Als ich ankam, sah ich eine kleine Gasse in meiner Gasse. Nach dem Betreten stellte ich fest, dass es ein sehr gutes Hotel war. Die Zimmer sind modern gestaltet, geräumig und der Service ist sehr gut. Der Preis ist angemessen und ich werde das nächste Mal wieder hier übernachten.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. 5 Sterne sind einer zu viel. Das Personal maximal 3 Sterne. Die Sweet war zu Dunkel, das heißt die Beleuchtung war viel zu gering. Das Zimmer zur Straßenseite viel zu laut. Der Zimmerservice kam erst gegen 15 Uhr. Wir hätten uns gefreut wenn man im Vorfeld der Buchung erfahren hätte, das das Restaurant im Hotel nicht geöffnet ist. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung!

A wonderful 5 star hotel. I can't say enough about this hotel. It was unpretentious and wonderful. The device is top notch. Every member of the staff is unbelievably helpful. Gabrielle who manages the front desk in the late afternoon/ evening was particularly helpful. The rooms are great as are the bathrooms. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel in Milan that not overly done with fashionistas this is the place.

Der Hotelservice ist nicht gut, es ist viel besser als das traditionelle Hoch-Hoch-Hotel. Es gibt selbst Dutzende Zimmer, die man sagen kann, der Service ist ein Paar. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und ist besonders für den Aufenthalt in der Familie geeignet. Der größte Lichtpunkt des Hotels ist die ungeschützte Sicht, die schönste Landschaft in Mailand liegt vor Ihren Augen. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, Trip.com enthält keine direkten Frühstückssignale für das Restaurant 48 Euro für jeden. Sehr gut, der Service ist auch sehr intim. Da ich zu spät aufkam, sagte der Kellner mir, dass Sie langsam essen, essen Sie, wir essen nicht mehr, es ist wirklich sehr intim.

Gute Lage, geschätzte 500 Meter von der M3 entfernt. Ich schlafe genug für eine Nacht auf einer Geschäftsreise, etwas besser, aber ruhiger, leiser als die wenigen Häuser, in denen ich zuvor gelebt habe! Das ist großartig, das Frühstück ist durchschnittlich und der Kaffee ist gut!

Große Lage nahe, aber nur weit genug von der Duomo und den relevanten U-Bahn-Stoppen, um sich um Mailand einfach und schnell zu machen. Das Personal war so freundlich und hilfsbereit und hatte unsere Sicherheit klar in den Sinn. Das Zimmer war direkt unter der lebendigen Dachbar mit einem großen Blick auf die Stadt. Das Zimmer selbst war klein, aber perfekt für mich, mein Mann, und mein junger Erwachsener Sohn. Die Dachbar war auch lustig und fühlte sich so glamourös! Ihr Menü war auch auf der Topnotch, ein toller Ort, um Aperitif zu genießen und den Nachtwurf zu genießen. Sie konnten die kleinen Trümpfe von Musik aus unseren Zimmern hören, aber das störte uns nicht überhaupt. Der Herr am Front Desk war auch so freundlich und hilfreich mit all unseren Fragen von Geldwechsel bis Metro-Stops bis zu Restaurant-Empfehlungen und sogar Mode-Beratung!

The Hotel Brunelleschi is in a convenient location to the main attractions and amenities of Milan, a 5 minute walk in a safe location. The hotel is known for its' business travelers which is how we knew of the hotel from my husband's previous stays. It is clean and well appointed with a spacious lobby, restaurant and bar along with a large dining room on the lower level serving their breakfast buffet. The room was large,comfortable with an additional small sofa which was also a pull out bed. Multiple charges available. The bathroom was well outfitted with great fluffy towels. Generous breakfast buffet offered hot and cold items with a varied selection, even offering Proseco for those who wanted to make mimosas. Staff at the desk gracious and accommodating to questions and requests. Efficient in arranging our car transportation to the airport on departure.

Wir hatten einen unerfreulichen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Zimmer war nicht rechtzeitig bereit - wir warten mehr als eine Stunde. Keine Erklärung oder Entschuldigung von der Front Desk Mitarbeiter ..., die die Gäste als berufliche Beeinträchtigung anzusehen schien. Das Zimmer war ein Doppel ...Obwohl mein Sohn und ich zwei Singles gebucht hatte. Keine Erklärung oder Entschuldigung vom Front Desk ...Nur ein petulant und kryptisch, ”Sie hätten uns früher gesagt haben” (?!). Das Hotel versuchte uns mehr für unseren Aufenthalt zu zahlen als vereinbarte bei der Buchung. Ich zeigte ihnen Bildschirmen der Buchungsformulare, Rezepte usw. Keine Erklärung oder Entschuldigung ... Nur ein zynischer, ”Wir glauben, dass Sie aber die Bildschirmfotos falsch gemacht haben könnten”. Es dauerte einen E-Mail und einen Monat, um unsere ”Vorausgenehmigungsgebühr” zurückzuzahlen. Keine Erklärung oder Entschuldigung! Der Front Desk braucht sicherlich einen Kundenservice-Frischlauf. Alle anderen Hotelpersonal waren großartig. Aber aus unserer Front Desk Erfahrung(en) würden wir dieses Hotel nicht zurückkehren oder empfehlen.

I was there for two nights I believe and on the second night, in the middle of the night, a drunk man checked in accompanied by a member of staff and was shown to the room and woke everyone up which is great. Not sure if they shouldve let him check-in but hey ho. Not sure what facilities were there I could use (first time staying in a hostel and travelling) as the staff do not explain anything to you. However the positives are, it's cheap, you get what you pay for, good location and a large locker is provided to keep your belongings in.

We stayed here for two nights. Location is near some bus stops and tram stations, but beyond walking distance to subway stations (unless you do not have luggage). Along the street it is not obvious to recognize the entrance, as it is just a regular apartment. Thr instruction sheet could include some photos for easier access. Key collection can be done at central train station, covenient. service office is not that far, but you need to call in advance to know the location. when we got there, the room was not cleaned! we contacted the office and waited a few hours until someone came to clean it. the company refunded the cleaning fee as compensate. the rooms are spacious for a family. overall it could be a good choice for a longer stay (weeks). for a short stay like we had, a hotel is easier.
