Me gusto la ubicación del hotel y du limpieza, además del cafe y el jugo de cortesía

すべての設備が整っていてとても快適に過ごせました。立地は飲食店に近くて良いと思いますが、夜になると若者たちが集まり活気があります。それをよしとするなら地下鉄駅も近くにありますし、中心部まで簡単に行ける好条件のホテルだと思います。女性一人旅でも大丈夫でした🙆‍♀️

The hotel was in really bad condition, we booked 1 room with 2 queen beds and they did not have on check-in. They gave us 2 room, 1 room was like a store room, bed mattress was broken with deep holes in it. Reception guy was very rude not ready to listen. When called the owner he said he do not have any alternative we have to adjust with the same bed. No parking provided

The room is fine, but kind of old. There are many restaurants around the hotel. Only 3 in one shampoo and soaps and bathtowels were provided. You have to bring your own brush.

Not Recommended My recent experience at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. From the start, the condition of the bedsheets was unacceptable—holes, tears, and stains greeted us. Requesting a change was necessary. The hot water situation was even worse. Despite notifying the reception, their definition of "hot water" was far from reality; it was lukewarm at best. The management's explanation about a tank system felt dismissive and didn't address the issue effectively. Despite attempts to rectify the problem, the hot water supply remained inconsistent, especially for multiple guests. The attitude of the reception staff, possibly the owner or manager, was far from welcoming. Their demeanor lacked friendliness, and the lack of gratitude upon checkout was disappointing. In a nutshell, this hotel's disregard for basic amenities, coupled with unhelpful and rude staff, overshadowed any positives. I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment to anyone, even considering its budget nature. A complete disappointment—please seek accommodations elsewhere.

The hotel is located on a busy street with many restaurants and packed at night (hard to find street parking if you drive). The carpet in the room is not clean (please, no bare foot) and the blanket has holes. But the bed sheets and pillow cases are clean. Bath room is hygiene enough to use. Reasonably priced for budget travelers.

Fridge in the room, coffee machine close in the corridor. Nice people working, helping. They kept ours bags during the day after check-out, very convenient. Very clean and quiet.

A low-cost, clean property right on rue St-Denis, the center of the French student district. The area has more quality restaurants and great bars and clubs than one could tour in a month. The property is no-frills and speaking a little French will help, but it is clean, quiet given its location, and the staff is helpful. This is my second stay here and I would gladly stay again.
