"Location was average. Check in was quick. 3 bedroon apartment was spacious but basic. No other information about hotel or room service provided. Living room sofa was worn and uncomfortable. Tv looked small, didnt use. Kitchen lacked pots pans, utensils, sufficient plates bowls, etc to cook. What was provided was pathetic. Liked the water dispenser. 3 bedrooms were alright. Toilets were alright. Not face or hand towels available. Had 2 long power trips during the first night stay. Everything including lifts in apartment block had zero power for more than 1h. Another power trip likely happened and cut power to our unit for hours (needed to reinsert the access card into the entrance card slot). Lacked of backup power to the building presents a serious fire safety issue in case of evacuation! No significant service recovery at all. Buffet breakfast restaurant lacked capacity to handle crowds. What looked like decent range of food was very starch heavy and lacked proteins and vegetables. Slow to replenish items. Lacked quality, food taste was meh. Hotel had banners selling stays and vitamin infusions for hypertension cure and other problems... Complete sham medicine! Wont stay here again! Even my 4 kids completely agree!!"

"Hotel is new and very clean with basic amenities. I like the room with spacious shelves that we could put our luggage bags. A lot of varieties for breakfast, and normally with quite a number of local dishes. Overall the egg station and bread are those i preferred since some food was not up to standards. Staff are courteous, pleasant and helpful when i asked for recommendation. Lobby has a huge sitting area for meeting up with friends and right at the end, a small lounge which serves drinks. The only inconvenient part is the swimming pool - it is not in the same building and cannot reach with a connecting lift. Swimmers has to move out of the hotel to go to the next building, move to level 6 and there's the swimming pool. There are changing rooms available. Perhaps the hotel is new, our taxi driver could not locate the hotel. As there are a few Harris properties in Batam, best to inform taxi driver including address. Btw, getting Grab to any other shopping malls are convenient and low cost. There are plenty of eaterie around. Within minutes walk, there are minimarts, cafe, food court, restaurant, massage parlours, skincare and hair salon! These are 2-3 storey high building. Nagoya Hill is the nearest shopping mall which is about 10-15 minutes walk. There is a school nearby so you could hear some noise when they are conducting activities. Also on-going construction nearby, can't really hear from room, so it doesn't bother us. Over all a great stay!"

"Everything is almost good but was not told that there was on going renovations next door during 9am to 5pm daily until our arrival. Our bedroom also can hear the morning prayers of the mosque at 4:45am in spite of us requesting repeatly for a quiet facing room weeks before arrival."

"Sehr empfehlenswert Hotel! Der Service war Top! Während der Inspektion habe ich mit dem Front-Desk-Personal geprüft, ob sie noch ein Doppelbettzimmer haben, weil ich ein Doppelzimmer gebucht habe, aber mein Sohn war bei mir während der Reise, so dass ich mit ihm in einem einzigen Bett schütteln muss, aber leider, Am Tag waren alle Zimmer voll reserviert, so dass sie kein zusätzliches Zimmer hatten. Aber als ich die Zimmertür öffnete, war ich überrascht, was sie mit dem Zimmer getan hatten, sie schlossen sich tatsächlich das Zwilling-Bett in ein Bett. Sie gab mir sogar einen Komplimentar Abendessen. Es ist wirklich nett von ihnen. Wird sicher von ihnen nochmal buchen."

"Loved our stay here! The rooms were clean, spacious, well furnished and comfy. The aircon is amazing. The breakfast spread is good, but quite slow service and refilling. Our cappuccino was very delayed. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the security, door men and bag service men. Location is fantastic, walkable to BCS Mall and Grand Batam mall."

"Das Frühstücksangebot war beeindruckend und gut in Bezug auf den Geschmack, mit einer Vielzahl von Optionen zu wählen. Die Zimmer waren sauber, komfortabel und gut gepflegt. Freier Fluss kleiner Flaschenwasser. Der Fernseher ist intelligent, so kann man youtube/netflix (muss in eigenem Konto abzeichnen) zugreifen. Die Lage war großartig mit vielen Lebensmittel- und Komfortgeschäften und einem Mall in der Nähe. Personal ist hilfreich und zugänglich."

"Always a pleasure to return to Favehotel. This time I came with my family and took 4 rooms. Love the spacious room and it is the main reason why I kept returning to Favehotel. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Bedsheets and towels are always crisps and fluffy. Room water pressure is very good. If water drainage at the sink and shower could be work on then the rooms are perfect Ferdi @reception was excellent in arranging our 4 rooms in a row including a set of connecting rooms. This help me tremendously in assisting my elderly family members. Another reason i chose the Favehotel is the surrounding compound. The streets and pavements are well developed and clean. Great for elderly individuals whom otherwise may trip over debris due to uneven terrain once you step outside the hotel like most other hotels in Batam Thamrin City development are the best! Hope they continue to maintain the cleanliness and in doing so attracts more to stay in this premise!"

"not a new hotel but refurbished hotel but still in good condition. we stayed for 3D2N. the room is not too big but because I booked a connecting room so it feels spacious for the 4 of us. the room is clean, they changed the bed sheets with clean ones when we first checked in the hotel. the towels also smell good. the breakfast is also delicious. there are fried rice, sausages, chicken porridge on 1st day , chicken soto on 2nd day, fruits, salad, several choices of pastry, eggs cooked with several choices. grilled chicken for the 1st day/ sweet and sour fish for 2nd day. vegetables, fried noodles, dessert is banana kolak for the 1st day/ sweet potato kolak for 2nd day. And several choices of drinks. the staff named Adalina is very friendly. offered us coffee drinks and delivered them to our table. we love her hospitality and for sure we will come back again. before I left the hotel. I registered to become a member hotel with them during check out time because I think next time I will stay at Swiss bel hotel in another city or country. but until today I have not received an email reply from the hotel."

"Excellent hotel. Staffs are welcoming, warm and polite. Cleanliness is impeccable. Excellent location - ＜5 mins walk to 2 malls (grand batam mall, city square mall) and, massages shop. Just beside the hotel is A2 food court. At night, there's a row of food stalls at roadside of the hotel. Opposite the hotel there's a convenience shop and many restaurants, penuin wet market is there as well. Breakfast is rich in variety from western to local Indonesian, including an Indomee stall. Overall, it's a 10/10 recommendation!"
