房間裝修很一般，唯一優勢就是新了一點 服務一言難盡非常的差勁，從來沒見過服務如此不到位的麗思，沒有熱情可言沒有微笑可言，全程冷臉，連配備的沐浴露洗髮液都可以放錯了，放了兩瓶浴液沒有洗髮液，打電話等了很久才送來 沒有問候沒有打招呼，而且酒店天天好像都在辦活動，屁大點的大堂被人流擠的水泄不通 住一次就感覺到什麼叫冤種了

入住的時候酒店前台説我的信用卡都不能使用！後來才發現是酒店入住系統有問題！害我等候了足足一個半小時。進入房間發現地面有巧克力沒有清理乾淨。提供的房間也是拐角不規則房型。實在不能忍受、就給酒店打電話投訴、酒店來人看了房間地面後給升級換了房間。攜程做客户訪問、得知情況後給酒店反應溝通、最後是攜程提供了服務方案！感謝攜程工作人員的負責精神！酒店不錯、餐廳服務也好！管理人員的工作質量和服務客户質量有待提升（要對得起這個酒店品牌在客户中的形象）。

Wir waren für fünf Tage in New York im Ritz Carlton. Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind wirklich schön. Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer im 24. Stock und hatten einen traumhaften Blick. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und die Mitarbeiter insgesamt wirklich alle sehr nett und freundlich. Unser Anliegen nach einem Late Check out wurde erfüllt, worüber wir sehr froh waren. Warum wir dies allerdings erst am letzten Tag fragen und evtl. bestätig bekommen konnten, haben wir nicht ganz verstanden. Was hat uns nicht so gefallen? Wir hatten Frühstück inklusive. Allerdings war es so, dass man nur einen Saft, ein Heissgetränk und ein Menü auswählen durfte. Die Menus sind zum Teil sehr klein, so dass man noch Hunger hat. Aber man darf nur eines bestellen. Wenn wir Frühstück inklusive haben, würden wir schon so viel bestellen dürfen, wie wir Hunger haben... Obwohl wir ein Zimmer ganz am Ende vom Gang und somit weit weg vom Lift hatten, hat man ihn sehr gut gehört und das hat auch irgendwann genervt. Das Problem ist auch die Bar im obersten Stockwerk. Sie scheint ein Hotspot für die New Yorker zu sein. Als Hotelgast hat man keine Chance, in diese Bar zu kommen. Wir konnten mit viel Glück noch einen Slot für 1,5 Stunden reservieren. Aber spontan kommt man da nicht rein. Wir finden, dass das für die Hotelgäste nicht ok ist und man sollte ein paar Tische freihalten für die Hotelgäste! Auch die Lifte sind ein Problem: Es hat drei Lifte. Aber je nach Uhrzeit stehen da sehr viele Leute an für eben diese Bar. Je nachdem muss man als Hotelgast warten und sich dann mit 20 Partyleuten in einen Lift quetschen. Das war absolut schlecht. Wir erwarten, dass man zwei Lifte freihält für die Hotelgäste und einen für die Partyleute. Die Lobby ist aufgrund dieser Partyleute auch oft sehr voll und laut. Irgendwie passen diese beiden Sachen nicht zusammen, da alle die gleichen Eingänge benutzen. Also ein tolles Hotel, aber mit Verbesserungspotential.

Vorsicht Marriott Bonvoy Status wird nicht honoriert! Das Ritz Carlton Nomad, teilte mir als Ambassador Mitglied mit, man müsse ein Deluxe Zimmer buchen um ein upgrade zu erhalten. generell würde nur um eine Zimmerkategorie geupgraded. Ein klarer Verstoß gegen die Bonvoy Status Regeln. Dazu unfreundliche Mitarbeiter die sich nicht auskennen. Das ist der Umgang mit Ambassador Kunden, der Umgang mit Gästen ohne Status wird dann wohl noch schlimmer sein. Hotel ist ansonsten durchschnittlich

First time at the Nomad and it did not disappoint. Usually stay at one of the Conrad locations as they are all suites so it’s great to have the space. Booked here and my Suite Night Awards cleared so got a handsome upgrade which helped set the stage. Club level is world class and the offering is the best I have seen, including the RC’s in Asia. Highly recommend the splurge for the f & b, the views and more importantly the service. Can’s single out anyone as they were all wonderful. Gym is fine, lobby is understated and the bell guys do a great job of welcoming you in. Will be back for sure!

My car was damaged with the valet and no one will get back to us. We have all the proof they asked for and gave them time to investigate but they won’t reimburse us or even call us back at this point. Very poor customer service. We are very frustrated

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful 4 nights here. A stunning brand new hotel with all the luxuries we had hoped for. Fabulous service (thank you Dan) and a beautiful room with the best view. Loved the bathroom, bath ammenities , robe and minibar. Highly recommend hotel in a great location.

Sleek, modern, luxurious are all ways to describe The Ritz-Carlton, NoMad. Break-taking views paired with unparalleled service makes this hotel undoubtedly the top of NYC’s luxury market. The dining is great, club is relaxing and an oasis, and the entire team from doorman to front desk to housekeeping to the club lounge exude hospitality at the highest levels. This is a destination within a destination city!

Fantastic, luxurious experience at the Ritz Nomad. We had a room on the 26th Floor with an amazing view of Lower Manhattan. The best part of this hotel is the service. The staff to guest ratio is very high and there was always a friendly person to assist. In particular, Ronnie was delightful and very helpful. She even suggested the house car to assist with transportation. The gentlemen at the door were always welcoming. Treat yourself to the tasting menu at Bazaar. It is well worth the money, I can’t wait to return.

Very expensive, very dimly lit, very posh. Small rooms, yet great bathroom and bed. The Club very much worth it, with great staff and versatile fare, both food and drinks. Yet at 1800 dollars a night everything should be fabolous, right? I was very impressed by it all and that's why I went: the experience what this hotel can offer. Yet, I doubt I would go again, simply because I was not made feel special in any other part or aspect than the club and that you can replicate with plenty of other establishments.

This place was incredible. The room was well appointed with a very comfortable bed and the bathroom was incredible. I'm 5'6" and I was able to lay almost flat in the bathtub. We stayed in a room on a high floor and the view was just amazing. We didn't close the curtains once just so we could see out! I was here on business and we used the meeting rooms and catering and both were also fantastic. The hotel is really beautiful and in a convenient location. Staff was incredibly attentive and kind. Looking forward to staying here again some day!
