Das Hotel ist günstig gelegen, aber anfangs etwas schwierig zu finden. Die Adresse führt Sie auf die Rückseite des Hotels, wo es keinen Durchgang gibt. Es gibt keinen Aufzug, also seien Sie darauf vorbereitet, Ihr Gepäck die schmale Treppe hinauf zu schleppen. Es gibt auch keinen Pool, ich bin mir nicht sicher, woher dieses Bild stammt, aber es ist definitiv nicht hier. Die Besitzer arbeiten im Hotel und sind die Servicekräfte, Reinigungskräfte usw. Sie versuchen also, Ihre Erfahrung zu einem guten Erlebnis zu machen. Sie waren während unseres Aufenthalts freundlich und aufmerksam. Ich würde es für eine Reise für Erwachsene empfehlen, der Aufzug und der Mangel an Pool können das Reisen mit Kindern etwas schwieriger machen.

This hotel was affordable and in a great location. Check in was super easy, and every staff we encounter was so kind and willing to help! Also the door keys are waterproof wrist bands which is super cool.
I only knocked stars off amenities because it should say somewhere that this hotel is 2 floors with no elevator. We were not expecting to have to lug our 50lb luggage up steep stairs and it was quite the workout. I also took stars off cleanliness because while the hotel common spaces were clean, the room bathroom left something to be desired. It just looked like it was cleaned in a super rush, and spots were missed.
Overall I’m VERY happy with my stay, but I felt like it would have been nice to know ahead of time about the elevator.

The hotel is in a great location everything is in walking distance. We arrived to the hotel early and requested an earlier check in which cost 57 dollars. When we got in the room the bed and pillows had prior guest hair on them. I requested sheets and just put them over the old sheets. The bathroom soaps in the containers were empty. Also, the bathroom is in desperate need of a paint job and the walls looked dirty. I stayed in room 215. Each room door has a quote from a famous person which I thought was cute. The staff was very pleasant. The cost of the hotel was very reasonable. However, I would not stay at this location again.

I absolutely LOVE this wonderful hotel! The front desk staff and cleaning crew were extremely kind and very helpful!! The rooms are super cute and made me feel like I was at home. This is definitely the place to stay while in South Beach!!! Thank you so much to everyone at The Fashion Boutique Hotel! I’ll see you all soon!!!

There is an overwhelming smell of air freshener in the lobby and hallway. Upon opening the door to the tiny room, we realized why. The room reeked of mold. Stay away if you are even a little bit smell sensitive or care about your lungs!

Rooms are weathered and need maintenance. When we checked in we had to knudge the guy because he was playing on his phone. All night we could hear people in the hall.

Location is great but the place is pretty run down. It was clean at least. No elevator and check out at 11 with no late checkout was kind of upsetting.
