Insgesamt ein anständiger Aufenthalt in der Struktur, schade um das Fehlen eines Frühstücks (es ist ein B & B und muss daher im Preis inbegriffen sein) und nicht tadellose Sauberkeit.

It was a lovely stay at civico13! Bruno was very helpful and responsive, and the location is fantastic - walking distance from spaccanapoli, and 1min away from Duomo metro. Definitely would recommend to stay here if you are able to climb 4 floors.

Tout s'est bien passé avec civico 13, la chambre était propre et bien placé. L'hôte nous a même recommandé un bar pour regarder un match de foot. Le seul bémol, comme souvent énoncé dans les commentaires, le hall d'entrée pas très charmant et délabré et 4 longs étages à monter pour arriver au logement. Autrement, logement très proche du ferry pour aller à Ischia, ce qui est très pratique.

Отличное расположение. Бруно , хозяин апартаментов, очень любезен и приветлив. В номере был вкусный кофе Один момент, высокий этаж без лифта, но это скрашивалось прекрасным видом на Везувий и море

Очень чисто, ничем плохим не пахнет. Во дворе чувствуешь себя максимально защищенным. Есть все, что нужно. Хозяин очень любезен. Очень трудно подниматься на последний этаж. Очень тяжелые сумки перед яхтингом. Нам повезло, мы всего на две ночи, да и то уехали в Рим на один день. Возможно, есть помощь с подъемом багажа (там есть лебедка), но мы были одни и не факт, что лебедка принадлежит отелю. Никого не видели. Мечта интроверта!) Матрас продавлен к середине. Советую обновить. Зато лежали с женой и обнимались всю ночь! В целом — идеально на ночь или две, если нет багажа. За свои деньги отлично.

Ottima struttura situata nei pressi del centro. Fermata della metro a due passi molto comoda. Stanza al quinto piano di un palazzo, molto pulita e con tutto il necessario per soggiornare. Stanno costruendo l’ascensore quindi sicuramente in futuro sarà ancora più comodo.

Verfallenes Bed and Breakfast, außen und innen. Vier Etagen ohne Aufzug (ca. 100 Stufen, Höhe ca. 30 cm), absolut unpraktisch. Feuchtes, schmutziges Treppenhaus mit sehr prekären, an Anstand grenzenden Leistungen. Renovierte, aber unsichere Zimmer (unsichere Eingangstür, Seitengitter immer offen) und mit einem deutlichen, schrecklichen Geruch nach Abwasser. Diskreter Empfang, ansonsten negative Meinung auch aufgrund der Unrichtigkeit des Managers. Seien Sie vorsichtig bei positiven Bewertungen. Nie wieder.

Our arrival at the B&B was far from welcoming. After being dropped off by our transfer, we were led through a series of alleyways to an inconspicuous entrance — a large steel door with a buzzer system shared by other private residences. The surrounding area and entrance felt more like a construction site than the start of a relaxing holiday. Fresh plaster, drying walls, and a large “Do Not Enter” sign near a gaping hole left us wondering if we’d been scammed. Upon arrival, there was no response from the B&B through the buzzer, and after waiting 20 minutes and trying again, we began to worry. Attempts to contact the holiday company yielded no results. We eventually managed to find a phone number and email for the B&B — again, no response. It was only when a man, seemingly uninterested in our presence, arrived with a delivery and we pointed to the B&B sign that he acknowledged us. He led us up at least six flights of stairs, mentioned a local tourist tax we had to pay in cash, and handed over the keys. After climbing more stairs to the top floor, we reached our room. The room itself was decent, though the bathroom could use some maintenance. The communal terrace was a redeeming feature, offering pleasant views of the dock. A nearby supermarket was also convenient. However, the so-called reception was just a desk, chair, and a guestbook — no staff, no amenities. Most disappointingly, there was no breakfast provided despite it being a key reason we chose the B&B. When we raised this with the owner he sent us vouchers(business cards of the b&b with a signature on the back and paid written on it), there were no breakfast room and the reviews of the cafe/breakfast bar were ver similar to that of the ,b&b disappointing. While the location is central, the overall experience was disappointing. The building resembled a derelict site more than a guesthouse, and the lack of communication and hospitality left a lot to be desired.

An honest review you don’t see on any booking sites including *********** & Love Holidays, who refuse to acknowledge the issue As soon as you arrive you feel you’ve been scammed. There is no reception or even indication you are at the right place apart from a small plaque. No one was there to greet us & there was no number to call. We waited & the guy finally turned up to let us in, he only did so as I asked him to find the B&B which he initially ignored me & then said it was him. If we hadn’t of waited we’d be sleeping somewhere else as no number to call to gain access to the B&B, Love Holidays didn’t want to know. He took us up a 5 floor steep stone stair cases (which one one on any site tells you about! They are hard & steep not suitable for a young children or anyone with mobility or if unfit) The room itself is nice enough. Only 3 rooms in total at the B&B. No indication of breakfast even though we paid for breakfast, no obvious breakfast room. The outside & inside is a dump! Not sure how this place has got amazing reviews as it’s not worth it. We here right now!

Positief: De kamer was prima en de ligging vlak bij het historisch centrum ook. We hebben alles van hieruit gelopen. Inchecken ging makkelijk, we kregen een code en verdere aanwijzingen. Negatief: Parkeren: Op de website staat dat ze een regeling hebben met een parkeergarage voor 20 euro per dag. Wij kwamen hier aan om 4 uur 's middags, toen bleek de garage vol te zijn, we moesten over 2 uur maar terugkomen. Toen we om 6 uur terug kwamen was er gelukkig wel plek, maar het tarief was 25 euro. Volgens de garage hadden ze geen regeling met Civico of welk ander hotel/B&B dan ook. Ontbijt: Op de website staat inclusief ontbijt (het is tenslotte ook een Bed&Breakfast) maar toen we vroegen (via whatsapp) waar dat dan was, werd gezegd dat er geen ontbijt was. Toen we een screenshot van de site lieten zien, kregen we uiteindelijk ontbijtbonnen voor een bar op loopafstand. Het ontbijt hier stelde niets voor: een kop koffie en 1 zoet broodje. De kamer is in een groot, wat verwaarloosd gebouw (zoals alles in Napels). Maar de kamer zelf is prima en schoon. Wij zaten op de 3de verdieping, de overige kamers en het terras waren op de vierde, vrij hoge vervelende trappen.

Buona la posizione ma una paura incredibile, abbiamo sentito “presenze strane” all’interno del palazzo e scale alte e paurose… palazzo fatiscente sconsigliato a chi ha bambini o persone di una certa età Quartiere carino ma date le situazioni vissute all’interno del palazzo non è stata cosa!

Siamo arrivati in anticipo, abbiamo chiamato il proprietario e subito ci ha fatti accomodare in stanza. Molto disponibile su tutto. La stanza è vicino corso Umberto I, vicino anche al porto, quindi ti permette di andare facilmente ovunque. L’unica pecca è che il B&B si trova al quarto piano senza ascensore. Ha un terrazzino comune molto carino, buono per un momento di relax a vista mare.
