The hotel was so luxurious and elegant. Nice and clean. Convenient as the Shopping mall was next to the hotel. All the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you Ms Maya and Mr Alfirdus for the special decorations for our anniversary. Even though I overlooked my check out date ,they managed to wait for my call and did not touch anything in the room yet. To confirm that I'm extended the stay or check out. Well done 👍 guys. I'm super happy staying at this hotel. My wife was surprised by the rose while we were taking our breakfast. She loved it so much 🙏. We definitely will come back again for our next trips.

Die Dekoration ist voller Elemente des chinesischen Neujahrs ~ warme und lächelnde Gesichter ~ das im Zimmer angebotene Abendmenü ist auch sehr gut ~ die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, der Bahnhof Padalalang der Hochgeschwindigkeitsbahn Jakarta-Bandung ist direkt mit der traditionellen Linie zum alten Bahnhof in Bandung verbunden und das Hotel ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom alten Bahnhof entfernt. Bandung, Indonesiens kreative Stadt!

What a greatttt hotel with good pricee!! All is worth it

all good.. seberangan banget sama Rumah Mode.. service oke, kemarinan lampu di aisle kamar yang kami tempati, mati, mereka segera ganti.. menu sarapan sepertinya agak kurang beragam.. will be staying back here for sure.. 🥰

We love Pullman Bandung We stayed for few days with family. Prior departure we request room at the same level. The breakfast at 17th floor was wonderful. Housekeeping staff are excellent. One time we left our place in a mess in the evening and one of the staff offer to clean our room which make us very happy after long day at work. Have no chance to try the gym, pool was too cold when we came. I also have a good experience with front office who helped me store my breastmilk, make my life less worried when travel with baby. The fact that it is close with government building, any big events will affect the hotel in a good an bad way. The rose garden is awesome.

Card was not working after multiple attempts decided to go to reception, but the reception staff ignored the urgency and asked us to wait until the handle other customers first. They should understand the priority as we waited so long outside and wanted to use toilet as well but even after multiple requests they ask us to wait.  Shower pressure in bathroom was absolutely low difficult to bath

thank you to the front officer, who gave us a free upgrade room, the water on the swimming pool was warm and consisted of children and adults pool. the staff was friendly, the parking lot was too little but they provided a free parking vallet.

Everything is good in this hotel. Really love it a lot and strongly recommend everyone to give it a stay. Though we encountered pillow casing not clean but it was changed promptly. We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung for 5 days and 4 nights while exploring Bandung. The hotel’s breakfast service began at 6.00 a.m., which was especially convenient and thoughtful for early-rising guests like us. We would like to specifically compliment the restaurant manager, Mr Niwan, for his exceptional service. From the second day onwards, he remembered us and thoughtfully brewed milk tea for my husband every morning without being asked. His friendliness, attentiveness and genuine effort to meet our requests—or recommend special breakfast items on the menu—made our dining experience truly a memorable and unforgettable ones. Having stayed at several five-star hotels across Indonesia, we can confidently say that Mr Niwan stood out. He made us feel sincerely welcomed and delivered excellent and outstanding service throughout our breakfast experiences. His professionalism and warm hospitality reflect the high standards of Four Points by Sheraton. While all staff members were pleasant and helpful, Mr Niwan was exceptional in going the extra mile and greeting guests with a sincere smile consistently. He is definitely a credit to your team and a good example of how well Four Points Sheraton Bandung has trained and developed its staff. Thank you for making our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung feel like a home away from home. Thank you Mr Niwan for always delivering your EXCELLENT SERVICES with a smile. We truly enjoyed our breakfast experience in the restaurant. Lastly, thank you for treating all guests with snacks and AWESOME SERVICES. Strategische Lage, alle Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und super hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist sauber und komfortabel. Das Frühstück ist nur ok, aber die Obstportion ist so klein. Insgesamt ist es großartig, wir werden wiederkommen, wenn wir Bandung besuchen. Danke

Das gesamte Personal ist freundlich, die Lobby ist sehr groß, hoch und komfortabel. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber, wir bekamen Zimmer mit Verbindungstür. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und schmeckt verdammt lecker. Das Personal im Restaurant Revina, als wir frühstückten, war sehr nett und freundlich. Der Nachteil dieses Hotels ist, dass die Aufzugsbeleuchtung zu schwach ist, sodass man die Aufzugsknöpfe kaum erkennen kann. Und auch die Fitnesseinrichtungen sind zu dürftig, es gibt nur kleine Hanteln und ein Laufband. Hoffentlich kann es in Zukunft verbessert werden. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt hier.
