Das Gute: 1. Preispunkt - Dies ist ein erschwingliches, keine Frills, einfaches Hotel. 2. Rein Zimmer - Dass ein ziemlich neues Hotel, das Zimmer, Bad, Bett, Hallen, etc sind immer noch sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. 3. Angenehmes Personal - Die Menschen sind im Allgemeinen schön und hilfreich hier. 4. Lage - Im Madrider Geschäftspark, Alabang. Molito ist nur in der Nähe. Das Bad: 1. Grundbedürfnisse wie eine Wasserkessel, Glas / Schlamm, Grundtoiletten sind nicht vorhanden. Nicht ein Händler, aber es wäre schön, sie alle im Zimmer zu haben. weder Gut noch Bad: 1. Es gibt nicht so viele Einrichtungen hier, so konnte das Hotel die Preise herunterfahren. Das Urteil: Ich würde gern hier bleiben, wenn es notwendig ist, für zukünftige Arbeitsaufenthalte.

Good place for a short staycation. I really enjoyed my stay. Staff were friendly and courteous. The room was nice and clean. I also enjoyed the amenities like the pool. The location is awesome, Molito Mall is just in front. Few things that could be better. There is only two small elevators servicing the entire building. I can imagine it could cause some issues if the hotel was fully booked, luckily I dont think the hotel was full during our stay. The phone in the room was not working, so it will be harder to contact house keeping or the hotel lobby. They are also serving snacks at the pool area. This might be something new because when I asked their staff what can they recommend, they are not that familiar with the menu items. Overall I still enjoyed my stay and will surely come back.

Ich habe bereits zweimal beim B Hotel angemeldet und kürzlich haben wir unseren Aufenthalt hier für unseren Geburtstag gebucht, ich kann nur sagen, dass sie nie enttäuscht, uns zu empfinden willkommen ☺️ Ich muss sagen, es war eine absolute Freude. Wir wurden von der Wächterin, den Rezeptoren und dem Hausbetreuungspersonal herzlich begrüßt, die überall in unserem Aufenthalt unglaublich hilfreich und aufmerksam waren. Das Hotel selbst war sauber, elegant und sehr gut gestaltet und macht mich wie im höchsten Objekt zu fühlen. Mein Zimmer war geräumig und unverschämt sauber, mit einem komfortablen Bett und allen Einrichtungen, die ich während meines Aufenthalts benötigt hatte. Ich möchte Renz danken, der die Zeit in diesem Zimmer betreut, um mich zu fragen, was ich brauche und alle meine Anfragen zu stellen. Ich möchte auch die Rezeptoren Madz, Tin, Pau und Abbi loben, die sichergestellt haben, dass unser Aufenthalt reibungslos ist und alle unsere Anfragen befolgt wurden. Sie bieten uns auch Shuttle, die ist zu gegebener Zeit, wenn wir um eine Abholung und Abschaltung bitten. Selbst ihre Concierge TJ, wenn ich es richtig erinnere, ist er sehr nett und rechtzeitig während unseres Services. Danke B Hotel alabang!!!! Wir werden sicher zurück sein ☺️❤️

The property is clean but lacks a lot of things which we found during our visit as under: 1. The lady all-in-one staff at the property lacks hospitality skills, she speaks to the guests as if they are doing a favor by giving a room to the guest for the tariff they are charging. 2. The property pictures look beautiful but the reality of the surroundings outside the property is sad. The property is good. The property is far from the city centre and transportation is a bit of a challenge. 3. We booked for a single standard but due to oversight we booked the room with a shared toilet upon reaching the property when we realized our mistake we were told that if we needed an attached toilet then we had to upgrade the room by paying additional Php.300 which we agreed but later we realized that the lower end room had TV but this upgraded room is without TV. 3. The property shows a ”Kitchenette: in all rooms and the pictures on the property listing also show cooking utensils, a kettle, and a microwave but we did not find the cooking utensils and we were told that cooking is not allowed in the rooms and we should not use the microwave oven also too much. refer picture. 4. There is no wardrobe in the room. A small clothes rack is provided which can accommodate only two towels weight and anything more than that will damage the rack itself. There is no luggage storage space as mentioned in the listing. 5. No towel hangers or any kind of racks or hooks in the bathroom for clothes and towels. Refer picture. 6. We were provided a pair of slippers of two different colors and different sizes, refer picture. 7. Listing says 24-hour check-in/out but we were told at the property that check-in/out is at 2 p.m. and left before 12 noon. 8. Last point is that the property is very far from the main city center and there is no proper food & beverage facility around the property at least for 5-6 km radius. I wish to inform the property management to take the above comments in a constructive manner and work on them and make changes to the listing and also look at improving upon the points and not take them otherwise and reply as they have done to many comments here in a very unprofessional manner. I have been a hotelier myself for the past 34 years and our first rule always was ” The guest is always right”. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und der Service ist schnell, wenn Sie etwas anfragen müssen. Einfache Ausstattung, gute Lage, fußläufig zum Einkaufszentrum Newport und direkt vor dem Flughafen. Der Pool ist nicht beheizt. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine einfache Auswahl. Aber insgesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt genossen.

ボラカイ島の後泊で一泊しました。事前にメールでお願いして、空港まで迎えに来てもらいました。泊まったのはボトムカテゴリーのコーラルウィングの部屋でしたが、広さも快適さも十分。トイレが２つありました。海側か噴水側か、チェックインの際に希望を聞かれたので噴水側にしました。夜6時以降、1時間おきに行われる噴水ショーが部屋のリビング、バスルームからよく見えました。音はそんなに聞こえませんが。部屋の良かったところは荷物置きスペースが広く、玄関から直行できる作りになっているところ、明るい電気がつくドレッサーがあるところ、広いバスタブの底に滑り止めがあるところ、シャワー室にベンチがあるところ、など沢山ありました。アメニティは良い香りで、ドライヤーの風量も十分。バスローブの肌触りも良かったです。翌朝のフライトが早かったのでコンシェルジュ経由でgrabを手配してもらったのですが、モーニングコールの時間、荷物のピックアップ時刻等を決めて、後で紙にまとめたものを部屋に届けてくれました。信頼のおける対応でした。

Waren für 4 Nächte hier! Ich neige dazu, morgens lange auszuschlafen. Von oben dröhnt weiterhin der Baulärm. Ich konnte morgens nicht schlafen! Wenn es sich um eine Unterkunft handelt, wäre es besser, wenn morgens keine Bauarbeiten durchgeführt würden. Und daneben ist eine Baustelle, also gehe ich schwimmen. Die Kräne arbeiten bis spät in die Nacht, bis das Schwimmbad um 8 Uhr schließt, sodass die Aussicht immer noch nicht gut ist! Die Aussicht von der Unterkunft blieb 4 Tage lang erhalten, und als ich die Tür öffnete, Die Aussicht vom Vorderzimmer war großartig. Ich habe später davon erfahren Es waren die letzten 4 Tage, also blieb ich dort. Jedes Mal, wenn ich ein Zimmer mit Blick auf die andere Seite auscheckte, war es immer Mittagszeit. Die Person wechselte jeden Tag! Ich wäre sehr zufrieden gewesen, wenn sie mir zu diesem Zeitpunkt ein gutes Zimmer für 4 Tage gegeben hätte. Der Blick aus dem Zimmer, in dem ich wohne, ist ein Blick auf den Hof im 5. Stock. Es war unangenehm, weil ich beim Gehen im 5. Stock durch das Fenster sehen konnte und daher die Vorhänge immer zuziehen musste! Es war so enttäuschend Beim Auschecken sind es zwei Kassendamen. Während ich einem Mann weiterhin antwortete, behandelte er mich sorglos, wenn es darum ging, mich selbst zu überprüfen. Ich war geduldig, weil es ein fremdes Land war. Da mein Englisch auf mittlerem Niveau ist, wollte ich schreien, hielt mich aber zurück. Mir ging es schlecht!

Sauber und neu. Die Fenster kann man nicht öffnen, nur Klimaanlage. Abseits gelegen, ca. 1 Stunde mit dem Auto zum Flughafen von Manila. Freundliches Personal. Da ich hier noch mehr schreiben muss: Relativ hellhörig. Die Gänge sind gefliest, wenn ein Gepäckwagen vorbeirollt ist das schon recht laut, genauso wenn Kinder spielen. Der Druck auf der Dusche könnte höher sein. Preise für das Essen an westliche Touristen angepasst.

My kids enjoyed the play room. The room was clean, however, there was an annoying smell that comes from the bathroom. The housekeeping came and made a thorough cleaning, but the smell keeps coming back. Other than that, all were good. Will still come back in the future.
