Typically, when we are assigned the second floor of a two-floor facility we are pleased that we will not having a thundering herd over our heads. Little did we suspect that this time we would have to navigate a winding set of carpeted stairs trying to drag our suitcases with us. Probably the inaccessibility of the hotel should have been a tip-off: Even using our GPS, we had difficulty find the hotel during daylight, returning after dinner in the dark, we found it by blind luck. Although the trip was a bit of a holiday, like others, I work online. Although we were specifically told we were in a ”working wifi zone” for the hotel, the bandwidth was insufficient, and I never gained access. On the plus side: the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Overall, the stay was not really worth the price.

Das Hotel war sehr schön und sehr sauber. Wir hatten eine Königin Suite und es war sehr geräumig mit einem separaten Schlafzimmer, Küche und Wohnzimmer. Das Bett war sehr komfortabel. Wir konnten auf dem TV die Netflix-App abonnieren, die bequem war. Der Duschekopf war fest mit viel Wasserdruck. Die Gegend war schön und ruhig. Ich würde dieses Hotel in Zukunft sicher reservieren, wenn ich das Utica-Gebiet wieder besuche. Die Stadt Utica liegt etwa 10 Minuten entfernt, während die Stadt New Hartford etwa 2-3 Meilen entfernt ist, was Ihnen den Zugang zu vielen Restaurants ermöglicht.

Dieses Hotel gewinnt viele Hilton Hotelpreise, und aus guter Gründe. Das Hotel ist gut verwaltet, es ist sauber und es ist komfortabel. Ich habe im letzten Jahr in diesem Hotel 100+ Nächte geblieben und es hat mich nie enttäuscht. Ich liebe die Lage -- es ist am Rande von New Hartford, so es ist nur Blöcke von Restaurants und Einkaufen. Aber es ist auch angrenzend zu öffnen Holzgebiete, so können Sie gehen und entspannen zu hören den Wald (die ich oft tun). Das Hotel verfügt über alle normalen Einrichtungen eines Homewood Suites (Küche mit vollen Kühlschrank, Deckenfans über das Bett, große Räume usw.), so ist es ein tolles Hotel für lange oder kurze Aufenthalte. Aber es ist das Personal, das dieses Hotel alle anderen in der Umgebung trennen. Jeder ist so freundlich und hilfreich.
