Near to eateries, shopping, bed big enough for 2 adults 1 kid. Breakfast nice.

The location is so convenient. Shopping and eating are easy since it’s located at the city center. The staff is helpful and is able to communicate well in English.

Pros: very near Nagoya Shinkansen and subway; can leave luggages in hotel after checkout; can do laundry at 600 yen per load of less than 3kg which include hot drying Coos: super small room; since I’m solo traveller, I booked single room and I was given one pillow which is not comfortable and the bed is not comfortable; I felt itchy sleeping on it for 2 nights; checkout time is 10am and checkin time is 3pm; only towels, shampoo and body wash are provided in the bathroom, others have to collect in lobby

I think it was a good location. Nearby station, restaurants anywhere and shopping mall.

Location is great. Just right across from Nagoya Station. There are plenty of food and shopping places below and around the vicinity. The room and hallways are pretty dark and definitely needed extra lighting. Most amenities are provided at the lobby, They have a self-served luggage storage area which is a nice convenient touch for tourist or travellers wanting to explore the city or some last minute shopping before heading to the airport.

Staff in Japan are really good. Hotel staff treated us nicely and front office agents can speak English. Stayed here was good however we smelled cigarettes in the corridor. Very near Nagoya station and a lot of shops nearby. Upon check-in They will give you a coupon that you can use to a specific place to eat.

The room was very tiny, the window actually opened straight to another dark building it feeled like a cage. The ac was good , the cleaning lady was very nice. Overall it doesn't worth the price

Very nice, super clean hotel! Good location, just across the train station, so near to the mall, restaurants and convenience stores. Kudos to all the staff, very courteous, kind and accommodating! Will definitely be back!!
