"Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption und die Security waren sehr freundlich und haben uns sehr willkommen genießen. Generell fand ich es dort sehr angenehm. Das einzige was mich sehr enttäuscht hatte, waren die Mitarbeiter für die Zimmerreinigung. Ich hatte Oberteile im Schrank gehabt und zwei wurden mir dort geklaut. Ich hatte dem Manager bescheid gegeben und er hatte mit dem Zuständigen für die Reinigungskräfte gesprochen. Diese kam dann zu mir und meinte Sie würde sich darum kümmern und zu einem Späteren Zeitpunkt bei mir melden, was aber nicht geschah."

"Das Badezimmer wurde nicht sauber gereinigt und es gab leere Shampoobeutel, die von anderen zurückgelassen wurden. Das Zimmer war sehr klein und es war schwierig, mit zwei Kartons darin zu gehen. Mir gefiel der Einrichtungsstil sehr, und es hatte einen Sinn für Design . Das Doppelzimmer, über das ich geschrieben habe, war nach inländischem Brauch nur auf den Namen einer Person gebucht, aber mir wurde gesagt, dass das Hinzufügen einer weiteren Person 20 US-Dollar kosten würde, und mir wurde gesagt, dass dies nicht möglich sei . Ich sollte in Zukunft auf die Anzahl der Gäste achten."

"Overall this hotel was good. The breakfast food spread was amazing and the A-la-cart items you could order at dinner were very fancy and delicious. The staff was friendly and kind (but they often seemed overwhelmed with work). There was a huge walking path in the back of the lot. The grounds were beautiful. The hotel was clean. The gym was small; it included a rack of dumbbells, two or three treadmills, an elliptical machine, and one yoga mat. The water jug in the gym was empty. We wouldn’t stay here again because there are really nice hotels nearby for 1/3 of the cost. Maybe the food variety wouldn’t be as good as Eka, or less beautiful grounds, but Eka was not worth the extra cost. We stayed two nights and the entire time couldn’t see where the $125 a night value was coming from. Sadly, the other Nairobi hotel ratings on Trip are lower, like 3.5. An example hotel is Maison Royale. But if you’re looking for a good hotel just a bit less fancy, go somewhere else."

"It's located right in the city centre, and they have all the basic amenities you would need. If you're looking for a standard budget-friendly hotel at the centre of Nairobi, then this is the place to be. It does not have a good view from most sides, so take note if that's something important to you."

"這家酒店中國客人入住的比較少，但是在貓途鷹上的評價非常高，排在非洲第七。 本着學習和探索的心態特意體驗了一下。 首先這家酒店確實很有特色，如同它的名字一樣，名副其實的俱樂部風格，整體是輕鬆、開放、年輕、前衞的氛圍。裝修是粗曠的工業風但是又不失精緻，陳設佈置也都設計感十足。標準的小型精品酒店。 特別適合年輕人，尤其是搞新媒體的朋友入住，因為這裏基本天天都有主題派對，在這裏可以見到很多很多的非洲及各國的網紅和各類達人！ 飯好吃，咖啡也好喝（他們家自己烘培的），床品床墊都非常舒適，雖然酒店規模並不大但是衞生標準真心高，硬件維護的非常好！服務理念也與大多數酒店不一樣，很輕鬆，每個人都是社交大牛，能讓你快速融入，每個工作人員都像老朋友或者鄰居一樣與你聊天，並且能記住每個客人的特殊口味偏好（比如第一天你要了某一樣調料或者食物，第二天吃飯的時候他們就會主動而自然的給你配上！！！）難以置信那麼多客人，而且他們還看似都那麼忙碌，怎麼記得住的😅！！！想交新朋友喜歡大派對的就選這家酒店！！！但是要提前訂哦，滿房是常態！"

"We really enjoyed this hotel for the last night of our trip in Kenya. We wish we knew about it sooner. The rooms are lovely and the staff are very helpful. We even told the staff we could have the breakfast because we were leaving early morning for our flight. So they let us order in the evening so we could heat it up before we left. A really nice stay."
