Hotelausstattung ist durchschnittlich Obwohl die Einrichtungen sehr alt sind, gibt es immer noch einen Swimmingpool, was ein guter Preis ist. Es gibt jedoch eine Bar und ein Schwimmbad, so dass überall Bierkübelmüll ist und Leute, die Alkohol trinken, den Wein im Schwimmbad verschütten...

It was good, hotel rooms are definitely a little worn, stains on the carpet and small stains on the couches, furniture quite worn out too. The restaurant doesn't have many options food wise, quite limited and the pool bar definitely needed another staff member as the one guy was flat out.

Was really homey, and easy to book and check in/out! Heaps of amenities available. Great location! Pool was amazing and kid friendly!

The room we had was good and spacious overall but I don't think of the price that I paid for was worth the stay. No Gymnasium, the pool was ok except the part where their pool lounges are getting too old and under maintained. Breakfast choices are average but it was still tasted great. Not much tourism yet after covid.

The staff were amazing and helped us with the wifi by supplying a portable modem. The mattress was so hard, woke up every 2 hours to roll over because we were so sore. Buffet breakfast was pretty good.

We really struggled to come to terms with the old soft saggy and dirty matresses, however turning them upside down was an improvement in firmness and hygiene so we managed some decent sleep. Room felt really low budget and old. We really liked the outdoor space at the hotel with the ponds and plants, also enjoyed the pingpong table in reception, otherwise sorry but we wouldn't stay here again.

First I was checked into a room that had not been cleaned, after having to walk back to reception in the rain I was moved to another room however the only thing that I could say was positive is that the bed was comfortable, the carpet was filthy with stains everywhere, the bathroom was really not good with no face washers or bath mat so rather slippery getting out of the shower, the shower had mold all over the roof and other places, bits of wood missing from around the sink area with exposed particle board, I was offered a bottle of wine after the first room was not cleaned however when delivered it was a warm bottle of sparkling wine all in all rather disappointing and considering I have stayed here on several occasions this will definitely be the last time I will stay here.

Great spot for a family or couple. Lovely entry, restaurant and big pool area; good size, very clean room, comfy bed.

The reception staff were not very cooperative and i had to ask for a pool towel and it took 10 minutes to get one. Breakfast was only fair, so overall i would rate my experience at 6

Nice resort, but not enough staff and no management, resulting in a lack of good service.

Our stay was just ok. We had issues every day with having to call for bathroom towels, our bed was made daily but no vacuuming, rubbish bin not empty, internet was really bad and was told we could have a dongle which never eventuated. Pool is open until 10 pm so when you swam in the morning there were dirty glasses and empty food containers left out, I saw 3 glasses left by the pool for 2 days. The restaurant forgot half our order and had to be reminded twice. We asked for our luggage to be collected 1 1/2 hours before departure and they left a bag in our room and despite continuing requests to go and get it our key had already been handed in, no one would get it so it held up our transfer.
