Sehr schönes Hotel. Schöner Pool. Gutes Frühstück, aber einige Speisen sahen abgestanden aus, was ich bemerkte. Service und Personal sind sehr höflich und nett. Sie haben sich sehr gut um mich gekümmert. Lage 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Mein Zimmer war schön, aber nicht funktionsfähig. Die Toilettenspülung ging zweimal kaputt. Kein heißes Wasser für mein Bad, was der Grund ist, warum ich die Suite gebucht habe. So schade. Die Wartungsleute mussten oft gerufen werden, aber der Service war gut. Also zog ich in ein anderes Hotel, wo das Wasser heiß war!

Really enjoyed our 4 days trip here in boracay by staying at HUE hotel! We got the room for a very cheap price and its spacious! The location of the hotel is also very convenient to any place you want to go, walking distance to the beach, convenient store and they even have activities such as billiards, ktv and such, tho you have to pay for these activities. 10/10 overall stay.

The hotel has a trendy design and quick, efficient check-in, complete with a welcome drink and wristband key cards. However, the issues began immediately upon entering the room. 1. Room Maintenance Issues: The first room had a malfunctioning door lock (both digital and safety), a non-functional telephone, and a leaking air conditioner that caused a slip hazard. Housekeeping’s response to “deal with it” was disappointing. Although the front desk moved me to another room, the air conditioner in the second room was deafening and ineffective, causing the temperature to rise to uncomfortable levels (27-29°C). Additionally, a side door to the balcony wouldn’t close properly, and the curtain above it fell off completely. To top it off, there was no hot water in the bathroom. 2. Third Room Improvement: After raising concerns again, I was moved to a third room, which was functional overall, but even here, the telephone did not work. 3. Buffet Breakfast: Prepaid breakfast was substandard, with poor food quality and insufficient replenishment of items, even early in the morning. The lack of variety and freshness made dining unpleasant. 4. Staff and Overall Management: While the staff were friendly, the hotel seemed significantly understaffed, affecting maintenance, cleanliness, and service quality. The overall condition of the property felt worn-down, with signs of cost-cutting apparent in multiple areas. Overall: The numerous room issues, poor dining experience, and lack of proper upkeep made my stay unsatisfactory. Despite the staff’s efforts to accommodate me, I had to move to another hotel for the remainder of my trip. This property was not worth the hassle.

A very nice and cozy place. The staff are very accommodating and attentive. We, will surely go back to this hotel. 😊😊

Room was spacious enough and tidy. Great food selections at the free breakfast buffet but sad there’s no bacon, why?? 🙁

We really had an amazing time at Hue Hotels and Resorts Boracay. From the welcome committee, to check-in and during our entire stay, they have been very warm, friendly and welcoming! I highly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Boracay. They have great amenities, big pool area, accessible to the beach and great breakfast options. Kudos to all the staff who assisted us during our stay. We loved and enjoyed every minute of it. We will definitely come back. Thank you so much!

An ok hotel that needs to be refreshed. Breakfast buffet is very poor and staff are slow to clear your table or refill food. The pool is nice and location is good. My AC ran incredibly cold, which I liked, but even when I set it to 28 C it would still run cold. My shower felt luke-warm at best. Staff at the desk were very helpful and the transit service to the airport was friendly and convenient. You can probably get better value for money at a different hotel on the island though.

my boyfriend and i booked this hotel using trip.com and it was very easy. the hotel was very nice and also the staff are amazing. the breakfast buffet was so worth it. me and my boyfriend will definitely come back. the location is very near to the DMall and other restaurants. 10/10 !!! love it !!!

This is my second time to stay here at Hue and they always meet my expectations!

헤어드라이어가 팬 소음만 심각하게 나고 바람은 안나왔으며, 에어컨은 소음이 공사장 보다 심한 수준, 엔지니어가 왔으나 팬 소리가 원래 그렇다는 말뿐 프론트에서는 방 변경해주지않았으며 룸 컨디션도 최악이고 샤워실에는 거미가 있음. 진짜 최악 중의 최악 같은 비용으로 헤난 계열 작은방 이용 가능한데 왜 이런 선택을했는지 나 자신이 너무 한심해지는 경험을 하게되었다고 생각함. 에어컨 소음은 잠자는게 어려울 정도라 동영상 촬영해두었는데 리뷰에는 사진만 올릴 수 있어서 못올림. 유튜브, 네이버 블로그 리뷰 등 믿지 마세요ㅠㅠ 이게 진짜 리뷰입니다.

직원들은 넘 친절했고 룸컨디션도 좋았어요 조식도 먹을 만했고요 전반적으로 좋았어요
