服務：服務滿分💯還未起飛就給發上島提示，因為早上大霧停航，我們落地後復航了，上了快艇告知管家，下船已經在碼頭等待，接到我們全程幫忙提行李，抵達酒店現在大堂休息吃水果，喝咖啡身份證給到工作人員直接幫忙入住，休息好了管家幫忙把行李提着帶我們入住房間，晚上孩子有點水土不服，拉肚子，管家幫忙送了藿香正氣水和蒙脱石散，基本上有需求，五分鐘內就給解決，第二天一早我和姥姥就出門了，孩子自己待在酒店休息，因為肚子還是痛，管家幫忙出去買了葯，又把早餐幫忙送到了房間，到退房時間我和姥姥沒趕回來，酒店直接幫忙把孩子和行李送到另一酒店來接的車上，省心省力，10v1的服務，一點不誇張，太讚了👍 環境：一入房間禪意滿滿，尤其海景飄窗，可以望南海觀音，特意定的這個房型，雖然大霧沒有看到南海觀音，但是整體景色感受也非常棒，很有意境 設施：三樓有抄經室，洗衣房，棋♟️室等，很方便，也可以把經書帶回房間，抄送好放至三樓 酒店還可以幫忙預約普濟寺早課，早上統一班車送過去，因為想感受不同的酒店，上島前預訂了其他家另外一晚，總體感受下來，這家價格服務成正比，以後會選擇直接連住，體驗感很好

Das zweite Mal war ich im Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist besser, der Ort, an dem ich ausgehen soll, ist noch konzentrierter und ich gehe 15 Minuten zu Puzi-Zhen. Das heiße Wasser ist sehr heiß. Das einzige schlechte ist, dass es mehr als sechs Uhr morgens ist, der Kellner spricht in der Korridoren und hat es lange gesagt. Das Fenster befindet sich hier im Restaurant und es gibt oft Hotelpersonal, das passiert, das ist ein ziemlicher Schmerz.

Ausgezeichnet. Die Qualität ist wirklich gut im Vergleich zum Preis. Das Frühstück ist sehr anständig. Der Kuchen im Kaffee ist nett. Komplimentar Tee & Cookies im Lobby sind sehr gut. Als wir die Teetisch am Geschäftswinkelwinkel sahen. Wir verliebten uns sofort und baten den Empfänger, es zu verwenden. Zu schlecht, dass es privat ist und nicht in Verwendung. Aber sie bot an, Tee in unser Zimmer für uns zu bringen. Voll chinesische Tee set. Ich bin völlig gespannt. Das beste Hotel und das beste Gebiet, das ich bisher während meiner Reise nach China (Beijing, Hangzhou, Tianjin, Xi’an) übernachte

環境：山莊的環境沒話説，太富有民國風了，讓人有種穿上旗袍拍照的沖動，很有感覺！進去一瞬間彷彿進入另外一個時代的文化！離普濟寺非常近，走路基本5分鐘都不到！ 服務：定酒店的時候備註睡眠比較淺要隔音好的房間，辦理入住的時候又和前台説了下，給我們免費升級了房間，房間很大沒有隔壁鄰居！有服務員引導到房間門口，全程禮貌微笑！有問題反應也積極配合查看想辦法解決！棒棒噠👍 設施：可能是新裝修的原因，房間一看就是嶄新的，乾乾淨淨的，特別他家的沙發躺着好舒服，好想要同款😄，小小的缺點就是淋浴花灑水壓小了一點點，但完全不影響！可能我房間的花灑接口有一點漏水，但水也是中等以上的水流了！ 缺 點: 這是我唯一需要吐槽的地方，房間可能因為是歷史建築不能破壞本身房屋結構和雕花，所以有些改建的地方建材不是很好，我雖然沒有左右鄰居，但沒想到還有前後鄰居這件事，我們後面房間那家人洗澡也好説話也好一清二楚，着實有點尷尬😅！好好休息突然被隔壁洗澡聲音嚇醒了！完全是沒有隔音的，房間門關着門口清掃阿姨推車説話也是清清楚楚，可能因為門是老式木門的關係！如果來燒香累了一天想好好休息的，這個真的沒辦法休息，大清早就被隔壁熊孩子吵醒了，在房間跑來跑去喊來喊去！客服也來看過，但因為當天沒有多餘的房間給我們置換了！山莊人員解決問題的態度還是很積極的！住這裏的建議輕便出行，它家是沒有接送服務，公交車人非常多！ 整體來説這個價格環境服務都是很值得和認可的，就是能有些問題解決了會更好！畢竟山莊也好，酒店或者民宿也好都是為了讓顧客好好休息的地方，如果因為某些原因不能有好的睡眠和休息環境那也失去了入住的意義了！

Wenn Sie gehen, nehmen Sie auch das Gepäck mit dem Auto zum Hafen, ohne das Hotel zurückzuzahlen. Der Service ist vorsichtig! Das Bett ist komfortabel (am nächsten Tag kann man von 7:00 Uhr bis 5:00 Uhr gehen), sehr nahe von Pujiang (Es gibt einen Weg), das nächste Mal wird Pujiang auch dieses 👍

普陀山碼頭接送:非常好的一項服務，上船後聯繫管家，一下船車就在停車場等候。返程來不及，也幫忙把行李送到碼頭。 這家民宿的服務態度真的非常棒，各方面都很貼心，前台還提供了雪梨水，雪耳羹。房間乾淨舒適，住得很舒心。早餐份量剛好，簡單但很好吃。一走出來就是美食街，吃飯很方便，走一會就到普濟寺，下次來還會選擇住這。

又來普陀山啦，趕在春節前錯峯出行，酒店位置離普濟寺步行可至，可惜普濟寺車站還在修，幸好酒店有來回碼頭的班車，出行依舊非常方便。雖然設施有些老舊，而且樓下就是原制原味，這次我們的房間在沿街的二樓，不過也沒想象中的吵，酒店的接待服務都非常好，連着住了兩晚，碰到的俞師傅、姚師傅、小李都非常熱情，還會給我們介紹附近好吃的美食，以及景點路線。今年的也是來了就好，希望以後越來越好～

The hotel location is good but not ideal. The hotel did not answer my email inquiry. But they provided transport tranfer between the hotel and the wharf. However you needed to call them. The room was small and furnishing was old. Sound proof was bad and you could hear clearly the conversation from the next room. Advisable to bring comfortable ear plug when staying in 3-star hotel. Needed to walk about 10min to access restaurants and bus station where you had to pay CNY 5 or 10 to reach all the popular attractions on the island. The food on the island was more expensive than Shanghai. They have implemented a quota for the numbers of vistors daily. Foreign passport holder was unable to prebook all the tickets.

The serene atmosphere made it easy to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. A side note, this hotel is connected to the Westin and guest could stroll through the grounds. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff greeted me with warm hospitality. They were attentive to my needs and provided helpful information about the hotel's services and nearby attractions. The room was tastefully decorated and well-appointed with modern amenities. I appreciated the comfortable bed and the well-designed bathroom. The room's balcony provided a lovely spot to enjoy the sea breeze and stunning sunsets. The hotel's dining options were diverse and satisfying. I particularly enjoyed the fresh seafood dishes served at the hotel's restaurant. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, catering to different palates. The Lvcheng Zhujiajian Dongsha Hotel's on-site facilities were also impressive. The swimming pool was well-maintained, and the spa provided a delightful way to relax after a day at the beach. As mentioned earlier, the hotel's connection to the Westin added an extra layer of convenience. Guests could access additional amenities such as fitness centers, upscale dining venues, and more, creating a seamless blend of relaxation and indulgence. Overall, my stay at the Lvcheng Zhujiajian Dongsha Hotel was exceptional. The location has numerous spots for having meals. There were a lot of restaurants all mostly catering seafood dishes. Which I thoroughly enjoyed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect beachfront escape in Zhoushan.
