Antwort der Unterkunft: Liebe Gäste: Hallo! Wir entschuldigen uns aufrichtig, dass wir Ihnen und Ihrer Familie dieses Mal keinen schönen Aufenthalt bieten konnten. Aufgrund der stark schwankenden Zimmerauslastung während der Sommerferien konnte die Housekeeping-Abteilung aufgrund von Arbeitsvernachlässigungen derartige Probleme nicht verhindern. Auch dies wird von uns geprüft. Das Hotel hat im Juli 2024 den Probebetrieb aufgenommen. Davor war ein professionelles Team für die Geruchsbeseitigung in den Zimmern zuständig und die Zimmer waren jeden Tag ausgebucht. In diesem Zeitraum hat kein Gast Geruchsbelästigungen im Zimmer gemeldet. Bezüglich Ihrer Rückmeldung, dass Sie Ihren Aufenthalt verlängern möchten, aber keine Zimmer mehr verfügbar sind: Da im Juli und August Sommerferien sind und viele Eltern in dieser Zeit mit ihren Kindern verreisen, kann es bei einer Verlängerung am selben Tag tatsächlich zu einer Ausbuchung der Zimmer kommen. Es wird empfohlen, die Reise im Voraus zu planen. Jeder Kunde ist herzlich eingeladen, das Zimmertelefon anzurufen und die Rezeption zu informieren, wenn während des Aufenthalts Wünsche oder Wünsche offen sind. Wir werden keine Mühen scheuen, um jedem Kunden ein zufriedenstellendes Aufenthaltserlebnis zu bieten und wünschen Ihnen ein glückliches Leben!
