This is my 3rd or 4th time staying in Crimson. They never fail to amaze me with the staff’s enthusiasm and hospitality. They’re really dedicated in making your stay memorable and aside from the awesome bed and pillows, its the hotel staff that will surely make your stay memorable and enjoyable.

Crimson is a superb hotel especially for those who want to stay within the location of alabang. literally across festival mall and quite near westgate and alabang town center. staff was very friendly as well. would recommend 100

Staff are friendly, helpful, breakfast buffet was great and a lot of choices. My kids enjoyed the pool. What I don't like check-in and check-out line kinda slowly moving.

Very convenient location since we had to attend Snoh Aalegra’s concert in Filinvest Tent. Check-in time took quite a while but the staff are very courteous and helpful. Pool area was good and the room was huge could actually fit 4 people. Bakery downstairs had really good pastries and the hidden bar was cool.

Good location and high class hotel. However, service quite slow. Didn’t top up shampoo and body wash in room. Requested front desk but took almost 2 hours to come. Service is good but not very slow. Need improvement in service speendess.

This hotel is my go-to hotel whenever my family wants to take a staycation. Apart from the location, it is also convenient because it is close to the mall, there are many places to eat in the mall. As always the staff are very accommodating. There is also a counter for online checkin. I had a problem during my time online check in but the staff was prompt to assist.

Unfortunately marred by an excessively long check-in process. Upon arrival, my initial excitement quickly turned to frustration as I found myself waiting in line for what felt like an eternity. Despite having made a reservation in advance, the staff seemed unprepared for the influx of guests, resulting in a chaotic and time-consuming ordeal. Upon entering the room, my dismay only grew as I discovered that instead of the advertised single king-sized bed, the room contained two single beds pushed together. This makeshift arrangement not only fell short of my expectations but also led to a highly uncomfortable sleeping experience. The gap between the beds and the hard seam in the middle made it nearly impossible to rest peacefully. It felt more like sleeping on two separate beds rather than experiencing the seamless comfort one would expect from a deluxe King room.

2 days, 2 nights. Check in was smooth. OJT have feel of supervisor image, good on her. Wish that all reception to do the same on smart looks. Room is comfortable, with the view of Muntinlupa lake and pool side. Bed is nice for 2 double queen. Breakfast buffet has good selections, local food is available. Tables and chairs and restaurant colours bit darker. Alabang view is amazing and calm on eyes. Lunch option is limited to ramen and pasta, not so enjoyable. Lounge is nice, cozy. Lobby is spacious. Menu is the same from restaurant selection. However many options available outside at festival and around alabang. Ground floor cafe is a luxury feel, French viennoiseries are available and they all looks so good, professionally made. I wish the chef to do the same touch in main restaurant while maintaining Filipino feel. Pool was nice, fire drill conducted that time. Attendants are attentive and helpful. Thank you was nice stay!

That was my second stay. A safe and convenient hotel to stay in with a mega mall just opposite the hotel. The furnishing is a bit dated.

The room was quite old including the TV. For a five star hotel I was expecting the hotel to have the smart TV.
