Dies ist ein schönes kleines Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sauber und komfortabel und das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zum Beispiel mussten wir an unserem letzten Tag sehr früh morgens auschecken, also organisierte das Personal das Frühstück 30 Minuten früher, nur für uns! Meine einzige kleine Beschwerde war, dass es keinen Fitnessraum gibt (es gibt einen schönen Außenpool). Soweit ich weiß, wurde das Hotel erst kürzlich renoviert und es wird irgendwann ein Fitnessstudio geben.

Gorgeous boutique hotel located in Milimani Meru. From the location to the grounds to the decor and the rooms, everything has been thought and are functional and aesthetic at the same time. The staff are also very friendly. The fitness centre is small but very functional. The pool too is great! The rooms are beautiful and size is OK. Honestly you'd struggle to fault this place. Only letdown is the breakfast which lacked variety but was still delicious! Would highly recommend for business, couple and family getaways (there's a small trampoline and pool for kids to enjoy)

My last visit 2 weeks ago I was very sick. The Alba team lead by their Manager Geoffrey took care of me and even followed up after check out to ensure I was well. Their wait staff Robert and Rita were also very empathetic and ensured my meals were taken care of. No place like ‘The Alba’ in Meru county. Service is all about empathy and they got it right.

Very very nicely done hotel with great ambiance and decor but the winner is the staff; A1 attitude and can-do guys, right from the reception to the service. Regrettably, I forgot the names of the reception guys but the barman Charles, was a very accommodating and pleasant host. Alba is definitely the hotel to stay in whilst in Meru.

I am a meru and my late grandmother lived 20 mins from here. We always used to find an excuse to go spend at least a night or 2 at Alba hotel . ( even my grandmother loved their breakfast cakes and bread so we always carried )Their service is AMAZING. The food .. to die for. The staff…. these guys have great , amazing, excellent customer care. This august went on an impromptu work related visit and it was ( of course ) great. I could write paragraphs on how great they are. . Keep it up Alba . Will be back next month

The Alba Hotel is a-ma-zing! From the service, to the room furnishings, to the public spaces everything seems to have been well thought out with impeccable execution. A big huge thank you to the service team who made the stay memorable. Definitely recommending this hotel to all visiting Meru County.
