We had a very enjoyable week in this rather grand and classically Italian hotel, which is well placed for access to the town centre and maybe a couple of kilometres from the furnicular to visit Montecatini Alto. Our room was large, comfortable, immaculately clean, loads of storage and extra pillows and blankets available in the room which saved having to ask for them if required. We had a fourth floor street facing room, with rooftop and mountain views. There was some road noise, but not enough to spoil our stay. Food was adequate and service was a little chaotic on occasion.

Sehr stilvolles und modernes Hotel im Herzen von Montecatini Terme. Alles wirkt nobel und einladend. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Suite mit eigener Terrasse. Klasse Service - zweimal am Tag neue Handtücher sowie Auffüllen von Minibar (inkl. Kaffeepads). Absolut spitze ist der Rooftop-Bereich, der voneinander abgetrennt einen Pool-, einen Restaurant- sowie einen Lounge-Bereich aufweist. Das Restaurant bietet hervorragende Küche sowie eine ansprechende Weinkarte bei ausgezeichnetem Service. Anders als ursprünglich geplant, haben wir hier an allen 4 Tagen abends diniert (statt täglich Neues zu erforschen) und uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Einen kleinen Minuspunkt gibt es für das Frühstück. Bereits der sterile Raum im EG ist wenig einladend. Das Frühstück an sich ist bis auf die etwas merkwürdigen ”Säfte” (KEIN frisch gepresster Orangensaft) ganz ok. Was man vom Service der gelangweilt und unfreundlich scheinenden Service-Damen nicht behaupten kann. Hier ist deutlich Luft nach oben. Ganz besonders hervorheben möchte ich dagegen die Damen am Empfang und insbesondere Hotelmanagerin Esther! In einer unangenehmen Situation (unverschuldeter Autounfall) fuhr sie uns im eigenen Pkw zur Werkstatt und zur Polizei und übersetzte für uns. Was für eine tolle Geste, für die wir uns ausdrücklich nochmals ganz herzlich bedanken!

Stayed here as part of a tour. The rooms and beds were comfortable and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch area enjoying a drink in the evenings and public areas were very nice. There are a lot of tour groups using this hotel, so when not part of the group dinners, the food choices in the wine bar can be a little sparse but of good quality. There are plenty of good restaurants just a short walk away. Pool area was nice (pool not heated). We would stay again.

It is a unique establishment in the snese that it is a 5 star hotel in terms of facilities and amenities but a boutique hotel in terms of the way staff interact with the guests. I had the best 3 day retreat I could ever ask for. Silvia and Giulia from the spa were amazing and I can even already call them friends. Mahmoud at the restaurant and all the staff there were wonderful not to mention the tasty and diverse food options made by the experienced chef. Yoga with Anu and the group yoga class with live music on Sunday were just perfect. The room and hotel facilities are spectacular with great attention to detail. The location is also great, next to the funiculare to go to Montecatini Alto and 10 mns walk from down town and the nearby park. Will definitely be back.

From bedding to furniture 🪑, from windows to bathroom 🚽 , from minibar to city 🏙️ view, it is an awesomely authentic Italian architecture. Took some pictures of the hotel 🏨 facade and bar. Such a classic one 1️⃣. It was built in 1908 and has undergone multiple renovations to get to this. Very blessed 🥲 to have this experience. Even the bathroom 🚽 is so aesthetic and artistic with marble floors and wooden walls. More eye opening is the painting 🖼️ known as fresco. It is indeed an art 🖼️ gallery. Italian art 🖼️ , you have made me totally 👍 speechless 😶. I’m completely stunned 😳 by your grandeur.

Nur von einer drei-Nacht-Reise zurückgekehrt, dieses Hotel war erstaunlich und was wir wollten, es ist im Zentrum nicht weit vom Kabelwagen und in der Nähe der Bahnhof, die wir Luca und Florenz während unseres Aufenthalts besucht haben, das Personal sind, was dieses Hotel so sehr freundlich macht und hilfreich nichts ist zu viel Problem. Ricardo dauerte jeden Tag, um zu Zeiten von Zügen Restaurant-Wahlungen zu Ratschlägen und führte uns zu was alles mit unserem kurzen Aufenthalt. Gabriele war zu sehr hilfreich und arrangierte unseren Shuttle-Transfer vor unserer Ankunft, der Zimmerbediener war auch wunderschön und besuchte das Zimmer immer verlassen viele saubere Handtücher und das Zimmer sehr sauber dieses Hotel machte unser Aufenthalt, Vielen Dank Ricardo für all Ihre Hilfe und Wir würden sicher zurückkehren
