Unsere Bewertung besteht aus unseren persönlichen Erfahrungen in der Zeit zwischen dem 25.07. und 05.08.2022 Wir hatten eine Executive Erwachsenen Suite mit direkten Zugang zum Gemeinschaftspool und eigener Terrasse. Die Bewertung haben wir IN unseren Flitterwochen IM Hotelzimmer geschrieben, weil wir wirklich sehr wütend und aufgebracht über den uns zugemuteten Zustand waren. Außerdem haben wir einige Bilder gemacht, die im Bilderverzeichnis einzusehen sind. Zusammenfassung 1.0 = Rezeption Bewertung | Sehr viel Luft nach oben, sehen zumindest sehr bemüht aus, sind aber wahrscheinlich selbst sehr gestresst. 2.0 = Hotelzimmer Bewertung | Unzumutbar! Schlechter als in einer Jugendherberge und das bei angeblichen fünf Sternen! 3.0 = Badezimmer Bewertung | Unzumutbar! (Wie eine öffentliche Bahnhofstoilette) 4.0 = Terrasse Bewertung | Überall Spinnenweben - die Liegen und Fliesen sind teilweise verdreckt und null geputzt. 5.0 = Pool Anlagen Bewertung | Schön anzusehen, gute Abkühlung Zwischendurch. Benötigt jedoch eine ordentliche Reinigung! 6.0 = Strand Bewertung | Es gibt definitiv schönere Strände - Eher Mittelmaß 7.0 = Buffet Bewertung | Kantinen Essen in Deutschland schmeckt besser 8.0 = AllTours Bewertung | Als Reiseveranstalter gut organisiert, aber man sollte wohl einen genaueren Blick auf die Reiseleitungen haben. 9.0 = Bar Bewertung | gut bis sehr gut (Preise könnten angenehmer sein) 1.0 = Rezeption Bewertung + Positiv 1.0: Die Dame an der Rezeption hat einigermaßen deutsch gesprochen, insgesamt wirkten alle jedoch sehr unsicher und gestresst. (Waren viel am Telefon und zuckten jedes mal zusammen, wenn man Sie angesprochen hat). 1.1: Nachdem uns im Badezimmer die Shampoo Ablage entgegen kam + der Umschaltknopf, wurde sich relativ schnell darum gekümmert. [ca. 20-30 Minuten] + der Kühlschrank der so laut brummte wurde auf unseren Wunsch hin, abgestellt. 1.2: Handtücher für den Strand haben wir immer sofort erhalten, sofern der Trockner durchgelaufen ist. Man sollte sich allgemein am besten nach dem Frühstück ein Handtuch holen weil man da die besten Chancen hat. - Negativ 1.0: Eine plötzliche Kurtaxe von 44€ (22€ p.P), ohne vorherige Kenntnis und wir mussten das Ganze sofort bezahlen und haben nicht mal eine Quittung erhalten. Da wir gegen 22 Uhr am Hotel ankamen, dachten wir uns: “Egal wir wollen aufs Zimmer und schlafen.” 1.1: Bei Anliegen oder Problemen nahm man Notiz von den Aussagen, doch Mängel der Sauberkeit wurden nicht, wie versprochen, entfernt. 1.2: Kein vernünftiger ”Empfang”, wie man es von einem fünf Sterne Hotel gewohnt ist. Kein Willkommen, kein Drink. Es wurde einfach nur gesagt “Ihr Zimmer ist XXX und liegt auf der rechten Seite, Tschüss.” Wir hatten dann das ”Glück”, dass einer der Mitarbeiter Trinkgeld abstauben wollte und uns in einem Golfcart ähnlichen Gefährt zu unserem Raum gefahren hat, ansonsten hätten wir wohl um knapp 22:30 Uhr an unserer Ankunft, s

Despite getting checked in here because of our initial hotel being overbooked, it was a blessing in disguise. The management and staff there were amazing and we couldn’t be more grateful for how we were welcomed. The hotel is very chic, we got given a room with sea view, really spacious and high quality furniture (the bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was perfect). They have daily room cleaning service and towels get changed everytime. The breakfast was really diversified, we had our own beach slot as well as beach beds available. It really exceeded our expectations and we had the best holiday. Highly recommended the hotel.
