Anybody who is going through this review. I am telling you this hotel is NOT WORTH your hard earned money. And i would also like to share with you guys that i am a person who travels a lot and to different countries even for my work related things. I have stayed in a lot of different properties. 1.Never have i ever seen any hotel the good once charging for ICE CUBES. This is crazy....you ask them for some ice. The answer you will get is "Sir its chargeable". 2. The rooms have shabby towels. 3. Loud music in you rooms always till LATE NIGHT because it has a club on roof top. 4. This morning i ordered form in-room dining menu at around 5:15AM. Just image such a big property. I asked them for a beverage i.e Tea with my order. As you know being an Indian who would not want to have a cup of tea in the morning. And they simply REFUSED it. Saying we could only serve you tea or coffee after 7AM. I have never seen that happening in any hotel. Even i ordered a club sandwich with brown bread and when the order came WHITE bread was used for the same even after clear instructions. 5. I went for lunch in the buffet. While leaving i just took an apple from the counter. Which you could see in the picture shared below. A girl came to me running and simply said "You cannt take that" i mean can you believe it. This is crazyyyyyy. If the fruits kept in the buffet are not for use then for what is the purpose of them being there. I think they just want to keep it for a show !! 6. This property has NO GYM or NO free area where you could possibly walk for a while after meals. 7. HOTEL STAFF is RUDE. You ask them for anything. They are sk ready to say NO for it.

I had a great experience and would recommend others for the same and the housekeeping staff was always available especially Mr Arif was amazing and helped me out immensely and I had a wonderful stay here .Thanks again

Nice room service and good foods are served,and it is located in very nice place and Arif was so nice and good service done by him Must visit place in mumbai sakinaka Near by metro and a very busy town If anyone need to stay in a good hotel try hotel peninsula grand

Your staff Arif from Housekeeping is very good and approachable. Very good service, time to time care and asked everytime if over and above anything is required...staff is kind and always smiling. Well dressed staff and timely reaching at room.

A few days back we were invited to the banquet hall of Grand Peninsula for a friend‘s family function. It turned out to be the worst experience at a banquet. First of all, the location could not be worse. It is right at Saki naka junction where several roads intersect. It took us nearly 20 minutes more than what google map had predicted. Secondly, the banquet hall had very poor decor, low roof and horrible furniture. Thirdly, the food was simply atrocious. Simple thing such as chat counter had pathetic food. The main course food was hopeless . I picked up one roti with dal to satiate my hunger but all rotis were served with ghee ( god knows which ghee) and dal was full of cream . I had a look at the dessert counter and everything was repulsive. The serving waiters were listless and lacked training. If anyone reading this review is considering to book this banquet, my advice is : Don’t book even if it is free.

Worst hotel of Mumbai. It was very unfortunate to come to this hotel, just because our company had booked this hotel otherwise i would have never come to this inhu*** hotel. The front desk staff Ms Prajakta and other ladies working as a duty ***ager also were very impolite and rude towards me and my colleagues. They were literally doing a favour on us by taking our booking in their hotel. Such an inhu*** and rude behaviour was never expected from a hospitality professional. I would also like to bring into the notice for my fellow travellers that this hotel is very loud in the night due to nightclubs are inside this hotel. So if you are planning to rest quietly then this is not the hotel you should look for. Once again would like to warn all my fellow travellers that this is the WORST hotel in mumbai.

Subject: Unpleasant Experience at Grand Peninsula Sakinaka - 11th Sep 2023 Dear Grand Peninsula Sakinaka Team, I hope this message finds you well. I recently had a rather disappointing experience during my stay at your hotel on the 11th of September 2023, and I wanted to share my feedback. Upon checking out of the hotel, I was informed that a cab was ready for me. I boarded the cab, but as we were about to exit the hotel gate, the driver received a call, stating that additional crew members might be joining a flight. This unexpected development puzzled me, as I had already pre-arranged an Uber for my timely departure. I inquired with the driver for more information about the additional crew members, as I had not been informed of this possibility earlier. Unfortunately, this delay was not the only issue I encountered. A hotel receptionist approached us and alleged that I had consumed items from the minibar in my room. I promptly clarified that I hadn't been in the room since lunch, and my uniform had been entrusted to the laundry service. To verify the situation, I contacted my room sharer, Nandini, who confirmed that she had not used anything from the minibar either. Despite our assurances, the hotel staff insisted that I speak with a housekeeping supervisor to resolve the matter. Considering the urgency of my departure, and with the intention of addressing the minibar issue later, I reluctantly paid for the alleged consumption to expedite my departure from the hotel. I must mention that during this process, the receptionist took a considerable amount of time to collect my UPI ID information, which only added to the delay. Additionally, I have noticed that on multiple occasions when I came to the hotel the next day to pick up my uniform and join other crew members for my flight, the receptionist consistently asked for my room number. This practice seemed exclusive to crew members, as I did not observe them asking the same of other guests. This inconsistency in treatment is both disappointing and, frankly, unjust. As a result of these unfortunate circumstances, I missed my flight and received a warning letter, which has created significant inconvenience for me. I believe it's essential to share my experience so that improvements can be made in the future. I intend to post this feedback on TripAdvisor to ensure that other travelers are aware of these issues. I kindly request that you look into the matters I've raised and take appropriate actions to prevent such occurrences in the future. I sincerely hope that my feedback contributes to the enhancement of your hotel's services and guest experience. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
