It was actually better than expected. The place was a bit small but very clean and cool, there is free parking. The rooms are of average size, has a great view, cool, good bathroom size, very big king size bed, soft and nicely made up. Pillows are soft but not collapsible so that's a plus. Has free bedroom slippers, complete toiletries, has bathrobes and towels. Staff are very courteous, easy to talk to, helpful and very accommodating. Breakfast is just so-so, a bit expensive for its selection, not enough choices.

No big and nice swimming pool. Just an outdoor tub. Breakfast buffet is good. I like it! Bed is not that clean though. Something is biting so I was not able to sleep well. Internet is a bit slow in my room. View is not that nice. Staffs are friendly especially at Prime Cafe. The guy who cooked eggs is so nice so as the guy who served coffee. Good stay so far.

Another good location within walking distance to eating place. Hotel provide shuttle service to ATC n FESTIVAL MALL.. HELPFUL n Friendly staff...Good service!!!!! Will be back again!!!!

Staff are friendly and helpful.Excellent property and very convenient to USC activities. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm.

The facilities of the hotel is old, and there has no window in my room, and the water output is quite slow and no enough… bad experience

We always get excellent service at B hotel. Good job to all the staff. This is our favorite place to relax. They accommodate all our requests and food is delicious. Highly recommended. Special thanks to Kelly for a warm welcome on our return :)

Hotel room was very clean and comfy. Good at the breakfast buffet is good though it can still be improve by adding more food options. Over all experience was great and all the staff starting from front desk desk all the way to room service was 10 out of 10.

The room is very spacious which I really love, the bed and pillows are comfy, has a very big window. The bathroom is just the normal size, with hot and cold shower. There’s not much amenities. The buffet breakfast has a few options only, did not enjoy much.

We stayed here for 4nights because of a power outage at our condo. I wanna thank them for accepting our furbaby and even providing peetray and water bowl. Their staff are consistently accomodating and polite. Kudos to the mngmt!!

All good for an overnight stay. Location is superb and not right smack in the middle of the crowded part of Alabang.

Great location near mall

Very Good Hotel!!! Actually it is more than we expected! The room is spacious… A little hiccup when we have to change our room because our original room’s air-conditioning malfunctioned but they replaced it very fast… They even gave my 1 year old a Birthday Cake…

PROS: 1. King bedroom was cozy and ideal for a staycation. 2. Google TV in the room allowed us to watch Netflix, AppleTV and Prime TV...if you are a subscriber. Remember to log off. 3. Prime Cafe had an almost fine dining table set up for dinner. Elegant and classy. Mark is an asset. 4. 10 min walk to the fringes of ATC. 5. Surrounding open space in Madrigal business park makes for an enjoyable jogging/running area...if you are into running. COULD BE IMPROVED: 1. Bathroom had no telephone shower so ladies might have a harder time washing their hair. 2. The soup and congee station was cold during breakfast... had no heat underneath. Had to ask a server to microwave. 3. Biggest letdown is the lack of swimming pool but they have a generous sized soaking pool at least. The Pros outweigh the ifs and buts so will go back when need to stay in Alabang.
