Obwohl sie keine Gebühr für Haustiere hatten, würde ich wahrscheinlich zweimal darüber nachdenken, bevor ich hier wieder buche. Die Tür in meiner Nähe war kaputt und stellte ein Sicherheitsrisiko dar.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast area was clean and the food was decent. They had hot breakfast of sausage parties and scrambled eggs one day and sausage links and cheese omelet the next. They always have a waffle maker and prepared oatmeal. They also have a large selection of snacks and toiletries in their conversion area. The location was a bit odd to access and the view wasn't anything to write home about and it's right next to train tracks, so I gave them only a 3 for that.

Customer service was excellent, the continental breakfast was good and had a decent selection of different breakfast items. The only complaint I have is that our bathroom smelled like urine. The bathroom was clean. It just smelled of urine.

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond for me. They were so friendly and were helpful and attentive. There was a board in the lobby with local businesses and eateries as well. The room was well organized, extremely clean and comfortable. I would visit here again if I needed a hotel in the area!

Card was charged 4 times still waiting for a refund, door would not close properly to lock, bathroom light broke, tv kept saying no signal, couldn't close blinds, heat did not work properly, room smelled funny, and ice machine on the floor didn't work. Overall bad experience.
