房間很乾凈,位置很好。距離機場,Super U超市都很近。 步行三分鐘就到亞馬遜女戰士雕像,往後走就是海邊。

前幾天住的旁邊諾富特,後來因為諾富特滿房搬來這個酒店,本來以為同樣價位又是同樣星級應該差不到哪去,但真是應了那句沒有對比就沒有傷害。首先房間設施方面就相對老舊,這倒沒什麼,浴室是要站在浴缸裏淋浴那種,洗完澡地上會漏很多水。服務方面也差強人意,第一天打掃完衞生,保潔的工作人員説稍後給我送地巾和擦臉毛巾,但到了晚上也沒送來,我打電話去要地巾,不知道是沒聽懂還是什麼,也沒送來。最後説早餐,真的比隔壁諾富特差的不是一星半點,不誇張地説,只有諾富特一般的種類都不到,水果也不新鮮,總之能住諾富特就別選這裏,後面索菲特開了,就更別選這裏了。對了,還忘了説,我是7號入住10號退房,給的Wi-Fi賬號有效期衹到9號晚上23:59,10號上午就衹能用自己的流量。

酒店前台雖然明知我是一個人入住,但堅持收兩個人的城市税city tax,理由是攜程給酒店的訂單上標註的是“兩個人入住”...攜程犯了錯誤,酒店將錯就錯,倒黴的是顧客!

Alles was organisiert und man hat sich um mich gekümmert. Das Zimmer war sauber und man hat meine Intimität respektier. Frühstück hatte alles was man benötigt um satt zu werden am Morgen. Die Gastfreundlichkeit war unerklärlich gut und sehr empfehlenswert.

The service is always excellent and the staff is so welcoming at the restaurant. It was easy and no brainer for me to only go there for my meals due to my heavy schedule. I definitely recommend. A special thanks to Fallone. She made the visits enjoyable by always being nice and thoughtful.

….Terrific stay at Golden Tulip. The food was exquisite; very friendly staff. Nice swimming pool and gym. Rooms are very clean and comfy. Within working distance to the beach, in a nice residential area. Close to the airport too. This is a hotel I would recommend!

Incredibly friendly staff who are very accommodating. Ezekiel talked with me about soccer when the game I wanted to watch wasn't on tv. The food is fantastic at a good price and I am in walking distance of Obama Beach and the Amazon warrior statue. The hotel has AC and a good wifi connection. It also has nice gift shops inside the building near the entrance. This is the place to stay at Benin!

The golden tulip le diplomate, has a excellent customer service that comes with good food at the bar and it has also a gym that is included to everyone that visits the hotel. It is sucha luxurious hotel with good people wanting to help in anything possible just to make sure everyone is relaxed having fun and enjoying their time.

Great service, great ambience and good food. Also a good space with working desk and wifi and good coffee. Highly recommended for solo travelers looking for a good spot to work and chill. Friendly and supportive staff as well. Go have fun…..

Absolute worst hotel in Cotonou, management is rude, advertised amenities were not available during our stay, rooms were noisy and you could hear everything in adjacent rooms. Had to leave a day early due to management all but telling us to leave. While all hotels sometimes have service issues or amenities (such as the pool) unavailable what makes this hotel the absolute worst is the way this was handled and the absolute indifference shown by management that they had chosen to rent out the pool area and thus guests could not use it. Absolutely do not recommend.

I sincerely apologize for the negative feeling that your stay with us has left in you. I have taken my time to investigate every single point in your review in order to understand the facts as they were very surprising to me and very much unlike the Golden Tulip Le Diplomate culture and behavior. With regards to the pool issue, at no time you were not allowed to swim but it was you who felt uncomfortable to use the pool while our team was busy around preparing for the Christmas dinner set-up. Instead, you have asked our front office manager to arrange for you an alternative pool access at other properties with a condition to be at our charge. As he agreed to your demand, he called nearby 4 & 5 hotels, but unfortunately they were as well preparing for the same event around their pools. We have somehow tried to compensate by offering you a bottle of wine, but you refused and insisted to be granted 2 complimentary dinners for both yourself and your friend... which we also accepted. As for the Djabi Lounge access, again you were welcomed inside and since you had no reservation and all tables were booked, we proposed the bar instead which you refused. Regarding your comment about hearing the noises from next door room, I do agree with you that our connecting rooms are not 100% soundproof and I do apologize if that has caused some disturbance. As you unexpectedly decided to check-out the next day, you refused to settle your extra bills as well as the city tax which was clearly mentioned in your voucher and definitely not an over charge attempt from our end as you stated. At the Golden Tulip Le Diplomate, we spare no effort to pamper our guests, which is why we took time to listen and make sure our services will be up to expectations.
