I was attending a marriage at the hotel and also stayed there. It should not be called as 5 star hotel, may be for Nagpur it is. Breakfast is horrible. I am a south Indian. I took Masala dosa. It was a plain dosa with a bit of potato curry thrown in. Second day same scenario. I asked for onion dosa. They threw some raw onion inside the plain dosa and it is onion dosa. Thats not the way to do. If you dont know, then dont have it on the menu. Marathi food is mostly poori, poha and dry chapathi. They dont know other items. Some of the left over from previous day dinner was kept at the breakfast next day. This is awful. Kulcha, chana, etc were there for bkfast though it was served for dinner previous night. They need to improve a lot. I have stayed in no of 5 star hotels. This is worth 3 star only from my side.

Hello Friends, Without doubt one of the favourite hotels I stayed during my time in Nagpur! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and general ***ager, our names were mentioned on the board and we were upgraded to the Paradise Suite. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience. The second day we did a Nagpur Village trekking (20 - 22 Kms away from hotel) which was guided by Rajesh, who works as a Welcome Guest executive (Railway/ Airport Pickup Executive) as well. Rajesh is such a warm personality and highly motivated guide (recommendable!). I truly enjoyed walking the three of us through the village. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The natural bath on the end was a great way to end the trekking. Note, this is not a 4/5-star hotel or so, but the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the general ***ager who does a great job here, a true sample of excellent hospitality! The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building and it only gets more breath-taking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service. Overall, I had a great experience, the staffs were incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend, Kitty Parties, Office & family Get-together, Reunion Meetings etc.. Simply Cheers to the Hospitality! Regards, Sameer S. A.

Die schlimmste Erfahrung je, Jave blieb in mehreren Hotels in Indien. Aber diese Art von Gastfreundschaft nie gesehen. Mr. Shubham an der Rezeption scheint so arrogant zu sein, dass er am wenigsten beunruhigt über den Gastaufenthalt. Ich bat um eine Wasserflasche, er sagte, es wird laden,da sie nur eine Flasche pro Tag geben würden. Ich war ok und bereit zu bezahlen, da ich dürste war, es war so schockierend für mich, als er die Menge der Bisleri Wasserflasche verdoppelt fragte. Als ich fragte, warum Sie extra zahlen sagte er yehi Rate hai leno hai toh loo. Ich fragte nur, dass ich keine Art von Anstrengung über diese Flasche nehmen, keine Dienstleistungen wurden genommen. Auf dieser Sache argumentierte er, dass der Flughafen par bi extra lete hai, mein Freund für Ihre freundlichen Informationen auch sie nicht extra als MRP nehmen. Auch der Aufenthalt scheint beeindruckender zu sein, wenn am Morgen der Kamera des Zimmers leckte und und das ganze Zimmer voller Wasser war, ich wollte losgehen, aber Gott sei Dank habe ich mich ausgewogen. Und mein Leben ist sicher. Auch wenn ich fragte, ob ich in Ihrem Hotel wohne und nur eine Flasche pro Tag erhalten würde, würde andere auch zu einem doppelten Preis bezahlbar sein. Auf diesem Mr. Shubham sagte kii Hotel toh full hai, er ist am wenigsten beunruhigt darüber. Kurz gesagt, ich würde dieses Hotel nie für einen Aufenthalt an niemand empfehlen. Und ich würde auch die Person, die das führende Restaurant ist loben. Die Art und Weise, wie er den Gast behandelt, ist fantastisch, er weiß, was der Gast genau will. Jedes Mal, wenn ich das Restaurant besuche, fragt er mit lächelndem Gesicht, was Sie haben werden und behandelt seinen Gast wirklich gut wie ein wahrer Hotelier.
