As a non smoker, I don't get why there's still a chain hotel who provide smoking floor to their guests. And the floor are full carpets, so it accentuated the smell even more. It was bad. I went with a friend, he's also a smoker but he can't stand the room's smell. He asked to move and got a non-smoking room. But, the receptionist told me that they were running out, they offered to ozone the room, which unfortunately didn't help. Fortunately it was only one night, I won't be back for sure. Fortunately, the breakfast buffet was pretty good, shower experience was also good.

Malaka Hotel. It’s wonderful that I can stay here with my family. My friend recommended this hotel to me. Well, it’s a cheap and I wasn’t expecting such good service. But Mr. Dwi and Mr. And I did an excellent job of welcoming the guests. My family and I were also given a complimentary drink and snack. Soto is my favorite, and it was delicious. My mother also ordered a Healthy Juice and Oglio from room service. My mother said it was delicious, but I was unable to try it. And, just as my brother and I were about to begin eating breakfast, Mr Andi informed us that our parents could also join us. Meanwhile, the room plus breakfast that we ordered is only for 2 people. I was surprised, and I immediately informed my mother and father that we had received free breakfast. Anyway, Malaka Hotel Bandung, thank you for the experience. I will definitely return when I am in Bandung.

Intercontinental Dago Pakar Bandung is one of the most luxurious hotel in bandung that feature the best part Bandung at the north side of the city with the most fresh air close to the forest, golf course, various restaurants and definitely with great city view especially in the evening. Our visit this time is because special requests from my daughter to celebrate her late birthday after the school holiday. We visited this hotel early this year and she was impressed so much ans requested to visit back this time. Our family always came back to this beautiful hotel almost every year due to its world class standard and exceptional hospitality from the front office, F&B, housekeeping and the guest relations. The check in was super smooth, thanks to Mr. Wirianto Prowo, the FO manager who helped the process and he made sure the room was in good condition. The hotel really helped to fulfill our request for clean and quiet room as our daughter has bad skin allergy and light sleeper. We stay in Kembang Villa, a very beautiful unit for family with kids. The unit is very spacious with a big jacuzzi inside the bathroom. It has a separate living room area and bedroom. At the back there is a large closet corridor with a medium size working desk. The room is pretty modern with updated power plug with normal USB and micro USB type C in couple of area next to bed as well as in living room. It has 2 smart TVs with complete channels. We encountered a minor issue however the team showed fast and strong support to fix the issue and they continuously checked the guests to make sure we enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Thanks to Mr. Erick and Mr. Evi for making our stay enjoyable. As we bring our kid, this hotel provides various activities for kids such as a reasonable big kids club, cinema with playstation and nintendo for families time, bouncy castle with other activities and some pay per use activities such as horse riding, go-cart, rock climbing and game machines. The swimming pool is reasonably big and has great view. The gym is pretty good just the room a bit warm. Last but not least is breakfast. One of the most complete breakfasts in the city. They rotated the menu everyday so you will not get bored. Today i tried some local dishes like rice cake with chicken curry and yesterday i ate the yellow rice with a lot of condiments. It also provides american style breakfast and some sushi. The chef is also able to make egg Benedict with good quality. I did not recall other hotels in bandung can make it. Special thanks to chef Entis who did extra miles to provide non spicy dishes during breakfast. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel, and will come back again next holiday.

Ich war so oft mit meiner Familie im Hotel Sukajadi, kann ich nicht genau erinnern, wie oft es war, aber es war viel, wir liebten das Zimmer, der Service und das Essen war auch großartig! Und diese Zeit kamen mich und meine Familie wieder zu Bandung zu besuchen und entschieden, in diesem Hotel zu bleiben, als wiederholter Gast, wir erwarten die gleichen Service & Einrichtungen, die wir gewöhnlich erlebt haben, aber leider ist dieser Besuch wirklich enttäuschend, Das erste Zimmer, das wir eintraten, war sehr schmutzig, viele Haare vom vorherigen Gäste war überall im Badezimmer, das Zimmer hat nicht einmal einen Zahnbürste, ich rief und fragte die Mitarbeiter, aber sie sagten mir, sie haben keinen Zahnbürste verfügbar, Aber dann sagte der Hausbetreiber, der durch unser Zimmer ging, es ist verfügbar und er gab mir den Zahnbürsten (?) Das erste Zimmer, das wir eingehen, hat nicht einmal einen Schrank oder eine Hangschale verfügbar? ! Dann fragte ich, mein Zimmer in ein anderes Zimmer zu bewegen, es ist ein Zwillingsbett und muss in Königsgröße umgewandelt werden, aber es ist besser als das erste Zimmer, das wir hatten, aber dann ist das Zimmer noch sehr veraltet und nicht sehr sauber, Da wir uns jetzt sehr beunruhigen über Covid 19 Ausbruch und erwarten, dass das Hotel eine doppelte Kontrolle über die Zimmerreinigkeit? Nun.. Wi-Fi ist auch schrecklich, wir können nicht einmal ein Signal in unserem Zimmer haben, super Stimmungsbrecher! Und das schlimmste ist, dass unser Zimmer (Ich reservierte nur 2 Zimmer für 1 Nacht) beide nicht das heiße Wasser (nicht funktioniert) Ingenieur kam ins Zimmer und sagte, es dauert Zeit, bis das heiße Wasser kommt, gut.. Ich wartete fast 20 Minuten, es kam noch nicht raus? Das Personal sagt, es tut mir leid und hat uns im Grunde wie “es ist, was es ist ... es wie das ...” jedenfalls, jetzt kann ich nicht mehr / sogar etwas von diesem Hotel erwarten, wirklich enttäuscht, nur eine Ausdruck und ehrliche Bewertung von mir und meiner Familie. Und 1 Kudos nur für die Hausbetreiber, die mir den Zahnbürstenschalen übergeben und unser zweites Zimmer sauber gemacht haben, danke.

I have always loved the location. It is an easy access to food and shopping which is just beside it. I will not recommend you to stay here if you don’t like the mall, which is CiWalk due to the constant traffic congestion to and from the hotel. Room amenities is basic. Aircon can be better.. it’s not cold enough. I feel like the hotel is not doing a good job in maintaining the property over the years otherwise this would have been perfect. Breakfast is great. Wide varieties available and not so stringent on the timing. Have stayed here repeatedly and will stay again. Just that the maintenance should be done properly and consistently for it to be in tiptop condition.

Reinigung : 9/10 Service : 8/10 Zimmer : 9/10 Hotel : 8/10 Hallo, ich ging mit meiner Familie, ich empfehle dieses Hotel, weil die Einrichtungen komplett sind, gibt es Fitnessbereich, Schwimmbad, Futsal Field, Restaurant und andere. , Obwohl der Preis teuer ist zwischen billig mit einem luxuriösen Hotelstil und indonesischen Stil und der Blick ist sehr cool über die Berge und durch die Art, wie das Auto oder Motorrad Parken ist sehr geräumig und in diesem Hotel gibt es ein Umwandlungsraum und ein Partyzimmer, der Ort ist strategischerweise in der Nähe von touristischen Attraktionen, Spielfeldern, ok das ist meine Bewertung, danke 🙏
