When I arrived it was 8am and our check in time was 3pm. The let us early check in without any extras. The location is perfect, house keeping is perfect, the people working at the hotel are the best on all my hotels experience. Well done and keep this level of service.

很糟糕的一次體驗，為了離許願池近一點，選了這家酒店，登記房間的時候，一個高個子的中年婦女，明顯的歧視中國人，我一個大人帶了兩個孩子，非要説一個房間衹能住兩個人，不允許住三個人，非要我們再開一間房，否則另一個孩子不能入住，很明顯的跟搶錢沒什麼區別，之前的房間想退也不能退，沒辦法衹能再開一間房，三千多一晚人民幣，打電話要一個燒水壺，服務員假裝聽不懂，不給送，要一個被子，也是很久才送上來，服務超級差，早餐很慢很慢，很久才上一道你點的菜，不推薦中國遊客去受歧視……

完全符合五星精品酒店的標準，地理位置絕佳，房間寬敞乾淨安靜，枕頭床墊很舒服，浴巾厚實吸水好，早餐品質非常高，整個酒店服務很好，我們一共住了四晚非常推薦

Found Hotel Maalot through the Chase travel Edit program, and it was a great stay. The service was great, the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the hotel was beautifully and colorfully decorated. It was also a 30 second walk to the Trevi Fountain and walkable to anything you’d want to visit. Highly recommend for a Rome stay!

The Maalot is a total standout gem and my favorite hotel in Rome. Everything is impeccable, from the central location right by the Trevi fountain (which I love passing by and saying hello to every time I leave and return to the hotel!) to the gorgeous rooms with unparalleled design, and the outstanding hospitality where every team member truly goes above and beyond. Housekeeping was prompt, thoughtful, and seamless. Breakfast is a beautiful and attentive affair - and the F&B manager is so delightful and clearly has such passion for her work! It was a joy meeting every member of this incredible place, which feels more like a 2nd home to me than a "hotel". I love interior decor and design and so fully appreciate their decor which is beautiful and tasteful - modern with a nod to classic Italian styles. But what is truly unbeatable is the people - the entire team is so wonderful and helpful. I truly felt so taken care of and had an incredible seamless experience. I have been to Rome 5 times, and this was my 2nd stay at Maalot because they left such an impression the 1st time - and after this 2nd amazing return stay, they have sealed the deal and I will not be going anywhere else. They also wow'd my partner who I was so excited to introduce to the Maalot this time. I travel globally often and this is a very unique place. Of all the places we stayed all over Italy, this was #1. Special shout out and big thanks to Jonida the manager for taking extra good care of me - including an unexpected knockout deluxe room set aside for me, and snagging coveted sold out tickets to the Borghese Gallery! I can't wait to return again.

We first visited Rome many years ago and always loved it. We have been back there many times. It was the queen of European cities. However sadly that is no longer true. It is now overcrowded, overpriced and filthy. We stayed in the Maalot for four nights. It is too close to the Trevi and all the adjoining streets, particularly the street the hotel is on, is overrun with tourists. Every day was like being in the middle of a crowd attending a festival or soccer match. Our bedroom was lovely and breakfast was very good. The service is attentive but cold. The hotel has no proper reception areas. It’s like staying in an upmarket b&b not a hotel. We wouldn’t stay there again. In fact it will be some time before we return to Rome. On our first night we went over to one of the streets near the Pantheon. It was late but we got a table on the street. The seagulls were swooping constantly due to the amount of rubbish on the street. Then a rat, the size of a pussy cat, ran across the street and under the tables …….disgusting!! Say no more……..

The Maalot Hotel is perfectly situated in the centre of Rome, beautifully appointed, extremely comfortable and the staff are very helpful. They were able to recommend some real Italian-style restaurants that were not tourist traps and make tour and restaurant reservations for us - unfortunately we don’t speak Italian. In addition to being so comfortable, hotel rooms are perfectly insulated from the hubbub of the surrounding streets. To step into the hotel from the street is like stepping into an oasis - cool, calm, quiet, restoring after a day of sightseeing in the city, and personally welcomed by staff. The bar is an inviting space with a knowledgeable bar attendant; the breakfast menu has on it everything that you might wish, from fresh fruit and juice to freshly baked pastries and egg dishes. We had a wonderful stay at the Maalot.

Excellent hotel and service. The best vibe when you enter into the lobby and find yourself in another world. I would go back there in a second. They crew is incredible as well. It has beautiful rooms with access to the street plus they team caters to your every whim. It is small so they will remember your name and greet you by name every time they see you.

Amazing hotel - location is PERFECT, rooms are very good and service is the best experience ever. Excellent attention to details and a true 5 stars from all directions. Amazing and wonderful. You won’t find more helpful staff and such great service anywhere like this. Such a fabulous relaxed vibe also. Where do I start? The minute you approach, you are treated like royalty: sat down and checked in, in a casual and relaxed manner with a drink. The main reception and eating area is immaculate: it has a unique vibe and feel to it. The music is always spot on and chilled but funky and inoffensive. The staff continue to be so helpful and give a first class service throughout. The rooms are amazing and also so beautiful. The food and drink every day is of a high standard and the service is just always spot on and so good. The staff can’t do enough for you at any time of day and their happiness is infectious. Nice little touches include things like every morning for breakfast, local fresh mini pastries and cakes are served before breakfast. I will be recommending this hotel to any of my friends who come to Rome and will definitely come back again. Thank you

This is a beautiful hotel. Very comfortable with very attentive staff. The gym and the restaurant are also outstanding. The only issue is the location. It is akin to staying in Times Square, but once you enter the hotel it is very peaceful. There was occasional music on the street at night, but it ended at 10pm or 11pm at the latest.

This was our first trip to Rome, spending 4 nights here before we left on a 10 night cruise. This was probably the most fantastic hotel experience I have ever had, and the other couples we traveled with agreed! The location was perfect, very close to the Trevi fountain. It was on a bustling street but it felt a world away as soon as you walked through the door. Staff was incredible, even calling the airport to arrange our lost luggage to be delivered. We had some friends staying at another hotel whose concierge would not help with their lost luggage, so the helpful staff at Hotel Maalot even helped them out!! Incredible service!! It would be extremely difficult to return to Rome and not stay at this hotel. I just feel like nothing could ever compare. Side note: I did not tour the gym but our friends used it almost everyday and they said it was the very best for a hotel of that size.

An oasis in the heart of the tourist district of Rome. In the frenzied Trevi fountain location, stepping into the lobby of the hotel, one is immediately transported to the luxurious calm of this special place. The interior design is stunning, creative, extravagant and full of whimsy. As an interior designer, I loved the design. The staff at the front desk are highly trained to ensure that your experience exceeds your expectations. The rooms at the back of the hotel are incredibly quiet, and the beds are the most comfortable I have experienced in any hotel, anywhere. A surprise for a country notorious for beds of the rock-hard variety. The complimentary minibar stocked with waters, juices and soda and bespoke snacks again make you feel taken care of in your home away from home. The housekeeping staff deserve their own 5 star review. I have never experienced anything like the housekeeping at this hotel. First, they are essentially invisible. Yet, out of nowhere, your room is refreshed to the state of check-in twice during the day. Once for the morning service, and again for turn-down. Simply put the "check-mark" sign on your door and that signals to the discreet staff that it is their time to shine. When you return to your room, you will be delighted. Aside from what you would expect from housekeeping service, you will also enjoy replenished minibar and snacks, replaced fresh towels (the softest, most absorbent!), bedside water and treat. Breakfast is not the usual Italian buffet, but instead, plates of chef-created goodies and a brief menu of creative items are offered to enjoy with your delicious coffee of choice and fresh squeezed juices. Although the hotel is on a very busy pedestrian street, we did enjoy the absolutely central location. You can walk anywhere in central Rome within 20 minutes of the hotel, so when going out for the day, it was easy to keep coming back to the hotel to drop shopping bags, or just take a break. This place is special.
