Had such a great experience, free breakfast, very clean rooms & clean indoor pool. Definitely recommend this location, right near the Katy mills mall!

Great property. Room was amazing clean and huge for my family of 4. Only complaints were that 1.the shower water pressure was terrible. Very low flow and difficult to get a great clean. 2. Breakfast options were lacking and not very tasty. Was surprised at the limited and repetative options during springbreak. 3. The pull out sofa was not comfortable at all very thin mattress and took multiple layers of bedding for my kids to sleep comfortably. The front desk was super friendly and helpful. Overall still a great stay for spring break

It was a quick overnight stay before a Spartan race, so it was mostly in and out. The only 3 hiccups we encountered were: 1. No one at the front desk when we got there at 7ish pm. We had to wait for a while. 2. My digital key never came in through the app. And 3. The breakfast was a bit less than appetizing. Eggs tasted totally fake. Other than that it was perfect.

The fawcett of the shower didnt work good, the water was too hot or too cold! Very inconfortable, and you dont give shower cap anymore. The noise of the dogs waking until midnight !

Beautiful, well kept hotel. Just did not like house keeping only available every other day.

Such a beautiful hotel and super great for families. The pool was just perfect.

Front service was very good. However no one came to clean our room after our first night. We did not expect it. Othr than that everything was very good.

There was no one at the front desk when we arrived but the woman was very apologetic and friendly!! After that everything was wonderful. Room was clean and stocked, the breakfast was delicious and the lady at the front desk was informative about things to do around the area! Will definitely go back

The room had no privacy through the windows. Our suite faced the common area outside and did not offer window blackouts so we had to keep our shades drawn to keep privacy inside the room. The hot water was not hot. Luke warm at its best. Breakfast is subpar. Hard bread. The room had items broken and not repired and the floor was dirty.
