I stayed at Hemak Suites for 2 nights, and overall the place & service is ok. The hotel building is in a very busy part of the city, which doesn’t seem too safe, and the surrounding area does get quite noisy, esp. at night. The reception is on the 4th floor and the restaurant is on the 7th floor of the building. The room I stayed in on the 5th floor was ok. It was clean, & the bed was comfortable enough. However, the bathroom is quite small, & it is open as there is no door. Once you enter the door to the room, the bathroom sink is to the right, then there’s the toilet & shower, but there is no door or shower curtain that separates it from the room. It’s probably ok if you’re solo in the room, but maybe not so much for two people. At night, I could hear loud music from the nearby bars in the area & on the 2nd night, I awoke in the middle of the night to the sound of loud music. But then, there was a power outage so the music stopped but then around 3am the circuit breaker in my room made a loud buzzing sound that had me worried. Needless to say, I couldn’t go back to sleep. The buzzing kept on all morning until the time I left, all the lights were flickering, and of course, the elevator didn’t work since there was no power. I got my stuff ready & left the room, and with little sleep, left the hotel at 6am to head for my Maasai Mara safari. I did notify the front desk about the loud, buzzing breaker in my room & told him that maybe they just need to switch them off with the power out, then check the other rooms. As for the restaurant, the breakfast was good, & they have a good selection of food for lunch & dinner. The staff here was also friendly, as they packed a lunch for me while I visited Nairobi National Park. I would’ve had a better time here if I had gotten some sleep the night before my long drive the next day for my safari, if it wasn’t for the loud, buzzing breaker in the room.

Es fühlt sich sehr gut an. Das Hotel bietet chinesisches Essen. Das Hotelpersonal und die Hotelmanager sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. In der Nähe des Hotels, wenige Autominuten entfernt, befinden sich Einkaufszentren. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls bequem. Nach einem einwöchigen Aufenthalt kann das Hotel ein Auto mieten und es ist sicher auszugehen. Dort ging mir das Geld aus, der Hotelmanager war Chinese und er half auch dabei, den inländischen WeChat-Umtausch von RMB gegen US-Dollar zu akzeptieren. Es war fast ein Gefühl, einen Landsmann zu sehen. Sehr dankbar für die Hilfe des Hotels, sehr menschlich. Ich werde dort bleiben, wenn ich das nächste Mal gehe.

This was an amazzzzzing experience. Very exceptional. I booked this last minute when the original place I booked turned out to be a scam and I was stuck. I saw this place come up and I looked at the reviews to make sure it was good (I also knew the place as I grew up around that area and knew they were reliable and would not scam me). Anyway, I was glad to get this and they allowed me to book and only pay when I actually got on site. I checked in very late and they were very accommodating. This place is not just good…. It is amazingggg. It surpassed my expectations. The level of service and security is exceptional. Everyone in the staff is so friendly, provide exceptional service for the security, check-in/lobby staff, cleaners, laundry were just simply amazing. Jacinta, Kizito, Anne and so many others went far and beyond. Had such an amazing time. Anything I needed was provided quick and swift. They provide you with bottle water everyday and also clean the whole apartment (including bathrooms, kitchen, all dishes, floors etc) daily. They also provide you with bathroom amenities, clean towels and sheets daily. They also make your beds and rooms daily. You really feel like you are at home but also on vacation. Had a great city view as well. The staff all know you and make every effort to make your stay amazing. The security is also on point. No one can just come in. You have to register visitors for them to be allowed in and they will check their IDS and cars before being allowed into the property. The main pool was amazing but deep, so be prepared for that (this is not a heated pool though) This place is right next to Yaya Center, which is very convenient for everything you need for your stay as well as close to many restaurants and stores within walking distance. It’s very quick and easy to get Ubers there as well. They are doing some renovations to the gym and lobby (they have temporary setups of this at the moment), but from what saw, these will look very good when done. If you are thinking about staying here, please don’t hesitate. You will love it and want to stay longer or come back. I have already recommend this place to family and friends who I know will be traveling to Nairobi in the next coming months. To sum it up: this is an amazing place to stay and surpassed what I expected, very clean as well. Book this place… you will not regret it! It’s simple amazing. I will be staying here when I go back.

Gefallen · Das Hotel liegt in einem ruhigen Viertel etwas abseits vom Zentrum. Professionel freundlicher Empfang mit ”welcome” Getränk während des Check ins erinnerte uns mehr an ein 5 Sterne als an das gebuchte 4 Sterne Hotel. Dieser freundliche Service zog sich durch unseren ganzen Aufenthalt. Besonders im Restaurant wurden wir immer hervorragend bedient. Auch war man sehr bemüht unsere Extrawünsche beim Frühstück zu erfüllen. Das täglich wechselde Buffet war sehr vielfältig (siehe Bilder) und geschmacklich war für jeden etwas dabei. Wir haben jeden Abend unseres Aufenthalts dort gegessen. Besonders das Nachtischbuffet war ein Augenschmaus. Unser Zimmer war gut ausgestattet, es gab einen Gym und das Hotel macht insgesamt den Eindruck auf dem Weg zum 5 Sterne Hotel zu sein. Nicht gefallen · Das Zimmer hatte eine für uns ”zu weiche” Matratze - auf einen Hinweis bei Ankunft wurde sofort reagiert und eine nagelneue harte Matratze gebracht. Besser gehts nicht :-) Der Pool ist klein und könnte mal renoviert werden - ist sicher kein Badehotel. Wir haben ihn nicht benutzt. Joachim & Olive

Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine ausgezeichnete Auswahl und alles, was auf dem Angebot war genießbar. Das Personal war hilfreich und freundlich. Der Sicherheitsprozess und die Sicherheitstüren und den Zugang zu Karten nur ein wenig über dem Top scheinen, aber wir waren wirklich sicher. Wir genossen einen leckeren Weihnachtsabend auf der Obergeschoss des Hotels. Es war eine erstaunliche Erfahrung. Meine einzige Beschwerde ist, dass ich zwar die Klimaanlage auf und die Temperatur eingestellt hatte, um das Zimmer ein wenig zu kühlen, die Einheit lief während unseres zweitägigen Aufenthalts und nie das Zimmer kühlte oder die gewählte Temperatur erreichte. Auch das im Zimmertelefon funktionierte nicht. Ich bat eine Wartungsperson, zu kommen, um beide F-Fragen zu überprüfen und niemand kam je. Das Bett war sehr komfortabel und der moderne Stil des Zimmers war schön.

Die Lage ist bequem, namens Uber ist sehr bequem, Sie können den Ausgangspunkt für die Boma Hospitality College wählen, eine Hotelmanagement-Abteilung, die unter der Hotelgruppe arbeitet, und Sie können viele Studenten, die sich in Uniformen tragen, jeden Tag sehen.

Ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen, war sehr zu Frieden, ist in der Besten Lage. Der Service ist hervorragend, der Wachschutz ist sehr Aufmerksam, total freundliche Begrüßung, und vor allem wurde ich von JEDEM gegrüßt

Das Hotel ist erstaunlich. Die Zimmer sind super sauber. Alle Mitarbeiter, die ich getroffen habe und gesprochen, wo alle freundlich und Claria stand, ist sie sehr hilfreich, professionell und freundlich. Ich fühlte mich zu Hause. Ich empfehle Panari Hotel jedem, der Kenia besucht. 🥰
