very beautiful and spacious hotel with hospitable staff. The hotel is very beautifully decorated for Christmas, the atmosphere of a cozy holiday did not leave the entire period of stay in the hotel. Breakfasts are delicious, of course the most delicious pastries) I think we will use this hotel for our next trips

500年前神學院改造的酒店，荒廢一段時候後被菲拉格慕家族買下並且於2022年現代化裝修了。酒店一樓是買手店和10-11的餐廳（強推前菜meat ball），酒店後面出門右手邊就是香奈兒，左手邊就是市區GLOBAL BLUE的VIP退税中心，最高可以直接退2000歐元現金以及信用卡任意金額。購物，治安，休息都是一流的。

酒店很新，設計十分高雅，有藝術感，飞甩雞毛旗下，供應品牌的面霜、眼霜跟手霜，很好用。但服務一般，不太到位，房務員英文講得不好，唔明我要咩，叫他們拿東西都等很久，結帳時，發現帳單有問題，mini bar沒用但收了費，當然，說了我們沒用，酒店也取消。有向酒店訂車，單程280幾歐，出發時讓司機順路接上一個住在附近（3分鐘就到）飯店的朋友，司機說可以，最後帳單多出130歐，就是為了順路接了我朋友，我很無語。最後因為酒店沒事先說要收這130歐，所以我堅持下，也不收了。總之，帳單是有點亂的，因為我退房時，碰到一旁一對夫婦也為了帳單問題跟他們在投訴，當時經理還說沒問題，旁邊夫婦提到他們住四季就不會出現這種情況，經理說他就是從四季來的，還一直堅持沒錯，最後證明還是錯了所以。anyway ，我就是覺得服務不怎樣了，配不上酒店的格調。

在一個古老的神學院裏麪，由飛哥拉莫的創始人發現了這樣的一個地方，目前被改造成了一個酒店，我們在這兒體驗的是一個宗教意味很強的酒店，大量的紅色的應用顯示了對於宗教的前程

Without a doubt .. The best hotel in Milan.. Great rooms .. Great dining .. and really central location .. also a great spa .. a few seconds away from the best shopping streets in Milan .. and ofcourse BeefBar Milan in in the lobby .. really your best choice in town

Wonderful historical building in the heart of Milan, fabulous furnishings and top rate service. Comfortable room, spacious and all à mentîtes. Will definitely return. Breakfast looking into the garden is a peaceful moment before leaving for the hustle of the city center.

Amazing hotel, cannot recommend enough. Beautiful property, friendly and attentive staff, and the best breakfast in Italy. Rooms are large and so comfortable.one of the best beds I’ve slept in at any hotel. Will definitely be staying here again!

I travel the world for my work and alway stay in the best hotel. The Portrait Milano has 3 star hotel service for 6 star hotel prices. Impossible to turn on and off the lights in the room without an engineering degree and training session. Loud music all through the night. Restaurant reservation impossible to get even for hotel guest. How do they stay in business?
