For my 4-day trip to Mykonos, I traveled with my family of seven. It was myself with my three children ages 10, 13, and 15, and my parents. Initially, I was looking for a property directly on the beach. When I spoke with people at the Acrogiali they informed me that they had no availability, however they said I should speak with their sister hotel The George. At first I was hesitant because it was not directly on the beach which was what I really wanted for my kids, but once I realized there weren't many other options, I went ahead with the booking. I was concerned that we were going to be too far away from the beach despite the fact they said it was only a short walk. Once I arrived to the property I was so pleased to learn that the walk to the beach was not even 5 minutes. It was barely a 3-minute walk from the front door down to the beach. What turned out to be a lovely surprise was that by being elevated over the beach up on the hills, we had an exceptional view with stunning sunsets. We learned that guests at other hotels came to the George Beach for the two beautiful Infinity swimming pools which were highly sought after. They offered amazing views of the beach and a good portion of the island. The hotel staff was extraordinarily helpful and accommodating. My father who was in a wheelchair for the trip was tended to at every turn. No matter where we went, there was a member of the staff willing to help. Every morning there was a lovely breakfast buffet by the pool that was a terrific way to wake up with the family. The rooms were all spacious, modern and beautiful. Knowing that Mykonos is largely a party island, we wanted somewhere with some activity, but not too much over the top. This was a perfect combination. The beach promenade was filled with very nice Beach clubs and cafes, and the expected gorgeous people you would hope to see on Mykonos. Every morning we would wake up and see massive yachts parked on the water. This is clearly where the billionaires hang out. Everywhere you turned there are a lot of younger people, beautifully dressed and looking for a good time on Mykonos while they were also a good number of families from across the globe. From the moment we arrived and our driver Costas introduced himself, every member of the staff was extraordinarily gracious and kind. The hotel itself exceeded all expectations as a hillside resort. Everything was freshly painted bright white just like you would expect. The bar at the pool had a super cool and chill vibe and the bartenders were friendly with just the right balance of friendly, small talk and terrific service. The drive into town was about 20 minutes during traffic, and 10 minutes without traffic. If you're looking to be in the downtown party area, this may not be the perfect place for you. But if you're looking for somewhere that is easily accessible to the beach, an amazing view, and a luxurious series of swimming pools, you have to check this out. If you like taking pic

So ein wunderschöner Ort. Wir hatten einen Studio auf der ersten Etage mit Meerblick. Studio war eine wirklich gute Größe mit einem Balkon, wo wir jeden Morgen gekühlt. Es gibt eine Küche mit Koch und Kühlschrank im Studio. Wir genossen auch einen Außenpool auf entspannende , ziemlich atmosphärische Atmosphäre. Im Empfangsbereich gibt es einen kleinen Lebensmittelmarkt, gut gelagert. Lage der Immobilie ist großartig. Ein paar Minuten zu Fuß vom Platis Gialos Beach, aber auch zu Fuß vom Strand Psarau, wo der berühmte Nammos Beach Club ist. Es gibt eine Busstation in der Nähe der Immobilie, wo Sie einen Bus nach Mykonos Town bekommen können. Fahrt ist vielleicht 15 Minuten und kostet nur EUR 1.80. Es gibt auch 2 Bakterien mit schönen frischen Patiserie und lokalen griechischen Wüsten. Das Paar, das das Eigentum führt, ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Sie haben uns alle Informationen von Mykonos gegeben, wir brauchten während unseres Aufenthalts. Wir sind den Besitzern dankbar, die unseren Aufenthalt begrüßt haben und könnten diese Unterkunft für einen Urlaub in Mykonos definitiv empfehlen und freuen sich auf wieder zurückzukehren.

I usually wait until I get back home to start reviewing places but this hotel was so awesome that I am compelled to share right away. We are a family of 4, our kids are teens. The airport pick up service was smooth, the driver was there when we arrived and we did not need to wait for other people. The check in process actually enjoyable because the front desk is so attentive. The beach area is stunning, the water is crystal clear and the sand is smooth ( no pebbles). The food at the beach restaurant was just ok but the service was fantastic. The rooms are clean and they provide anything that you need as far as toiletries. The bed is comfortable, bathroom water pressure is strong. The breakfast was ok not terrible but it did the job. I would highly recommend this hotel if you want a nice beach, clean facilities, friendly service. This is not the hotel to party but there ate several beach clubs walking distance.

Wir waren 3 Nächte in dem Hotel und wir waren begeistert. Der Service bzw. das Personal überfreundlich.. Selten so eine gute Bedienung erlebt. Das Zimmer mit dem Jacuzzi, TRAUMHAFT... Zimmer sehr modern, die Terrasse unschlagbar mit der Aussicht. Die Lage war auch perfekt. Das Restaurant und die Liegen am Strand gehört nicht zum Hotel. Sie sagen es aber von Anfang an. Da das Restaurant überteuert ist und ganz schlecht ist.

Das Hotel ist unglaublich, unglaublich Lage, unglaublich Pool+ Privater Strand und unglaublich Frühstück!! Ich glaube, Petasos ist das beste Hotel, um in Mykonos zu bleiben. Das Hotel liegt am schönsten Strand in Mykonos, mit einem Pool und einem privaten Strand-/Strandclub-Bereich, kann nicht falsch gehen. Es ist direkt vor der Busshalte, die Sie nur für 1.80euros - so bequem! Nicht erwähnen Sie die unglaubliche freundliche Mitarbeiter, die rund um das Hotel arbeiten! Nehmen Sie die Zeit, um ihre Spa zu besuchen, wenn Sie können! Ich freue mich auf die nächste Zeit, wenn wir nach Mykonos kommen! Danke Petasos!

Was für ein wunderschönes Hotel. Fantastische Lage. In der Nähe von fabelhaften Restaurants und mit dem Bus leicht in die Innenstadt zu erreichen. Die Bushaltestelle war 10 Meter vom Hotel entfernt. Die Zimmer waren wunderschön und sehr geräumig. Das Personal war unglaublich. Nichts war ein Problem und sie waren immer sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Die Poolbereiche waren fantastisch. Ich muss auch erwähnen, wie gut die Betten sind. Sehr wichtig für mich. Sie haben auch ein Restaurant unten am Strand namens Avli. Das beste Essen, das ich in Mykonos hatte. Ich kann das Argo nur wärmstens empfehlen.

I’ve been coming here for 5 years. It has a perfect location, very close to Platys gialos beach. It’s a modern hotel with beautiful rooms. The staff was always helpful and friendly. They always assisted us with all our needs. The accommodations were lovely and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay. Lovely bar and pool. We are delighted to recommend this hotel to anyone who is considering a visit to Mykonos.
