Ayres Hotels used to have awesome breakfast buffets and quality staff.
Breakfast was disappointing.
The hotel had one vending machine, which was broken. After accepting $3.00 for a bottle of water, it failed to deliver the bottle. Afterwards, I noticed that there were about 10 bottles at the bottom of the vending machine. The hotel should have had a sign posted saying that the vending machine needed repairs. Even worse was the clerk telling me to email the vending machine company for the $3.00 refund.

I was a bit put off because the front desk closes at 8 pm , since I was checking later in the evening , no response from the 24 hr emerged number in case of problem . Just unusual in my opinion. Also the side walks were covered in snails - so gross . I missed the complimentary welcome glass of wine and breakfast because of the hours of the inn . It was somewhat disappointing. Place needs some updating throughout.

Our room was very nice Really appreciate the frig & microwave. Loved the afternoon cookies! Enjoyed the full breakfast but it'd be nice if it went a little later than 9. Had dinner at the restaurant. Food was pretty good but french fries were VERY greasy.
Location is just off the freeway so not scenic, but was quiet.

I've stay here several times. The mattress on the bed needs to be turned or replaced. Felt like i was falling off the edge. Everything else was good.

Stayed three nights. Receptionist was friendly and helpful.
The building is obviously a little outdated, so the fresheners in the building was a bit irritating breathing in.
The second night I didn’t sleep well because neighbours decided to party. Lastly, the breakfast was the same everyday, no variety. Eggs saggy, pancakes cold and I bet the home fries from the previous day were reused. As well, coffee watered down.

The rooms are so terrible. First off, my bathroom smelled like someone had been sitting in it smoking for a year straight. It was horrible. I doubt that this was the case as the rest of the room had no odor, but it was unbearable. I checked in late and didn't have a chance to move once I had unpacked. It was so bad that the towels reeked of the smell. I actually took the towel to the front during check out and he was even disgusted. In addition to the smell, the bedding in horrible. I didn't sleep at all. Sleeping on sandpaper is not my idea of comfort. Really? Spend a few extra dollars and upgrade the sheets. Then lets talk toilet paper. Same sandpaper as the sheets. It is sad. It's a nice hotel, great property but I'd much rather sleep at a Residence Inn for the same price. I will NOT be returning. Oh, and they only have 2 EV charge spots.
