This is our 2nd trip to this hotel, 12 years ago we visited and I have to say it was better 2nd time round. We had an apartment, walk in shower, a lovely comfy bed. We recommend 110% the entertainment was brilliant. Food we could not find any faults. The staff were lovely and we can't believe fabian is still there, we showed him a photo we took 12 years ago. If you have children of any age I'd say visit here, its well worth it. Thank you for an amazing time.

We spent one week all inclusive in a family room at the Eix Lagotel in Playa de Muro. The facilities were fantastic, 3 separate swimming pools including 1 that was over 18's only. All the pools had their own bar/café. You could hire beach towels and inflatables from the hotel reception. Great choices for food breakfast, lunch & dinner. Evening entertainment was brilliant a tribute act was on every night we were there. A shuttle bus can take you to and from the beach for free but its a 10 minute walk away. Near the beach front you will find as many bars,restaurants & shops as you need. Would definitely use this hotel again.

I think this hotel is really good, I liked the fact if you are child free you can go to the over 18’s pool which is beautiful btw. It was so nice to chill out by the pool and not hear children, I think there are multiple pools to choose from so something for everyone. The staff are so lovely and kind if you need anything they will help you. We really liked the entertainment aspect too as there’s something for all ages. It’s a very clean hotel too. They provide a coach/bus to the beach which I thought was really good, It ran every 30 mins. I liked the shop too if I was hungry I could go and get some snacks and drinks I just wish it didn’t close at weird times on certain days? I think my only complaints are that there isn’t much variety in the buffet, I’m a fussy eater my self so if you’re the same I think you might struggle, just wished the pizza was inside too instead of being at the pool bar thing, it was nice so I would of loved to of had it at dinner. Also nothing is labelled (apart from the butter) so my fiancé would be choosing the hot food and hoping for the best, not just that if someone is allergic to something there isn’t any warning I think if the hotel saw this review I think you should take that on board because it would save a lot of hassle (also pls do the pizza inside it was nice). Another thing is that the corridors to the rooms are quite echoing so if people are being loud you can hear it in your room which is kind of annoying but what can you do. Also if you are from the uk and wanted to watch tv at night they have most of the BBC channels but every channel we tried didn’t work so my recommendation is find a channel with a film, you can Google how to change the language into English was a life saver, (I know you don’t come on holiday to watch TV but after being out for the evening it’s nice to wind down) I have really enjoyed it here just wished the weather was better.

Nice little 3 nighter with friends on an all inclusive mini break. The hotel is set a little off the beaten track, about 10 minute walk from the beach, the grounds are lovely, clean and well kept. Number of swimming pools inc adult only, salt water pool, little kids pool and the bigger main pool. Lovely but freezing! The rooms are pretty basic but with a modern ish feel. Decent size fridge, no kettle (you have to hire one from reception), safe in the room but again, need to hire to get the keys. Very clean with a daily visit from housekeeping. Lovely sun trap of a balcony also. I was a bit worried about the food reviews but I found the all inclusive had a good selection of fresh salads, grilled meats, fish, fruit, chips, potatoes, a variety of other dishes, selection of puddings etc. I really enjoyed the food! Unfortunately as others have stated, no labels made it a bit difficult in some cases, so if you’re gluten free or vegetarian or have any dietary requirements I can imagine this is a bit annoying. The drinks selection was very limited on the All Inc, the draught beer was Estrella which was good, and the sangria was very nice (careful as it sneaks up on you lol!). Cocktails weren’t the best but drinkable. My friends said the white wine was decent too. Last orders were at midnight and everything shut down at 1am. I do feel this hotel is more suited to groups and families. I wouldn’t come here with my husband put it that way. It was quite lively and very noisy at night which is always a bit of a no no for me. Thankfully I packed ear plugs so I could drown it out!!! The entertainment wasn’t the best but we had fun and made the most of it. Defo not a 4*, more a 3*. Staff were fab.
