in einem Zimmer und einem Salon. Obwohl die Suite nicht sehr groß ist, sollte die Einrichtung vollständig sein. Es ist erwähnenswert, dass das Sofa eingebaute Rabattbett ist und das Schlafzimmer hat Türen, so dass 3 ～4 bleiben und nicht stören kann; das Hotel enthält Frühstück; Die Tür ist eine Runde, die zu Manhattan City Center ist sehr bequem.

We were at this hotel for one night. There was a power failure which affected the hotel, and of course, this was not the hotel's fault, although it did result in inconvenience and discomfort to our stay. In addition, some guests were having a noisy party just outside the front entrance which was loud enough to keep me awake in the middle of the night -- our room was a few floors up overlooking the party. I felt that we deserved either compensation or credit for a future stay at a Hilton property, so I went to speak to the manager in the morning. However, there was a long line of people waiting to complain to the manager, and we had to leave, so I didn't get to speak with him. I subsequently emailed the manager 3 times to ask for compensation and he never replied. I called 5 times and the manager was supposedly never there. Finally, I spoke to the assistant manager. He listened attentively assured me that someone would get back to me. That was two weeks ago. I am very disappointed in this poor customer service and unprofessional behavior of their managerial staff.

Es liegt etwa 4 Gehminuten von der Flushing Main Street entfernt. Da die Umgebung Chinatown ist, ist es besser, Englisch als Englisch zu sprechen. Man muss Chinesisch sprechen, aber die Sicherheit ist nicht schlecht und es gibt Macy's und andere Restaurants, sodass man nicht nach Manhattan fahren muss. Das Zimmer war geräumig und es war schön, jeden Morgen ein einfaches Frühstücksbuffet zu haben.

Ich blieb hier 3 Nächte und würde wieder bleiben. Der einzige Grund, den ich es 4 von 5 Sternen gab, ist, weil das Zimmer ein wenig gegessen und verbracht war (Wandpapier ein wenig schütteln). Aber es war sauber und das Bett und die Bettwäsche waren komfortabel. Die anderen Dinge, die mich beunruhigt haben, waren, keine Sicherheit, um auf die Gästeboden im Hotel zu kommen - jeder konnte den Aufzug auf jeden Stock nehmen. Ich blieb auf der 15. Etage und als ich zum Fitnesszentrum auf der 7. Etage ging, musste ich einen Aufzug in die Lobby nehmen und dann in eine andere Bank von Aufzügen gehen, um auf die 7. Etage zu kommen - seltsam. Schließlich bin ich kein Fan von einem Licht geht auf, wenn Sie ins Zimmer einreisen - vor allem das Badezimmer um 2:00 Uhr morgens. Ich werde sagen, das Fitnesszentrum war wirklich nett - neue Ausrüstung und gut gespeichert mit Cardio, Gewicht und einem Kabel-Druck-Gewichtssystem. Das Lobby-Restaurant/Bar war klein, aber schön. Anständige Auswahl für Frühstück und Abendessen und sie machen eine mittlere Old Fashioned.

Das Hotel ist im Vergleich zu denen in New York recht groß. Der Eingang ist nicht leicht zu finden und man muss einen Shuttlebus vom Hotel zum Flughafen LaGuardia nehmen neu und schön in diesem schäbigen Ort wie Flushing. Der Preis ist auch akzeptabel

It’s at the average level. It’s far away from the airport, however if you take a taxi, it costs 6mins and 35 dollars!!!!! All the facilities are not at the expectation but the having enough space (quite big). The bed is comfortable to sleep. The toilet at the bathroom is always full of water (not dirty), it’s normal? Curious about that…… And the hotel service is also acceptable. Overall, as a Hilton hotel, it is under my expectation.
