TTravellingmaudeFrom arrival to checkout, the stay felt warm and welcoming. Staff greeted us kindly and were consistently courteous throughout, which set a good tone from the start.
The room was very spacious, and being on the 18th floor, we had a lovely view over Bandung. The bed was excellent — super comfortable with great pillows. I fell asleep almost immediately, which says a lot. Facilities overall were solid and worked well.
The furniture shows a bit of age, but it still feels classic and well maintained rather than run down. The only real downside was the bathroom shower. The shower head is old and the water flow was uneven, which took away slightly from the experience. Towels, however, were clean and perfectly fine.
Breakfast was a highlight. A wide spread with lots of local options, including jamu and rebusan. It was fun sampling different traditional flavours, and the variety made breakfast something to look forward to rather than just routine.
Location is another plus. The hotel is just a short walk from Braga City Walk, making it very convenient for exploring the area, dining out, or taking an evening stroll.
Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay with excellent service, a great bed, and a strong breakfast offering. With a small update to the bathroom fittings, it would be even better.

Das Hotel selbst verfügt über gute Zimmer und Dienstleistungen.

Wir blieben bei Four Points von Sheraton Bandung für 5 Tage und 4 Nächte während der Exploration von Bandung. Der Frühstücksservice des Hotels begann bei 6.00 a.m. , was besonders bequem und besorgniserregend für frühzeitig aufsteigende Gäste wie uns war.
Wir möchten den Restaurantmanager, Herrn Niwan, für seinen außergewöhnlichen Dienst besonders beglückwünschen. Von dem zweiten Tag an erinnert er uns und bedenklich Milchtee für meinen Mann jeden Morgen ohne zu fragen. Seine Freundlichkeit, Aufmerksamkeit und echte Bemühungen, unsere Anfragen zu erfüllen, oder empfehlen Sie spezielle Frühstücksartikel auf dem Menü, machte unsere Essenserfahrung wirklich eine erinnerebare und unvergessliche.
Nachdem wir in mehreren fünf-Sterne-Hotels in Indonesien geblieben sind, können wir sicher sagen, dass Herr Niwan aussteht. Er hat uns aufrichtig begrüßt und uns während unserer Frühstückserfahrungen einen hervorragenden Service geliefert. Sein Professionalität und warme Gastfreundschaft spiegeln die hohen Standards von vier Punkten von Sheraton wider.

GGastnutzerTravelers w/children are not advised to stay here, especially those w/ allergies. Our room was extremely dusty, my family and I caught a cold.
The 2nd day, I asked to move rooms. They helped us! My suggestion is to vacuum every room after each guest checks out. This is because of the use of carpets.
For breakfast, everything was delicious and varied. Thank you for your hospitality.
