Das Hotel liegt direkt gegenüber dem Bahnhof Nagoya. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig, die Matraze für einen Europäer definitiv zu hart. Die Stufe zwischen Bad/WC und Zimmer ist definitiv zu hoch - und auch nicht ungefährlich. Das Frühstück ist "nur" auf japanische Gäste ausgelegt. Es gibt leider keinen Käse und auch auch nur eine Marmelade oder sowas ähnliches - aber für den Preis ist es dennoch völlig in Ordnung.

Stayed at Sanco Inn Nagoya - Shinkansenguchi, and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel is extremely close to the Shinkansen, making it a convenient choice for travelers. However, reaching the subway is a bit annoying—it takes around 10 minutes to walk through the station, and the route feels like a maze. One thing to note is that the hotel locks its doors from 2–5 AM, so if you plan on staying out late or drinking, you might be better off staying in the Sakae area instead. That said, the hotel is clean and well-maintained, and if you need to be near the Shinkansen, it’s a solid option. Would stay again if needed!

Very close access to train station and for many of the interesting sites in the city of Nagoya. Highly recommend as a base to explore the area for a few days. Otherwise, rooms were a little cramped. Breakfast and available amenities were great. Recommended!

Perfect location across from the Nagoya JR and Shinkansen station. Very small room, but comfortable bed and I loved the free amenities bar on the reception floor. I was able to loan a pillow from their pillow library and they also had a wide selection of toiletries and items for loan which is a really nice touch. Friendly staff who speak a little English. Great value for the price.

Cross the road u will reach JR NAGOYA STATION. Opposite of Bic Camera. Good service, but the hotel room is quite small, its a big difficult to move around if u have big luggage other than that everything is good. Nice view from the hotel

Location is good. Easy to find. Located near JR station. The room is cleanliness but the toilet is unable to lock. Easy to walk to Noritake Garden and Aeon Noritake.

Just 200m from Shinkansen exit, easily for move around if you travel with young kids and luggages. Nearby has Meitetsu mall, and many souvenir shops, always easily find food nearby. Hotel room is clean, all necessary toiletries were provided at lobby, coffee and tea packets also provided. Floor 10 has a coin laundry room, very convenient. Check out also very easy, just inset room card into the machine at lobby, that’s it. Overall very satisfactory with this hotel, will sure stay again if visit to Nagoya in future.

Hotel conveniently located near Shinkansen Station. Our room was non-smoking, but it still smell of smoke. Very small room, 2 luggages not fit. There's a designated smoking room at the entrance to the hotel

the staff are very friendly and approachable, they can keep your luggage for you before you check in and after you check out. some of the amenities are not available inside your room like toothbrush, shaver, coffee, tea, etc but you can get them near the front desk. which is better for me, since you only get what you actually need. shampoo, body wash, conditioner, tissue, facial tissue and hand wash is available though inside the room. there is also available microwave at the lobby and data sim card vending machine. this hotel chain also applies eco cleaning, where they dont clean you room every day, only a few days after your stay but you can request to have your room cleaned provided you tell the front desk before 10am. but they can replace your towels every day. just put them in the bag provided, put the magnet for towel change outside your door together with the bag of used towels. you may also request for late check out at the front desk for 1,000 yen / hour.

Overall not bad price is reasonable and location is good, will come bac next time

Very bad experienced with the laundry machines, there has three washing machines, however the people just put and left the clothes without collect after finished washing….. this is allocated other people who want to wash clothes!   Each washing time is required 2 hours for finishing!  Than the others people might need to wait and wash the clothes till next morning! 😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬 Hotel said cannot move out the clothes within 30 minutes after finishing.    What’s the role?  Losing others people times for rest 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
