Das Lounge-Raum ist sauber und sehr gemütlich. Das Zimmer ist auch sehr sauber. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und günstig. Die Lage ist sehr zugänglich, in der Nähe der Mall. Wir werden sicher zurückgehen.

Das Gute: 1. Preispunkt - Dies ist ein erschwingliches, keine Frills, einfaches Hotel. 2. Rein Zimmer - Dass ein ziemlich neues Hotel, das Zimmer, Bad, Bett, Hallen, etc sind immer noch sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. 3. Angenehmes Personal - Die Menschen sind im Allgemeinen schön und hilfreich hier. 4. Lage - Im Madrider Geschäftspark, Alabang. Molito ist nur in der Nähe. Das Bad: 1. Grundbedürfnisse wie eine Wasserkessel, Glas / Schlamm, Grundtoiletten sind nicht vorhanden. Nicht ein Händler, aber es wäre schön, sie alle im Zimmer zu haben. weder Gut noch Bad: 1. Es gibt nicht so viele Einrichtungen hier, so konnte das Hotel die Preise herunterfahren. Das Urteil: Ich würde gern hier bleiben, wenn es notwendig ist, für zukünftige Arbeitsaufenthalte.

Good place for a short staycation. I really enjoyed my stay. Staff were friendly and courteous. The room was nice and clean. I also enjoyed the amenities like the pool. The location is awesome, Molito Mall is just in front. Few things that could be better. There is only two small elevators servicing the entire building. I can imagine it could cause some issues if the hotel was fully booked, luckily I dont think the hotel was full during our stay. The phone in the room was not working, so it will be harder to contact house keeping or the hotel lobby. They are also serving snacks at the pool area. This might be something new because when I asked their staff what can they recommend, they are not that familiar with the menu items. Overall I still enjoyed my stay and will surely come back.

Rooms - spacious (we booked the Deluxe Twin and Deluxe King); electrical outlet & usb port located only at the front (near tv) - none by the bed (well, at least for the room I got) Amenities - didn’t try but they have a pool and rooftop bar Location - fastfood (mcdonald’s) at the front of the hotel; very big mall a few minutes away (by foot) Breakfast - have choices but not that many

Ich habe bereits zweimal beim B Hotel angemeldet und kürzlich haben wir unseren Aufenthalt hier für unseren Geburtstag gebucht, ich kann nur sagen, dass sie nie enttäuscht, uns zu empfinden willkommen ☺️ Ich muss sagen, es war eine absolute Freude. Wir wurden von der Wächterin, den Rezeptoren und dem Hausbetreuungspersonal herzlich begrüßt, die überall in unserem Aufenthalt unglaublich hilfreich und aufmerksam waren. Das Hotel selbst war sauber, elegant und sehr gut gestaltet und macht mich wie im höchsten Objekt zu fühlen. Mein Zimmer war geräumig und unverschämt sauber, mit einem komfortablen Bett und allen Einrichtungen, die ich während meines Aufenthalts benötigt hatte. Ich möchte Renz danken, der die Zeit in diesem Zimmer betreut, um mich zu fragen, was ich brauche und alle meine Anfragen zu stellen. Ich möchte auch die Rezeptoren Madz, Tin, Pau und Abbi loben, die sichergestellt haben, dass unser Aufenthalt reibungslos ist und alle unsere Anfragen befolgt wurden. Sie bieten uns auch Shuttle, die ist zu gegebener Zeit, wenn wir um eine Abholung und Abschaltung bitten. If you think good music and good food pair well together, then choosing to dine and stay at Vivere Hotel would be the right choice for you. Not to mention, the service was really great despite arriving on a busy Friday night. The servers never failed to greet us with a warm welcome and made sure that we had everything we needed. All in all, I aim to come back with my friends another time as I really enjoyed my time there and Vivere Hotel's hospitality would definitely be one of the reasons why I'd choose them over any hotel in the south.

Booked a 2-night stay. Day 1: Used Waze to find the place, so we went directly to the parking entrance at the back. We were told we needed a pass that is given out at the front desk. The road was a one-way street, so we had to maneuver in a narrow street. Since I was already at the front desk, I decided to checked in. We checked in 2 hours after the supposed check in time, yet the room was not ready. Had to wait 20 minutes, but I was told our check out time was pushed back for 2 hrs. I appreciate that, but only because our purpose of staying was a staycation, so we're not really particular about the time. However, here we go again with the parking issue. I stayed at the lobby with my parents and sister to wait for our room while my brother and his girlfriend parked the car. My brother called me to say there's no space available and complained that the parking area was super tight. He also said the attendant was not helpful and simply told him the obvious, ”Sir, walang available,” then walked away without even suggesting somewhere else to park. My brother called me again to ask for assistance. I approached someone from the front desk. He asked the lobby guard to tell the parking attendant to let us park at the second level. Idk what's the issue with that. A private parking area, I guess? When my brother got there, there was also no available space. The attendant again said the same thing and added we could park outside. Note that there was typhoon Paeng at that time, so my brother didn't want to park outside. He called me again, and again I asked for help. The lobby guard personally went to the parking area to assist my brother. That was the one good thing to have happened so far. While waiting for the elevator, the group behind us also encountered the same problem. They chose to park at the commercial area across the street and asked the hotel to compensate the fee. As for the room, I have stayed in a place managed by HII before, so it's fair to say I'm beyond disappointed. The furniture and the fixtures look really old. There were stains on the chairs. Between the two bathrooms, one has a stained toilet bowl, the other has a lingering stink that my sister described as the smell when someone just pooped. The worst part was that that bathroom is the one inside the master's bedroom. I could smell the stink while on the bed. Good thing my mom brought an extra alcohol spray, but the smell was still there. The sliding door of the shower area was also broken and the water temperature was difficut to control. Of the three bedrooms, there is only one tv. The other tv is in the living room. My booking was a room good for 6 adults, but the things prepared (slippers, chairs, plates, cutleries) were only for 3. No hand towels. Ordered room service for dinner, was told food would be delivered in 1 hour. It was 15 mins late. Plus they only allow cash as mode of payment. Very unusual for a hotel. At least the bed, sheets, and pillows looked decent. We

ein bisschen weit von manila entfernt, aber so schöne umgebung, alle mitarbeiter sind so nett zu den gästen ~ und wirklich so sauber ~ ich werde wieder hier übernachten, wenn ich wieder die philippinen besuche. Es ist wirklich so ein gutes Hotel~
