Superb service from entire hotel staff. It was a great dining experience and amazing food at Ibis hotel. Loved the ambience of the restaurant. Well maintained rooms and washrooms. Lobby were amazing maintained. It was a lovely stay.

The first hotel on my first trip in Mumbai. Familiar brand hotel with great service. Helpful staff. I wad picked up at the airport by their limo services. The next day , the staff helped me to arrange for my first auto ride since I needed to get myself a sim-card. Best 1st impression and experience in Mumbai .

During check-in, I felt like I was queuing in front of the immigration department at the New York airport. A reminder to the hotel that there is a limit to human hatred

Well located hotel close to Mumbai airport and very easy to arrive with taxi. I always choose this hotel when i need to stay over close to the airport.

The hotel has some strange smell and was not that clean as it was supposed to be at the elevator and washroom..overall the hotel is ok, however this hotel is not worth it to be overpriced.

The hotel spot is good and close to the airport. Like all the Ibis hotel, the stay feel like at home.

It’s a decent place, is there any Wow factor, no. However, if you want to be around the domestic airport I think it is a comfortable, clean and safe spot. I think for the international business people coming from the west they could be more progressive in their assistance but that means more training. Area would be transition as well as some more western dishes available.

Friendly staff, nothing to complain about. An IBIS standard.
