Ruperto al de recepción y atención en buffet estupenda. Como sugerencia debería haber alguna plaza de aparcamiento para minusválidos al lado de la puerta del hotel.

We have just returned from yet another visit to the Best Indalo Hotel in Mojacar. I must say the recent renovations to the hotel have taken it to a new level, the bar and restaurant are excellent. We have been visiting the hotel on and off for the past 30 yrs...the location and staff we have always found to be polite and very obliging...as the hotel had only been open a few weeks some of the bar staff and restaurant staff were obviously new but eager to learn The hotel is kept very clean.... bedrooms are basic but do the job. It is very Spanish..but hey that's part of the attraction. There is talk of a new swimming pool being built...if so could I suggest that graduated steps were installed in the pool..... anyone with any mobility problems struggles to swim in the main pool.....there is a small jaccussi pool in the gardens but no facility to swim...I know they say there is a hoist....but really!!! Anyway see you soon ...booked again..Thank you.

We stayed for 3 nights & found the hotel very comfortable, the rooms are quite spacious & we had a sea view, decent bathroom a small fridge is provided with a bottle of water & a couple of soft drinks fridge, we both enjoyed the meals, food definitely Spanish oriented, could be kept warmer, entertainment daily & plenty of room around the hotel for sunbathing, during our stay there was a few families with lots of children who were unattended even in the restaurant very noisy & handling food, this was our 2nd stay here and it won’t stop us going again,

We stayed at the hotel from Saturday 16th September for 14 days. The hotel is in an ideal position within easy walking distance to a few shops and bars and just across the road from the beautiful beach. Our room was on the sixth floor and had a side sea view. The room definitely is in need of a refurbishment as the floors and furnishings are somewhat shabby. There was two large beds in the room which we found to be comfortable. Air conditioning was good (once we got the hang of it). Large balcony which was over the main entrance. Large groups of Spanish walkers congregated outside in the morning all shouting (not talking) and laughing loudly before setting off. Hotel caters mainly for Spanish, nothing wrong with that, after all it is in Spain. The food in the newly refurbished restaurant (very smartly done) was excellent with lots of choice, both at breakfast and dinner. Our only complaint was the noise, lots of children running around the restaurant without correction or supervision by their parents and lots of loud talking (almost at shouting level). The first week was relatively quiet at meal times but as the second week progressed more and more guests arrived and therefore more noise. There was entertainment in the hotel, we did not stay to see any of it as we have family in the area and spent our time socializing with them. All in all a good experience and we would use the hotel again when visiting Mojacar.

Fab hotel, cannot fault it. Rooms clean and roomy, bar brand new area, drinks good (bar staff a bit grumpy, no smiles and serve Spanish first ) Food great and staff in restaurant very friendly. Hotel is great, beach right across the road and beautiful. Only ****** for us was all entertainment aimed at the Spanish guests, didnt even speak English, could even join in the Bingo!!!

We had a very lovely time at Best Indalo on full board ,the food was excellent with plenty of choice . nice public areas . rooms are ok beds very comfortable with a sea view and the location is very handy for both the beach and the bus stop . All of the staff although spoke mostly Spanish were friendly and helpful and worked very hard . Thank you to everyone at Best Indlo for helping to make our holiday special .
