This hotel is in a great location. There are a lot of shopping stores and restaurants close by. The staff is very friendly.

We stayed at the Kavia just for a night en route to El Potrero Chico and the hotel was terrific. The room was clean and sis opus and the bed was comfortable. It was sp****ly supplied on the amenities front (no cups or glasses, hot water maker, just two bath towels) but otherwise very comfortable. The restaurant in the lobby serves excellent breakfast drinks and breakfast was delicious. Easy walking distance to the outstanding MARCO museum as well as the macro plaza.

No sound insulation whatsoever between rooms. I had to move to another room at 3 am the first night I stayed there. My neighbor was blasting their music. Same scenario the third night I was there but I was too tired to switch room again.

Great central location. Walkable to shops and cultural sights. Friendly staff. Modern design. Internet needs upgrading as does tv and media options. Comfortable and spacious. Coffee service, microwave & refrigerator would be appreciated.

The property looks nice and new. Pretty clean did the most part. I didn’t like that upon check in there was no water and there was no communication about it. I called reception and they said it would be back in 15 minutes, it didn’t. I called back and they stoped answering the phones. Also, the room was booked for 2 (even chose the 2 beds room) but it was set up for 1. Only 1 towel in the room. The rest of the stay was ok, just the communication during check in would have made the experience better.

The only problem is the street construction, because of that the traffic. The Hotel Great , staff great , super clean and not complain at all, 6 wonderful days staying here.
