Local bastante confortável e limpo; Todos os itens que compõem o local parecem ser bastante novos; O café é bastante gostoso e a piscina é bastante acessível e agradável; Os funcionários são bem atenciosos.

It started at the airport, we booked transport to the hotel in advance and nobody was there. When we checked there was a sign that the pool was under maintenance, also there is no bar at the pool. This was not listed on any booking site. When I would take a shower, there was no hot water. I mentioned it at the reception and their answer was: do you need it? This problem happened also on the following evening. The Wi-Fi was terrible. The room key gave a big issue to get in the room. We did not stay in the hotel, and we left after two nights, instead of 5. They were not friendly at all at the reception, but they have given us a discount of 20% after a long argumentation. This is not at all a four-star hotel service.

Atendimento excelente, mas precisa melhorar o café da manhã, fica ao ar livre sem um proteção para os alimentos e as moscas ficam atacando, além de que falta uma refrigeração para os frios, o presunto no calor não estava
cm uma boa aparencia.
Outro ponto, precisa ter mais pessoas no horário do café, havia apenas uma pessoa para lavar a louça, corta as frutoas , fazer ovos, etc, e uma pessoa fazendo a reposição dos alimentos que muitas vezes não eram repostos, embora procurem ser ageis e atenciosos, mas não é suficiente, precisa ter mais pessoas trabalhando neste horario, até porque existe uma concentração pois os turistas estão indo para as prais ..vale a pena rever , pois a localização e o tamanhos dos quartos são excelentes..

Esse foi um dos hotéis onde me senti mais acolhido de toda a minha vida. O atendimento de todos os funcionários, em especial da funcionária "flor" foi de muita atenção e cordialidade. O quarto é bastante espaçoso e confortável. Uma característica que só vi aqui foi que dentro do quarto havia um roteador wifi, o que garantiu uma qualidade excelente de Internet e foi possível assistir meus streams favoritos na TV smart do quarto. Foi uma excelente experiência e voltarei com certeza.

Apenas 1 ar condicionado para um apartamento grande tamanho família,sem boa circulação de ar, com uma porta lateral. Passei bastante calor. Descarga não funcionava direito. Não recomendo.

Pontos positivos: A localização é boa, o quarto é confortável e espaçoso. O café da manhã tbm é muito bom. Pontos negativos: tive que ligar pra recepção ao chegar pq não estava encontrando o hotel, pois o nome é de um restaurante, esse nome de Terra Brasilis não existe mais. Nas fotos vemos que no hotel tem 2 piscinas , mas uma estava desativada e a outra tanto quem está hospedado quanto quem frequenta o restaurante pode usar… tive problemas com a fechadura da porta e com a limpeza do quarto, mas não com a camareira , pois a mesma não tinha recebido a informação de que foi solicitado a limpeza do quarto.

Local limpo, organizado e com um excelente atendimento. Infelizmente a área da piscina é no 4º andar e além disso existe um rooftop que gera bastante barulho, são cadeiras sendo arrastadas ou o som quando tem eventos. Tive um problema com minha acomodação onde foi oferecido o quarto errado, mas foi resolvido no dia seguinte. A funcionária Flor é excelente como pessoa e extremamente atenciosa!
